I recently bought my 2025 Ferrari SF90 Spider (white with a red interior), and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The team at Abz Motors was amazing from start to finish. Their prices were fair, they gave me a great value for my trade-in, and they worked with me every step of the way to make the process smooth and easy. I've bought cars from other dealerships before, and this was by far the best experience I've had. A special thank you to Mr. Leo and Mr. Chris for answering every question I had. They even responded to my texts after business hours, which really showed how much they care about their customers. They were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They also shipped the car to me, and it was handled with great care. When it arrived, it was exactly as described--in perfect condition, inside and out. I can't thank you all enough. Thank you, Abz Motors, Mr. Leo, Mr. Chris, and Ms. Maribel. I look forward to doing business with you again in the future! read more

ABZ Motors - Beautiful vehicles !!! - Car Dealers Near Me - Houston, Texas

A few weeks ago, I applied to ABZ Motors to see how much they would offer for my McLaren. A salesperson named Hussein called me and offered $180,000. I told him my minimum price was $185,000. He said $180,000 was their best offer, so I thanked him and ended the conversation. After that, he started calling every single day. I repeatedly told him not to call and to use text messages only for safety and documentation, but he kept calling anyway. Two weeks later, he contacted me again with the same question. I finally said, "Okay, $180,000 -- what is the process?" He told me he would send the paperwork and asked for my ID. I sent my driver's license and told him clearly: after you receive the car, I need the payment immediately. He said okay. Then suddenly he said he needed to "check the price again." The next day he told me, "Oh no, I can only pay $170,000." This dealership used a bait‑and‑switch tactic just to collect my driver's license information. They kept changing the price and wasting my time. ABZ Motors is extremely dishonest -- be aware. read more

I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with ABZ Motors. After negotiating and agreeing on a final sales price, the dealership sent me a signed Buyer's Agreement reflecting those terms. I then completed the financing process with my credit union, and my loan was approved based on that agreement. Less than 24 hours later, ABZ Motors backed out of the deal, claiming the agreement was "void" because they had received other leads on the vehicle. They then raised the price after my financing had already been approved. This was an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience. If a dealership is willing to walk away from an agreed-upon deal simply because they think they can get more money elsewhere, it raises serious concerns about their integrity and how they treat customers. I wasted valuable time securing financing and coordinating the purchase, only to have the dealership change the terms after the fact. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ABZ Motors. If you're looking for a dealership that honors its agreements and values its customers, I would suggest shopping elsewhere. For transparency, I have retained the text messages, emails, and Buyer's Agreement that support the facts described above. My review is based solely on my personal experience and the documented communications throughout this transaction. read more

In October 2025, I purchased a 2024 BMW X4. During the sales process, my salesman and I discussed the paint protection plan at length. He was actually the one who recommended it, and I clearly stated that I wanted it included in my purchase. When we went into the finance office, the finance manager knew that we would not move forward unless the payment was within a certain range. Without informing us, the paint protection plan was removed in order to make the numbers work. We were never told it had been taken off. I only discovered this months later when I attempted to file a claim and realized I did not have the coverage. When I called the dealership, the finance manager stated he did not know what I was referring to and said they do not offer a paint protection plan. My salesman later confirmed that they do offer it. I requested a call from the General Manager and was told I would receive one. It has now been over a week with no response. Removing a product that was specifically requested without clearly disclosing it is extremely concerning. The lack of follow-up from management only adds to the frustration. In addition, I was charged $1,995 for a LoJack vehicle tracking system, which I was told was built into the cost of all their vehicles. However, it appeared as a separate added charge that increased the total price of the vehicle. BMW vehicles already come equipped with their own tracking capabilities, so this additional charge was unnecessary for me. Buyers should carefully review all add-ons and fees before signing. Overall, the lack of transparency and communication has been very disappointing. read more

Mercedes service item was done correctly and quite a bit lower than dealer quote and some other repair shops. Cleaned the car throughly too!

