I received the engine replacement quote from my advisor at Moritz Kia, as all 6 piston bearings seized. Our initial concern with your service was that Gary would not return calls or provide information. He provided no updates unless called, and acted irritated that I was looking for updates. When he called me to pick up the vehicle, he made recommendations, and was irritable that I wanted none of it done at this time. We had to make a 300 mile trip back to pick it up. Testing an alternator takes less than 20 minutes to do. Gary called Tuesday the 10th telling me the vehicle was ready. We arrived Friday the 13th to pick the vehicle up. The car was returned to us with oily/muddy dog footprints all over both front seats, the middle console, back seats, and some kind of smear on the back of the driver headrest. There were even oily footprints below the driver side windows that were still visible after heavy rains. I tried to call Gary in regards to this and he refused to answer his phone. My wife went inside, was directed to his desk where he was seated, ignoring the phone ringing next to him. She said "Hi, are you Gary?" He said yes. She said "That's my husband calling you and you need to come with me." When he saw the footprints, he dismissively stated, "We don't have dogs here." I stated this happened here at his dealership, we don't have a dog. Gary had a porter quickly clean it, but since there was oil in the footprints, there is still residue in the seats. The lack of concern regarding this situation is telling considering the following response I received when I called in regarding the engine failure. The engine light was expected to be on for 50 miles or so, as the battery must be disconnected prior to replacing the alternator. My wife and I made a rest stop, and afterward, while accelerating to highway speeds in front of an 18-wheeler, the engine failed her approximately 150 miles away from your dealership. My first thought was that the new alternator failed. I checked the engine oil as the engine seemed very hot, and discovered there was none or very little. I took a photo and video of my dipstick. There was the proper amount of oil prior to our Galveston trip. I had checked as a change was due soon. We had to rent a U-Haul truck and trailer to get the vehicle home. We had to get a hotel for the night, and I had to call out of work Saturday the 14th. I and my wife in separate calls Monday the 16th had been told by Gary, that there was no multipoint inspection and that the vehicle had never even been lifted. On our vehicle, the alternator is located under the engine - it must be lifted. When she asked for the manager on the phone, he stated that he is the Assistant Manager and chuckled. Her entire office got to listen to Gary's belittling response to her. He stated Richard would be in around 12pm. I went to her office and we called in together, and were told you came in earlier and were at lunch. When I spoke with Richard, he backed up Gary's statement. I have since left messages I have not received a response. I requested the Multipoint Vehicle Inspection Report. Gary and Richard stated it had not been done, only recommendations from checking the onboard diagnostic. I have since then received that multipoint inspection that I was told did not happen from someone in your shop. The MPVI states my oil was checked successfully and was good. Remember I stated I had checked my oil and it was full? Your MPVI confirmed my oil level was good. Why was the oil removed? My dealer confirms that there is not an oil leak when filled. I have already filed a complaint with Kia Corporate of this situation and provided the same photos attached to this email and more. I wish I could leave no stars.

Beau from the service department is truly an angel. I got a nail in my tire less than a week after purchasing my Kia. They got me in with no appointment, no wait, got me an uber to an appointment I needed to be at, and treated me with respect and kindness. Highly recommend them!

From the second we walked in, Claudia Cantù went to work getting us just what we wanted for just the right price. She was knowledgeable and excited for us. Finance worked with our "fair to mid" credit and got us financing with a decent rate. We were in and out within two hours.

This broke when I turned the wheel all the way to the left while parked.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. It would be equal to their service. My less than a year old Kia Stinger has been in their service center for 5 weeks now for something that could have been fixed with a jack and a torque wrench. I have received 0 calls from my service rep., Beau, and have called about 8 times now and have gotten the same response for the last 3 weeks. "Waiting on a warranty rep, call back in a few days." I have had no loaner vehicle and the warranty only covers a rental for 10 days. Not sure what they expect me to do for the last 3 weeks. If I could drive it off of their lot, I would.

A year ago I purchased my first vehicle from Archer Kia! I had a great first time experience, so I was excited to continue supporting this establishment. However, a few weeks ago I brought my vehicle in for its routine service. A couple days later I noticed a dent in the front of my bummer (which was definitely not there prior to me getting my vehicle serviced). By no means was I ever wanting to blame this matter on Archer Kia, however when I noticed the dent I came back and asked if the cameras could be reviewed just to ensure that it did or did not occur on their grounds. It's been 3 weeks and I have been getting the runaround and dismissal from one of the service managers, Beau. I'm very disappointed because every time I call it's the same thing, he continues to push me off. I called serval times today (08/22/24) like I was instructed to do so, but no one answered the phone. Which again is strange because prior to today at least my calls were getting answered. Now to me it appears like they are hiding something and now I believe that this incident did and could've happened at the dealership, but now they are not wanting to own up to their mistakes. I am very upset on how this issue is being handled. I again will never be back to this establishment even though they are close to my home, I'd rather drive a further distance than to support this location. As much as I love my vehicle I probably won't purchase another Kia because Archer put a very bad taste in my mouth from this experience.

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

The vehicle was…read moreadvertised online as "Ford Blue Certified," which includes inspection and warranty coverage. After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement. When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly. During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed. In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck. I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.
