When we went to the store to pick out the table set up the owners, Anagi and Nuwan, were very patient and hospitable, they even gave us their suggestions and ideas which we appreciated a lot. They even took the time to give us a tour of the warehouse!! At the party, everything was set up on time to surprise my father and we were all really impressed with the set up. Very rude person responding to my message about condition on dying flowers after 2 days…read more I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement I ordered from Country Florist. Within just two days of delivery, several of the flowers were already showing signs of dying and wilting, which is not what I would expect from a fresh arrangement. What was even more frustrating is that the florist's note included a statement saying, "If we fail to meet your expectations, please let us know." I did exactly that--I contacted them, sent a message, and included photos showing the condition of the flowers. Unfortunately, my concerns were not handled in a way that resolved the issue. The person who was responding to me from the business by messages was arrogant, condescending, very rude and had no concern about the customer. Also not concern or even bothered about getting a bad review! What a way to do business! When you pay for a floral arrangement, you expect it to remain fresh and beautiful for more than a couple of days. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Country Florist in Arlington, TX and would never order from them again. Do yourself a favor. Buyer beware! I would give this business -01 epic fail!

I spoke with a woman who asked me a ton of questions about my granddaughter--what she likes, her interests, etc. She told me she would put something together and send me a design to approve. I was actually excited to see what she came up with. Instead, the only thing I received was an invoice for $225. No design. No mock-up. No photo or description showing what was included. Nothing. There is absolutely no way I'm paying $225 for BALLOONS without having any idea what I'm actually purchasing. What was even more disappointing was that no one followed up after our discovery call or after sending the invoice. The whole experience left me feeling like the call was simply a step toward sending an invoice rather than an effort to create what we had discussed. I was completely willing to spend the money--I just expected to know what I was spending $225 on. I probably should have realized this wasn't going to be a good fit when we discussed delivery. I was only offered an early-morning or early-afternoon delivery window. My granddaughter is turning 7. She's in school during both of those times. The whole point was for her to be there when this big, fun birthday surprise arrived. This company may be wonderful for large events and elaborate balloon installations, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them for someone trying to create a smaller, meaningful surprise for a loved one. I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for someone to help me create a special memory for my granddaughter. Unfortunately, that's not what this experience felt like.
