I owned a classic luxury car, paid cash for it in PA and drove it to TX and registered it in TX. A commercial truck hit my car. Received an insurance check to repair it (my ins. deductable: $1,000) All my life i never used credit. My score was ZERO. Shabana Motors sold me a 15 year old car, (who's book value was $7K). Purchase value: $14K,(plus high interest) and well over 100,000 miles. but it had a 2 year warranty or 20 miles. my credit score jumped immediately to 630 after 4 payments. I felt lucky to get the car fixed for free a few times during the warranty period. and again within the ending period of the two-yr warranty, (yet my mileage was way past warranty.) YES, i felt damn lucky to have this car and service from a dealership, and very greatfull too. i had financial difficulties. Finance department worked with me. Very nice person. Very nice to me as well.I had a couple of repairs. took out personal, then later payday loans to fix the car. Then one day, (remember, ive only had the vehicle 2 years, and still owed 2 more years in payments) my engine just...messed up. im on foot. i lost both jobs i had immediately. i lost everything.i lost my apartment. staying with a friend. im a burden to my friend, but im trying to find work again. my car got volantarily repoed. losing my apartment will black me out for 7 years for apartments. losing my car will black me out for 7 years for purchases. i cannot find work with good pay without a car. Im ruined. and yet, im waiting to see if this dealership, not only puts my remaining balance into collections...but will the collection agency sue me. so if youre hear wondering if Shabanna Motors is a good company or not? I was glad to have a car. Id rather have a car and be employed and be a vital part of society. be grateful, people. i have nothing now. read more

Honestly, I would NOT recommend Shabana Motors based on my experience. I understand that I have a car payment and that I'm responsible for paying it. What I don't understand is how you expect someone to make their payment when you turn their vehicle off and prevent them from getting to work to earn the money to pay you. I was already struggling and trying to figure out how to get my payment together. Instead of showing any understanding or working with me, Shabana Motors turned my car off. Now I'm stuck without transportation and unable to get to work -- the very place I need to go to make the money to pay my car note. That makes absolutely NO sense. I'm not asking for my payment to be forgiven. I'm asking for a little understanding and reasonable communication when someone is clearly trying to get the money together. Turning off somebody's transportation when they depend on that vehicle to work only makes the situation worse. This experience has shown me that once they want their money, they don't seem to care what position they put their customer in. If you depend on your vehicle to get to work and take care of your family, think very carefully before financing with Shabana Motors. I regret doing business with them and would not recommend them to anyone based on how I have been treated. read more

If you have bad credit and have some cash, this is your place. Like a car that cost 30k and you got 5k or 10k these people are gonna put you in that car. As long as you make those payments and dont care about insane interest, this is your place. read more

I would like to share my recent experience in hopes of promoting transparency and encouraging stronger oversight within the dealership. While I'm ultimately satisfied with my vehicle and appreciative of the support I received from Mr. Abdul and Edward, my overall experience was unfortunately impacted by the conduct of one particular employee. ....Please steer clear of Mrs. Shawn!! She's a scammer, bully, liar and manipulator. She's very deceptive, rude, ghetto and unprofessional. She will finesse & falsify your paperwork and ask for a larger down payment $2000 or more to pocket the money under the table. She will write her friend's name down on your application as if they referred you to also pocket the $500 referral fee fraudulently. Additionally, I believe there may be a concerning connection between Mrs. Shawn, Mrs. Maria, and other individuals in the payments department, raising further questions about her being able to have them print checks on demand. When I brought these concerns to management, rather than being addressed calmly and professionally, Mrs. Shawn reacted with hostility--yelling, getting in my face, and behaving in a manner that I found loud, aggressive, and entirely inappropriate for a customer service setting. Several other staff members appeared visibly uncomfortable, which suggests that this may be a broader issue that warrants further attention. The staff here is literally terrified of this wicked individual. I showed proof, asked for the cameras to be pulled, and she still was still able to manipulate her way out. I respectfully recommend that senior management, particularly Mr. Abdul, review this matter closely. Ensuring integrity and accountability at all levels will help protect future customers from similar experiences and uphold the dealership's reputation. Despite these challenges, I sincerely appreciate Mr. Abdul for eventually taking the time to meet with me and help rectify part of the situation. After multiple visits over a two-week period, he refunded a portion of the funds she pocketed, which I greatly appreciate. read more

