In general, what we got looked delicious, albeit a bit small in size. But they were large in flavor. You could definitely taste the sourdough flavor because it was not overwhelmed by the topping or filling. The dough was very springy. Unlike a regular donut that squishes down when you bite into and then stays somewhat flat, these donuts returned to their shape minus the bite.
