PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY THEY JUST CARE ABOUT MAKING SELLS AT THE EXPENSE OF GOOD…read moreBUSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I bought a 2015 Mazda cx-5 from these guys on August 15th and I paid for my registration. Texas Transportation Code § 501.0234, a motor vehicle dealer must apply for the title and registration on behalf of the buyer within 30 calendar days of the date of sale. Today is October 5, 2026--the dealer is currently over 20 days past the legal state statutory deadline. Because the dealer failed to file the Form 130-U with the Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector, my temporary metal ePLATE authorization window has lapsed, leaving me stranded with a legally unregistered vehicle on public roads. I called their title clerk I'm pretty sure her name was Peggy and she specifically told me that when they sold me the car, they did not have the physical title yet which I'm pretty sure is also illegal to sell a person a car without actually having the title in their possession. I went up there on Saturday October 3rd and asked to speak to the manager and the front desk is an older Caucasian lady specially told me that the manager "would not know anything about titles or vehicle registrations" which is complete BS. How would a dealership manager not knowing anything about the business he managers. Also the person that sold me the car Ramy, demonstrates scumbag behavior by also lying to protect his position because I texted his phone about this issue maybe a day or two earlier than this and I have to emphasize the fact that I DID NOT LET THIS GUY KNOW I WAS COMING IN PERSON AT ALL! But conveniently when I come up there and I'm disputing with the desk clerk, he says he talked to someone and says that it would take 10 more days for me to receive it in the mail. So you just talked to someone magically in five minutes? -Furthermore, the lady proceeds to lie again to me saying my license is a permanent license plate and it's not a temporary one even though it definitely is temporary. I explained to them that I tried to put this license plate on EZ tag and ez tag would not allow it because there's unpaid tolls associated with the license plate number. This further proves my assumption that this is a temporary license and someone had been driving it around and not paying the tolls. (Which of course they denied). The lady then proceeds to tell me that she "makes sure the license plates are all authenticated herself" and that in 10 days I will "probably" receive my registration in the mail. I swear to god I am not making this up. They basically sold me the car to move inventory fast and said it takes 6-8 weeks to give them time to cover themselves and now because the title is taking longer than expected they're trying to scramble and lie to my face. The car itself has not given me any issues but I for sure will not be buying anything from this company again and I will scream from the mountain tops to ensure these guys don't screw anybody else over.

I did not buy my Kia here but I had two recalls to get taken care of…read more I came to Archer Kia and it was so lovely. I made an appointment online and arrived about 15 minutes before my slot. Every single guy I talked to during this time was an absolute gem! Let me know how long it'd be, made sure I was set up to work out of an office, gave me the WiFi, communicated what they did and signed off on it. When I actually got back into my car (in the estimated time frame) the floors were vacuumed and I did notice they left a report of a general inspection~ of my car to make sure it was healthy otherwise I don't love dealing with cars but the guys in the service department here made me feel at peace with everything, i loved the open communication and really the little details made it worth it.

I have made multiple phone calls and left several messages over the course of a week, and I have received absolutely ZERO response. My calls are not answered, and my messages are not returned. The reason I have been trying to reach them is because I experienced a road-hazard issue. Fortunately, I purchased the Tire & Wheel Protection through the dealership or at least I thought that would be fortunate. Unfortunately, having the protection does very little good when you cannot get anyone to provide assistance with actually using it. After finally receiving a phone number from the GM, I contacted the protection company only to be told that they could not locate a policy for me, despite the fact that I was provided an actual contract showing that I purchased the coverage. Since then, I have continued calling and leaving messages with the Finance Department simply trying to get the correct information so I can file my claim. Again, ZERO response. I eventually emailed the GM as well and received no response there either. I understand dealerships are busy, and I consider myself a very patient person. However, after a full week of being ignored, I have given up trying to get assistance. This experience has made me seriously question purchasing additional car from this dealership. I believe these products can have value, but that value means very little when the dealership that sold them to you is unwilling to help when you actually need to use them. I am genuinely disappointed because customer service shouldn't end once the vehicle and additional products have been sold. My wife and I are currently in the process of purchasing another Kia, and unfortunately, because of this experience, we will now be looking at another Kia dealership for her vehicle.