Do not purchase a vehicle from this company. I wouldn't give this place a rating if my life depended on them but I'm forced to submit my review. I would give this place 0 stars. Please do not come get a car from here I repeat DO NOT GET A CAR FROM SHABANA MOTORS THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY HAVE PRETTY BODIES THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE OFF THE LOTthe radio advertise this place like it's the best place in the world. Shawn she may be helpful but only helpful to get you in a piece of junk they prey on people with credit issues with high interest rates and providing lemons . I had to switch my car 3 times because it was all bad . Honeywell shop is a joke they are not real mechanics they throwing the cars together and saying it's ready. They don't truly inspect these cars they just throwing on the lot and collecting funds. First car was a dodge journey they was faithfully trying to get rid of those like candy, then a Mazda had transmission problems, the last car I got was a Buick I didn't have issues until they did that kill switch will out communicating and denied they did Tracy the finance manager tried to play stupid after I had arrangements she is a good liar ever since they killed all my sensors , battery, and engine. I'm glad I recorded her because I thought it was just a battery and was going to replace my starter . Whole time they did it . Soon My car started running hot water was then going from my reservoir into my engine. I was having car problems back to back paying my note to end up without a car. Couldn't even take my car on the free way or out of town because it kept saying idle engine running hot my dash was lit like a Christmas tree. I replaced thermostat , 5to 6 sensors, throttle body, battery just so much maintenance after that kill switch . Having to rent cars to go out of town this is ridiculous.Even right before I got my own full coverage they still tried to rip me off by adding theirs. They insurance only covers the vehicle not you or anyone else. This place is a certified joke and please just go to an real certified top dealership get something worth paying for that will be reliable and have a warranty that will not just last a short period then boom car problems. racist cowards...... overcharge for lemons, then have the nerve to kill switch your car after one day of being late.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! RUN AS FAST AS U CAN!!! This place is a giant SCAM! This place charges you twice a month, and if you don't pay for that week, they IMMEDIATELY shut your vehicle off! The interest is ridiculously high as well as the payments especially if you don't have any credit! Soon as you miss one payment they kill switch your car and blow up your phone the day of your payment. The manager barely wants to work with you when you're having job problems or issues obtaining the money for the payment. Took my car to a mechanic and they said whoever worked on it put new brake pads on OLD rotors. They tried to sell the car with the bumper hanging off! The car was only partially cleaned and had burnt holes in the seats from the recent owner. RUN!!! read more

DO NOT BUY FROM SHABANA MOTORS!! Hear me out! In the beginning of the year 2024 i got a vehicle from shabana. I was very pleased with the whole process even the car. It was an upgraded year from my last vehicle so i was ecstatic! Long story short mid july i missed one payment & they killed switched my car to the point where i could not start it to get to work. Bullshit right? So i ended up losing my job due to me not being able to get to work. WTF! Ive never dealt with a dealership that would kill switch your car (especially after one payment) but ill NEVER make a mistake of doing that again. Shabana lost a good customer , and a good car! Because i promise you they will not get anymore of my money or this car BACK! read more

celeste was very helpful and understanding very nice and professional. she is also very thoughtful.

Shabana Motors - His business card - Car Dealers Near Me - Houston, Texas

Glen was helpful and kind. He seemed eager to help us. We came to the dealership two days in a row. The second day we came was only because the finance manager requested Glen call my husband to inquire on how he could earn his business. The finance manager, Javier was extremely rude, prejudice and predatory. My husband expressed interest in a couple of vehicles. Glen told us a reasonable down payment for one vehicle. My husband asked to speak with the finance manager. We could tell that Javier was annoyed at the request once he approached the table. He did not greet my husband or bother to introduce himself. He only stated "you wanted to speak with me?" The down payment magically doubled once Javier approached the table and the price quoted on a 2016 Escalade was 8k over market value. We don't understand what changed from when my husband was called in, to when we were seated at the negotiation table, but it is disappointing and disgusting. From watching Javier's interactions with other ethnicities, we could only wonder if we were not the right color. Don't patronize a business that discriminates and price gouges. We are happily taking our business elsewhere. read more

