Our pastor and guest starting helping to unwrap the 4 pedestals and set the florals out as the guy kept telling us he wasn't the one to set up. A girl finally showed up around 1:00 to arrange the florals and pedestals, she walked up and down the aisle arranging the ground florals as the guest watched. This was the most unprofessional and embarrassing experience one could ask for. Guest at the reception were commenting that they started videoing the process because it was comical. This should never happen to anyone on their wedding day! We have waited a week for Sherpa to contact us and no one has. This speaks volumes about their lack of customer service.