The most frustrating part wasn't even the wait, it was the complete lack of communication. I sat there for four hours without a single update and eventually had to go ask what was taking so long. The employee at the front told me it would be "10 more minutes." After waiting longer, I checked again and was told it would be out "in a few seconds." When I asked why it was taking so long, the response I got was essentially, "I don't know, man, there's a bunch of cars and a big line." There was no transparency, no explanation of where my vehicle was in the process, and no effort to keep me informed. Every time I asked for help, I was pointed toward another employee instead of getting a clear answer. The constant runaround made it feel like my vehicle had simply been pushed aside while I sat waiting. In the end, I paid $57 after a discount, and I was told the normal price would have been $79. Spending nearly five hours waiting for a basic oil change at that price is ridiculous. I'd rather take my vehicle to a local mechanic or a place like Take 5 and get the same service done in a fraction of the time. My entire day was wasted sitting in a waiting room. I won't be returning for future service.

Drove up and the car was waiting for us. Took a look at vehicle thoroughly and decided it was not what I was looking for. However Dammy actually took the time to listen and searched his inventory for a newly listed model that was practically brand new. Purchase value: $14K,(plus high interest) and well over 100,000 miles. but it had a 2 year warranty or 20 miles. my credit score jumped immediately to 630 after 4 payments. I felt lucky to get the car fixed for free a few times during the warranty period. and again within the ending period of the two-yr warranty, (yet my mileage was way past warranty.) What I don't understand is how you expect someone to make their payment when you turn their vehicle off and prevent them from getting to work to earn the money to pay you. I was already struggling and trying to figure out how to get my payment together. Instead of showing any understanding or working with me, Shabana Motors turned my car off. Now I'm stuck without transportation and unable to get to work -- the very place I need to go to make the money to pay my car note. That makes absolutely NO sense. I'm not asking for my payment to be forgiven. I'm asking for a little understanding and reasonable communication when someone is clearly trying to get the money together. Turning off somebody's transportation when they depend on that vehicle to work only makes the situation worse. This experience has shown me that once they want their money, they don't seem to care what position they put their customer in. If you depend on your vehicle to get to work and take care of your family, think very carefully before financing with Shabana Motors. I regret doing business with them and would not recommend them to anyone based on how I have been treated.

Disappointing Purchase Experience - Poor Inspection and Customer Service…read more I purchased a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLS 450 from Land Rover Southwest Houston, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. During my test drive, I specifically pointed out an unusual noise coming from the rear suspension. The salesperson reassured me that it was nothing to worry about. Within days of purchasing the vehicle, I had to take it to a Mercedes-Benz dealership, where technicians diagnosed both rear shock absorbers as defective and replaced them under the manufacturer's warranty. I was without my vehicle for approximately a week immediately after purchasing it while these repairs were being completed. This was extremely inconvenient, especially considering I had just purchased the vehicle and expected it to be in proper working condition. What makes this even more frustrating is that I'm already experiencing additional issues that will require me to take the vehicle back to Mercedes-Benz for further inspection and potentially more repairs. This is not what anyone should expect immediately after purchasing a vehicle. While I appreciate Mercedes-Benz taking care of the initial repairs, my concern is that I raised the rear suspension issue BEFORE purchasing the vehicle, and it was dismissed. After requesting the dealership's pre-sale inspection records, I discovered that the vehicle's recorded mileage increased by only two miles during the service and reconditioning process, which included a used-vehicle inspection, multipoint inspection, and four-wheel alignment. Management subsequently stated that a 2-3-mile test drive was standard and that their inspection identified no suspension concerns. This leaves me questioning how two defective rear shocks went undetected, particularly when the noise was noticeable during my own test drive. Communication after the sale was also disappointing. I had difficulty getting timely responses and ultimately escalated my concerns to senior management and corporate guest relations. For a luxury vehicle purchase, I expected a much better inspection process, transparency, and customer service. My advice to prospective buyers: Have any used luxury vehicle independently inspected before purchasing, and do not rely solely on verbal reassurances from the salesperson. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
