He forgot that we had arranged for a Saturday pickup and tried to tell us he couldn't get anyone out there without charging us more. When he finally took the time to look at our contract and did come out, he didn't even come inside to talk to us. He just dumped the barrels of water all over the sidewalk where people were walking and threw everything in his truck and drove off. If you don't mind verbal abuse and incredibly chauvinistic and unprofessional behavior, feel free to use this company. If you expect to be treated with a hint of decency and respect as a client, look elsewhere. Dallas has plenty more to offer.

You forgot, and claimed that because you have so much other Thanksgiving business to handle, you have to leave town and will not be stopping by. The flowers have started to wilt since last week.