Horrible customer service. Put a hold deposit on a vehicle that i was going to purchase the following day. Took my money and said we were good to come in the following day to finalize........ They sold the vehicle anyway. No point in saying a deposit is good for a hold if you're not going to stand on the agreement. Never again with these guys. read more

Horrible! Beware! they "changed" the trade in value- even though it was as promised! Then, they tried to add another $1,000 "extras"!! (They "Gave in" and removed extras)Played !" Good guy-Bad guy"-- but with Eli as Bad guy and manager as a bad guy. I could have walked away, but I had driven from College Station! Waited 3 hours - DONT GO! read more

Don't trust these con artists. I bought a Jaguar from them they told me was in flawless condition. After I had it shipped home, the transport driver pointed out that the glass roof was cracked and showed me photos of the crack before he loaded it on the truck. The salesman Eli Maldonado told him "I was aware of the damage." I certainly was not. The repair cost was over $10,000. I contacted them repeatedly about it and was ignored. These people are liars and thieves. read more

Let me start from the beginning of this horror story. I saw a 2017 white Bentley continental GT on abz motors website. Contacted the dealership and dealt with a guy name Louis Weibel who appeared to be an honest and nice guy. We agreed on a price around $107,000 on a Tuesday for the car. I told him I would be there soon as they opened Saturday morning to pick up the car. So, Friday I get a call from Louis asking could we come after 12pm because he noticed the tire needed to be replaced. I was thinking this is kind of strange because he had enough time Friday to get it done before we arrived. So, when we arrived to the dealership, he said the car was still in the shop and now they were trying to figure out why the air bag sensor would not go off. So we waited for hours, and he came up with an idea that he would ship the car to us because they could not get the sensor to go off and they were going to take it to a Bentley dealership Monday morning. We agreed to that, and we left the dealership. So, after almost a week he shipped the car to our home and the radio would not work. We called him back and told him about the radio and he advised us to take the car to a local radio shop and have them look at it. We did that and we found out the radio amplifier was not working, and it would be over $6000 to replace. So, they told us they would pay for the car to get shipped back to Houston so they could fix it. We shipped the car back and they kept it for over a week this time. They shipped the car back to my home. At this point I felt like they sold me a LEMON. My husband spoke to a manager, and he was absolutely no help. I had the car for right at 3 months and I was over it. I tried to sell the vehicle locally, and they told me the alternator was about to go out and the bumper had been replaced as if it was involved in an accident, and the rotors and the brakes are bad because of the squeaking sounds it was making. The dealerships were all giving us low numbers. So, my husband called the dealership, and spoke with a young lady and she said they were willing to buy it back for $15,000 less than what I paid for it 3 months ago. We drove back to Houston where they bought the vehicle back. I noticed two days later they have the vehicle listed at $119,991. This was a nightmare experience. BE AWARE AND THIS DEALERSHIP (TRASH)!!!!!! read more

Bought a car from here and go back for occasional servicing. Decently nice employees and good service prices but there is a distinct lack of communcation from everyone who works there. From the salesperson I bought my car from to the service advisors I work with, the employees are unresponsive and very disorganized. They seem to do good quality work, but their customer service is severely lacking. read more

after your responce I've been calling and calling to discuss the matter but no one returns my calls, it just reaffirms my previous posts that your company could care less about customer satisfaction and more about taking peoples more on poor quality vehicles.Hope i do get a call so i can update thie post with a positive comment. Still Waiting! UPDATE; Your responce is TOTALLY inaccurate i WOULD NEVER have purchased this vehicle for $230,00.00 you and your team mis- represented and straight out lied about the condition of vehicle, then your people AVOIDED my calls and textsfor weeks, if it was such a great car WHY when you were notified IMMEDIATELY upon arrival of car YOU DIDNT WANT IT BACK! as i said before " PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS BUISNESS, THEY SELL SHITBOXES" read more

Great customer service and display it was the best time of my life looking at these beautiful cars.

