2017 BENTLEY CONTINENTAL GT

Let me start from the beginning of this horror story. I saw a 2017 white Bentley continental GT on abz motors website. Contacted the dealership and dealt with a guy name Louis Weibel who appeared to be an honest and nice guy. We agreed on a price around $107,000 on a Tuesday for the car. I told him I would be there soon as they opened Saturday morning to pick up the car. So, Friday I get a call from Louis asking could we come after 12pm because he noticed the tire needed to be replaced. I was thinking this is kind of strange because he had enough time Friday to get it done before we arrived. So, when we arrived to the dealership, he said the car was still in the shop and now they were trying to figure out why the air bag sensor would not go off. So we waited for hours, and he came up with an idea that he would ship the car to us because they could not get the sensor to go off and they were going to take it to a Bentley dealership Monday morning. We agreed to that, and we left the dealership. So, after almost a week he shipped the car to our home and the radio would not work. We called him back and told him about the radio and he advised us to take the car to a local radio shop and have them look at it. We did that and we found out the radio amplifier was not working, and it would be over $6000 to replace. So, they told us they would pay for the car to get shipped back to Houston so they could fix it. We shipped the car back and they kept it for over a week this time. They shipped the car back to my home. At this point I felt like they sold me a LEMON. My husband spoke to a manager, and he was absolutely no help. I had the car for right at 3 months and I was over it. I tried to sell the vehicle locally, and they told me the alternator was about to go out and the bumper had been replaced as if it was involved in an accident, and the rotors and the brakes are bad because of the squeaking sounds it was making. The dealerships were all giving us low numbers. So, my husband called the dealership, and spoke with a young lady and she said they were willing to buy it back for $15,000 less than what I paid for it 3 months ago. We drove back to Houston where they bought the vehicle back. I noticed two days later they have the vehicle listed at $119,991. This was a nightmare experience. BE AWARE AND THIS DEALERSHIP (TRASH)!!!!!!

UPDATE : I dropped the car off Wednesday & ABZ "fixed" my car and drove it to my job ( A porter drove it ). They fixed my rims that was damaged during the service , great. MONDAY night after a 10 hour work shift , BOOM the coolant light pops on . I try to get off the next exit the car starts to slow down @ 40mph , smh. My husband comes with a bottle of Antifreeze so that we can try and make it home. But guess what ? The damn hose and clamp wasn't connected all the way. So basically, my car has been leaking since they drove it back to me "fixed" . Here we are waiting on a tow truck @ 11:40pm. They clearly need to fire their service department ! They are clearly inexperienced mechanics & enjoy inconveniencing customers . I'll update you again next week because the car breaks down weekly ! The only reason why the issues hadn't started sooner (bought car in January ) is because I was driving my other car & the BMW remained parked until May. if I would have been driving it sooner I would have known.

I am naturally skeptical of any used car dealership even more so one that has so many high ranking reviews. I didn't initially believe it and thought they were fake. Boy was I wrong! Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

Since I've moved back to the Heights downtown area, I decided to give them another shot. So close to five stars! I utilized the valet service where they pick up my vehicle, do the oil change, they did a great job as well change the air filter, wipers, etc. that was a 5 star experience! That was an easy five star review for that service. It did an amazing job. I was out of town for three days so they picked up my vehicle. Did all the test and maintenance and everything like that and I come back on my vehicles at my valet. That was super convenient and very nice. I will always utilize that service. However, there was a bit of a scheduling issue. They forgot to pick it up Monday so I had to give him a call, but they got it taken care of that wasn't a big deal. I just kind of falls back to fundamentals if you have an appointment scheduled and sit pick the car up that way there's no confusion and I would have to call to make it happen. They brought the vehicle back and there was like oil stains on the front fender area. Typically most oil change companies cover that that way when you get the car back, it's not dirty. The problem is I just gotta wash at Mister car wash so I had to go take a bath and get it washed again. This is why I give them four stars instead of five. Other than that, it was a great experience. Customer service is great. The convenience of the valet service to pick up and drop off back at my valet. I can't tell you that right there is top-notch service. I'll give them a try again and probably change this to a five star because overall the experience was great.

I recently purchased a 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat from Tommie Vaughn Ford in Houston. The vehicle was…read moreadvertised online as "Ford Blue Certified," which includes inspection and warranty coverage. After the purchase, I was not provided any certification paperwork or warranty details. Shortly after, I was informed the truck had a coolant issue that could require a full engine replacement. When I returned to the dealership, I had to push multiple times and show proof of the listing before they acknowledged the certification. Even then, there was a delay in providing proper documentation, which raised concerns about whether the certification had actually been completed correctly. During the financing process, I was presented with paperwork reflecting a much higher total amount than expected (around $50k vs. approximately $39k discussed), which I had to question before proceeding. I was also presented with additional add-ons that I had to decline and have removed. In addition, the truck was not provided with a full tank of gas at delivery, and despite the situation, I was not offered any form of compensation for the inconvenience. Due to the condition of the vehicle, the lack of transparency, and the overall experience, I chose to return the truck. I recommend that anyone shopping here verify certification directly with Ford, carefully review all paperwork before signing, and request all documentation upfront. Do not rely solely on how the vehicle is advertised online.

For transparency, here's the timeline so far: - April 1: Dropped my car off at the shop - Received a text that my car was in the disassembly stage, and they would let me know if any hidden damage was found - April 9: Received a message that hidden damage was found and that I could reach out for more details - Rich updated me on the damages and let me know he would be sending the supplemental estimate to my insurance So far, my experience has been very good. The shop has been professional, communicative, and easy to work with. I'm hoping they hear back from my insurance soon and that the process doesn't take too long. I'll post my next update next week!

My insurance took a while to send the supplement over to JJ, but once JJ Auto Body received it, they got started right away, which I really appreciate. I just wanted to keep you all informed on what's going on. JJ Auto Body has continued to impress me throughout this entire process. I've never dealt with a body shop before, so this is my first experience, and I have to say...the consistent communication and updates have been phenomenal. You all know how it is being without your car, especially in Houston...it really feels like you've lost a part of your daily life. So staying updated on the progress has been very comforting.
