Tony immediately realize how destructive the sap is and immediately within a day, he scheduled his team to remove all the sap. He is buffing in hopes to avoid total repaint of my vehicle. His buffing did just that. I am so relieved. I can't tell you how great the spirit is in this detail shop. All the workers are so friendly joking around with each other and really attentive of my car. I can't tell you how pleased I am. If you're looking for a shop that has Heart and cares about you and your vehicle, I fully recommend Absolutely Mint Detail. I have to let you know I I've never been here before I just pulled in seeing their sign on the road. I don't know any workers here nor the owner, Tony, it's my first time, so this review is coming from the Heart. Tony actually cared what I was going through And realized the seriousness of the sap that was baking into my paint. I left here today with such a brilliant, beautiful detail job. He brought my vehicle back to its original condition. I am amazed what he did. I am amazed how detailed oriented he is. The value for the work and the outcome involved in removing all that sap on a very large vehicle buffing the whole car the cost was very reasonable. Everyone was so hands-on and meticulous. It was amazing. I can't praise this veterans own detail shop any higher. If there were more stars to be given, I would've gave him more stars.

He makes you feel confident leaving your car with him that (1) it will be done when he says, (2) there will be no extra miles put on it and (3) that it will be done correctly. We ran into each other in New Milford as I was coming out of a 'famous' coffee shop. He told me of his new shop that was local to where we were, he explained new products, application processes and protective qualities like he has been doing this MUCH LONGER than his years show. I have to say that my car paint already looked amazing. She gets driven a lot and she is out even in the winter (barring snow/road salt on the road). We discussed cost, warranty information, lifespan of the product etc. He was never in a rush and answered some basic questions I had as if they were just another question. He told me that he would need the car for 3 full days/nights. I was not the least concerned as it would be in a locked garage (climate controlled) until finished. I have to say that the day I picked her up it looked as though he dipped the entire car in baby oil. People that know the car and have seen it daily have been commenting on it, they still (6 months or so later) can not believe it. I couldn't find a flaw and believe me I looked!!! NONE. Friends have asked if I had a repaint it looks so good. It was worth the 3 day wait, worth the price, and worth my cost of that cup of joe!!!!! He has my business for years/cars to come!!!

After finding out about other local company's inability to do Paintless Dent Removal in their own shops, and that they'd have to job it out to someone else, I quickly called Mike, knowing he did everything on-site. The process only took 4 days total, and he delivered the car back in near-new condition. Not a noticeable dent, no pulled paint, not a single acorn dent was noticeable. He was thorough, clean, meticulous, very detailed orientated. The leather seats were covered in blankets while he did the work, and he went above and beyond the quote by removing extra dings and buffed them out, then on top of that he buffed and shined the whole car. I highly recommend Mike and his crew for any vehicle. To be honest, I liked the guy the minute I met him, and you will too.
