You can watch or not but the vibe is nice. I recently tried a Gel-X manicure for the first time. Being unfamiliar with artificial nails, I initially chose the wrong shape. Once I saw the educational video on-site, I realized my mistake and asked to change the shape. Unfortunately, the technician's reaction was very unprofessional. She became visibly angry and "hot-headed," which completely ruined the relaxing experience I come here for. While I understand the late change was an inconvenience, the lack of temperament control was disappointing. I still love the facility, but I will be more cautious about who I book with in the future to ensure the environment stays peaceful.

My niece was not misbehaving but she has ADHD and can't sit still so she had a hard time just sitting there while her nails dried and it apparently annoyed the tech. She did perfectly fine while they were being painted but sitting and waiting for me to finish was a little hard for her but even with that she was sitting there but just moving her hands. My recommendation is if you are planning on bringing a small child for a special day of manis and pedis, you might want to find a place where the tech has more patience.

There are times where I have felt rushed because there were people waiting, but my nails came out good so I didn't complain. They have a policy for you wash your hands upon coming in and choosing a nail color. Seats are comfy and all the massage chairs work wonderfully. I normally only get gel polish, but as I'm getting older and seem to have less time for color on my nails, I still come in for plain pedicures. A girl's gotta have nice feet. Always. Lol. Would highly recommend. Their team of professionals is great. They do allow walk ins but for the most part, I try to call ahead of time. I will def miss this place when I leave!