This place is an absolute scam, avoid at all costs. They will prey on people with bad credit, ESL, and people who are unable to attain traditional financing. They do not check cars at all before selling. A car that was purchased in June 2022. I head a noise two months later and brought it to their service center. I was told differing things. First that the brakes were the problem and they needed to be changed. I was then told this was wear and tear. Two months the brakes go out after I was assured I was being sold a used car that has undergone safety and mechanical checks, and that is normal wear and tear? The same person stated there was over 30% life left on the brakes. Another noise concerned me but was repeatedly told it was the brakes but they still had life. 4 months after purchasing the car the wheel bearing malfunctioned, which accounts for the second noise that was noted but not apparently important enough of an issue for their service center to check. When I went to tap the brakes, they completely failed due to the faulty wheel bearing and I lost control of the car. The insurance that I was forced to purchased only through their company has the value of the car I purchased 4 months ago at 10k while the purchase price was 18k. The gap insurance that o was also forced to purchase of course covered their price gouging, but now I am left with injuries, no car, higher premiums. Any time they force you to use their bundles services you know this is a scam. As I was leaving the facility after picking up my belongings and being insulted by the staff while talking about this incident, another person who was walking in lamented that the exact incident happened to them. When I attempted to bring a friend who is more knowledgeable to advocate for me, they attempted to say that she could not be present and attempted to remove us from the facility. They don't abide by laws or safety and will use any way possible to prey on people. When asked to be shown what law prevents someone else from being present, miraculously my friend was able to be present with me. When I went to pick up my belongings, I was able to see their head on collision graveyard, hundreds of cars that look exactly like mine, probably the same exact situation. If you want to be preyed on and taken advantage of, to possibly be driving an extremely dangerous car be they want to make back end money through their insurances, and possibly end up dead due to a horrendous accident, by all means buy a car from the scam Shabana Motors. If you are in a less than desirable situation and need to find a friendly face and a helpful company to get you a good, reliable car, stay far far away from this place. read more

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME THIS IS SAVING YALL MONEY AND TIME MY FRIENDS! I bought my 2017 Hyundai Sonata from here in the month of April, 2021 and I thought I bought a reliable car! Nope! My tires blew out on me when I was Door Dashing in the Houston area that cost me $276 for two tires. I moved back to the Dallas-Fort Worth area and I decided to get my car serviced out here because Honey Well is pathetic! I brought it to Meineke in Hurst, Texas and I had to spend $1,009 for a oil change, tune up, and I had to replace my serpentine belt because they had cracks in them. I have to come back and replace the other two tires because the mechanic told me they were 5 years old and had dry rotted!!!! I'm very surprised at the negative reviews that I've read. My experience is totally different. I purchased a Lexus ES 350 from Shabana a few years ago, and I never had any issues with the vehicle. Everyone was professional and nice. A couple of years ago, I traded the vehicle in for a new car. I still miss my Lexus. If I ever need to purchase a vehicle from Shabana, I will do it again without hesitation. By the way, I had very low monthly payments. The car was in excellent condition, interior and exterior. Prior to my purchase, it only had 1 owner who kept up with maintenance. All of the paperwork was provided to me. Again, although I no longer have a vehicle with them, my experience was A+! read more

READ THIS CAREFULLY. ALL OF IT. This, is the last place to buy a vehicle. As you're reading this, you may think or feel you are desperate and this is your last resort but I am here to tell you, it is not. This is NOT the place to buy a vehicle no matter how desperate you are. Had I known now what I knew then when I bought the car, I would have walked out and never purchased a car. I implore you whatever you do--DO NOT buy a car here. Summer of 2020: I walked in and bought a car in under two hours. It's a great car (still is) and the process--at the time--was simple. I was amazed--it indeed was really too good to be true. When signing the paperwork, the representative told me that if I couldn't make a payment or need more time, to just call and ask--to keep them informed. Fourteen months later, I asked for a payment arrangement as I had just started a new job. They wanted a copy of my banking activity. I had $268 left in my name for the week until I got paid on Friday and they DENIED my request saying the money was there. THEY WOULD RATHER ME GO HUNGRY in order to get their money of $261. I refused to give them the satisfaction of getting it and allowed the car to be remotely disabled before I would ever go hungry just to line their pockets. They do NOT--I repeat--do NOT care about you. They want their money. They don't care if you go hungry, they don't care that during a pandemic, lots of people are getting back on their feet. They do NOT care. This is THE LAST PLACE to purchase a vehicle. I don't care how desperate you are, this is NOT the place to give your business. Find another way. Had I known what I know now, I would have walked away and never looked back. RUN. FAR. Go anywhere else but here. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. read more