In the market for a new car with an expiring lease. Walked onto the lot and expressed interest in a few cars, sells person spent first 5 minutes trying to basically talk me into going back to Mercedes, then said he'd be right back had to help another customer, and opened the website for me at his desk. Waited 10 minutes with nobody speaking before realizing they clearly don't want my business! Should've listened to the sales person trying to send me elsewhere in the first place! After a day of visiting dealerships, this has to be the worst one I visited. read more

UPDATE : I dropped the car off Wednesday & ABZ "fixed" my car and drove it to my job ( A porter drove it ). They fixed my rims that was damaged during the service , great. MONDAY night after a 10 hour work shift , BOOM the coolant light pops on . I try to get off the next exit the car starts to slow down @ 40mph , smh. My husband comes with a bottle of Antifreeze so that we can try and make it home. But guess what ? The damn hose and clamp wasn't connected all the way. So basically, my car has been leaking since they drove it back to me "fixed" . Here we are waiting on a tow truck @ 11:40pm. They clearly need to fire their service department ! They are clearly inexperienced mechanics & enjoy inconveniencing customers . I'll update you again next week because the car breaks down weekly ! The only reason why the issues hadn't started sooner (bought car in January ) is because I was driving my other car & the BMW remained parked until May. if I would have been driving it sooner I would have known. read more

worst dealership to do business with, they will disregard all your concern, then make it seem as if your bothering them when they can't deliver on what was promised. these people are not honest at all and will lie on prices and mark everything up. Louie and Mabel are the worst people in there. I've been trying to contact them about my first payment and was hung up on and never called back. down payment didn't even go towards the price of financing they just steal your deposit and first months payment. and make you wait until they get funded to give u your car. that means lying to your financing bank and everything. Worst car dealership ever and worst car buying experience I've ever had would never come back here or refer anyone here. read more

I've called twice now. Both times I was told they would pull my file and look into it. Never received a follow up call. I purchased a car and was charged sales tax and license fee. Car is being registered in Nevada. I was told the dealership was required to collect tax and license and that they would complete the title and registration. 5 weeks later they just sent me everything to do it my self. They did refund a portion of the sales tax and license fee, but not all of it. I've called twice to see why - have yet to receive a call back. Very disappointed with the lack of after sale customer service. Guess now they have the money no need to be responsive. Buyer Beware. read more

I came in to look at a car and was assisted by Leo Tigli. It was fast and effective service. I did not have an enjoyable experience buying a car here. Great selection of high-end cars. All prices are before a "mandatory" upsell of lojack and/or some other service. Bottom of the barrel trade in rates and a brutal place to negotiate with. I waited for over an hour for finance. Car was delivered without lojack because a technician was not available. Being an hour away, this was a huge inconvenience to come back and get done. They refused to mail licence plates until I came back to get lojack installed. Manager is never available and will not return calls. Overall, unorganized and unprofessional. I do not recommend buying a car here. read more

Read and pay close attention. If you can afford a luxury car, buy direct from the dealer. These folks are unethical crooks. The service department can't get even wires straight. Their goal is only to sale you a warranty and fraud the warranty company with overcharging for the repairs. I can't go into much detail about my particular case because I'm planning on going to court soon to recoup 17k in repairs. If you've been scammed by them reach out to: mailto:oscar@bowieurbinalaw.com My email is csouthern05@yahoo.com if you have been a victim, I know a way you can get your money back. You need certain proof for your case. I have audio recordings of conversations and proof their shady as they come. The sad part is close to holidays I have to pay attorneys and court fees. I got my car back today 11/22/22. ABZ got my car the first week of September. Illegally allowed my car to get further damage in attempt to fraud the warranty company. Once the warranty company wouldn't pay, they told me it was my fault. They illegally gave my car to someone else to repair without any authorization from me. I'm going to make it my daily business through social media and the better business bureau by blasting them every chance I get. They got the wrong person!!!! read more

BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE!!! Purchased 2017 Range Rover w/ 16K miles in July after also owning 2014 RRS and had transported to Indiana due to COVID. Literally has been serviced more than driven requiring new timing belt AND timing chain, alternator, battery, rear brakes and MORE. This dealership had NO problem selling a vehicle they did not stand behind and justified it by passing me off to Land Rover mfg warranty assistance. They failed to offer anything other than the following correspondence even after involving BBB of Houston. "Dear , I am so sorry for the inconvenience. The issues that you are facing manufacturer related issues and they can only be resolved by authorized Land Rover dealerships at no cost to you.Unfortunately there is not much advise I can offer other than dealing with the manufacturer.
