It was scheduled for 2-8pm and they gave me a delivery window of 8am-1pm but said they'd contact me when they were on their way. They didn't, which required some scrambling, but they were quick and did a great job. Also didn't know they weren't coming to pick it up that night. Called to let us know they were there very early the next morning which again created some logistical issues. Better communication would have been great, but I know it as a holiday.