TRASH! They sell you lemon cars with in house repair warranty. The own Honeywell auto garage, which ONLY accept Shabana in house extended warranty. This company is so unprofessional and fraudulent. You can have your car over 2 years and still owe what you purchased it for. They are selling bad cars to desperate people, then have the audacity to turn the cars off after a payment is 4 or 5 days late, which TEARS up the battery and the system in a car they know is already on its last legs. How can a company do things to further damage your car over a payment being 4 days late? Other companies just charge a late fee, they turn your car off which is destroying your battery, and they know it. read more

I'm a single mother who purchased a car from shabana on 3/16/2020. I had car insurance until 3/2022.. I couldn't afford to pay the insurance any longer due to my health issues and I wasn't able to work anymore. On 1/5/2023 I was going out to get a new walker. And the smoked started to come through the vents. So I pulled off to the side of the highway and struggled to get out of the car. Then I open the hood and saw that the engine was on fire.. I then called 911 to get the fire department to come.. I know that I wasn't supposed to be driving but I need a new walker. My only mode of transportation was destroyed.. i did some research and found out that the car I brought from shabana which was a Hyundai 2013 Tuson was on the recall list. I was in shock!. I called Shabana insurance and it to 2 hours to finally get someone on the phone... I explained what happened just like I am explaining now.. and they didn't even know that Hyundai had any recalls...the insurance agent Vanessa at shabana was really rude and didn't care about me as a human being.. I could have lost my life that day and my children would have been without a mother. I was told that in the state of Texas that if you own a car the car company is supposed to have insurance to cover the lost of a vehicle.. I was told by the insurance agent that that couldn't help me.. So my only mode of transportation is gone.. so for anyone that is interested in buying a vehicle for Shabana or any other used car lot... do your research and for recalls.. Shabana wasn't aware that the recalled even existed!!! read more

well well well, a great start to my day. I applied for financing just for a lady to CALL ME being extremely rude. I AM SOOOO SORRY I DIDN'T KNOW THE MIN DOWN PAYMENT WAS 1500-2000. NO need to talk down to someone or being a complete B****. I don't work there how am I supposed to know the min requirements. I think her name was Shana Shana Sam or something with a S. I bought a car from here and it was the worst decision I made. I live EXTREMELY far from Shabana motors, so if I was experiencing problems that affected the way the car drove, it's not like I'd be able to drive it back down there to get it looked at because it was a 45 minute drive. Before I bought the car, i was scheduled an appointment. I forgot the name of the Salesperson so let's call her Annie. When I arrived, I let them know I had an appointment with Annie and I waited for about 20 minutes. A man finally came to me and let me know that Anna would not be showing up and that he'd help me out. I get it, things happen, but she had my number and could have contacted me. I had to Uber there, and if I didn't get a car that day, I would've wasted $60 on uber there and back. I ended up leaving with a car. Afterwards, a few weeks after taking the car home, I was experiencing a misfire on my Toyota Corolla. When I would call, no answer. Luckily, my father in law fixed it for me. I ended up getting into a really bad accident which ended up totaling the car. Since they had me get my insurance through the dealership, I got my car towed to my house after the accident and I tried calling to speak with their insurance representatives but no matter how many times I called or what time I called, I got no answer and they do not have a voicemail set up. The car ended up sitting in my garage for about 4 months until I FINALLY got an answer from them. When I told them about the situation, they blamed me for not reaching out earlier.. the audacity 4 months... without a car... getting no answers.... and STILL paying the car note and she had the audacity to blame me for not calling sooner I will NEVER go back. They're service is pretty terrible and they are unreliable read more

This place is a total scam!! Do not buy a car from them!! Most big dealerships give you a month if you communicate with them! Thought this was gonna be a good place to get a car because it was on the radio but that was a lie! And you call them and tell them you get paid on Friday they say they still will cut the car off! How the fuck I'm suppose to pay y'all if I can't get to fucking work!! Shabana is, hands down, the easiest dealer I've ever worked with. They are consistently friendly, honest and helpful. They ended up buying our car for a fair bit more than any other offer we'd received. During the selection process, they were there when we needed them and left us alone when we wanted it. I'm not a lawyer, however, having reviewed contracts regularly, their legal paperwork was among the clearest, most up front I've seen. Certainly the best in the Auto industry. Do note that they use a GPS tracker and a remote disabler, for those who don't like paying. Their in-house "we accept anyone" financing is rather high, though that's to be expected. Their interest structure is unimaginably better than we were getting from a credit union. We ended up purchasing a 2005 Volvo XC90 and we've not had any problems with for the several months we've had it. read more
