At an onsite visit he was friendly, professional, and listened carefully to the work I wanted performed and upon a walkthrough and inspection of all area's we discussed options and he made several recommendations to consider in preparation for the project. What wasn't expected was after returning to the office he immediately found a carpet that nearly matched my existing carpet that I may be interested in and sent me pictures. We wanted to change the location of shower heads in our master bath shower (including re-plumbing) and replace the ceiling fan, but otherwise preserve the existing finish and tilework. Val came up with a thoughtful approach to minimize damage and rework, and offered a very competitive price (unlike several other contractors who wanted to make more extensive changes). He connected us with someone to help select the new hardware, and scheduled the job within a few days of us having the hardware delivered. Val worked incredibly efficiently and thoughtfully, taking just 2 days to complete the job and communicating with us throughout to ensure it was done right (e.g., placement of shower head, color-matching grout for the tile). He even improved the attic duct-work for the ceiling fan without us having to ask. I will not hesitate to use Val again for any similar projects and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful and competent contractor.

Well when installation was done we had 2 large pieces enough to carpet 2 small rooms! Plus alot of other extra left over pieces. Never in our years of getting new carpet have we ever had left overs like this. We asked for a refund of the overage of carpet, which we did not need and had argued with owner about.
