I thought these ribs here were much better than anything we tried in Kansas City. While the smoke flavor isn't as pronounced as Texas style the dry rub and layering of flavor on the ribs was superb. I was pleasantly surprised by the brisket. While it lacked the intense smoke I'm used to and deeply rich bark, it was quite tender. The ribs however were a 10/10!

I walked in and they gave me the absolute worst seat in the house in an empty restaurant. WHY? I mean right next to the kitchen. CLANG! CLANG! CLANG! The beared-fellow that was host seemed miffed that I didn't want that seat. Maybe I read the situation wrong however. I moved back to the front by a window. Better. The waitress was an elderly gal from Texas that was quite sweet. The restaurant itself is an unattractive mess. I mean, just tacky tacky tacky. Like an old Sizzler steakhouse covered with cartoon pig art. One of the most unattractive "dining" rooms I have had the displeasure of sitting in. The good news? The ribs are some of the best I've had. Caramelized burnt sugar on the tips. A great sauce. Nice pull away. Etc. Just pork perfection. The BBQ sauce on the table is superior to anything else they can bring out. Stick with that. It's an excellent sauce. So this is a tough review. I didn't try anything else, but the ribs.. and they were next level great. So of you go here and my review doesnt jive - remember I ONLY had the ribs. This is a 2 star place but I am going higher because the ribs are just so doggone outstanding. Best ribs in Branson. (Oh, and I think the name of the place is lame too.)

My guy, Guy Fieri was featured on the front door so I know this place had to have been a stop on Flavortown!! We ordered 4 tenders for a good protein source and I can confidently say these were some of the best tenders I've ever had. And they were Huge. We went with two Alabama white, and two Nashville hot. Alabama white was still crisp despite being sauced, same for the Nashville hot. Nashville hot had a good temp, wasn't overly hot and had a good flavor. It wasn't punishing! Alabama white was a great blend of vinegar based and heat. Highly recommended

We each got 4 strips, and I was barely able to eat two. There are a lot of sauces to choose from. I got the classic ranch, and garlic Parmesan. Both delicious. This second time around I tried the poutine and the Ozark Street corn. Absolutely delicious. I am craving both the poutine and street corn again right now. The fries on the poutine had a nice mix of soft and crispy. For dessert I got the apple cobbler. It was nice and warm, sweet but not overly sweeet with a scoop of vanilla. The food came out fast too.

Huge shoutout to John, Hillary, and Pope--they're a big reason this place feels so welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care and it shows in every interaction. Me and my buddy decided to visit Branson for a movie and we decided to stop in at a random place to…read moreeat. We decided on Crazy Craig's treehouse, one that looked like cozy simple affordable food. Upon walking into the establishment, we discovered that the parking lot is a tight entry with the infamous Branson hills. The exterior was appealing and cool to look at yet the interior was cramped and barely any room to sit. They did have a nice area to sit upstairs though the pool table upstairs didn't contain the ball rack and the table was incredibly dirty/unmaintained. Moving onto the service. We were told to sit anywhere and someone would come and check on us, it was several minutes before someone came to check what we wanted with little to no business going on. However they were nice so that was a nice plus. The pricing for this place is a little overpriced for the simple food menu they have. We paid 10 dollars for chips and queso and the serving size that was on the platter was barely enough to feed us both. Our main entrees were easily 15 dollars a plate and not to mention that it took quite a lot of time for everything to come out. The overall taste of the food/drinks were very disappointing. My Dr Pepper was extremely flat no matter a refill or not, the chips were stale, and the queso tasted like fake cheese (only cheese I can compare it to is lunchables). My chicken sandwich I ordered was incredibly subpar: especially since when I pay 15 dollars for a sandwich I want a patty and not two chicken tenders plastered on a bun. Especially the pepper jack cheese on my tender sandwich had absolutely no spice which made me believe it was fake cheese as well. Even the pepper from the shaker only had a hint of the taste of pepper. The worst experience in this first and last visit was the fact that the pepper sauce (hot sauce) was all expired. Our tables sauce had expired on July 2025! I checked other tables and only one of the tables had a September 2027 date the rest had May 2025. So I didn't use any condiments on my food which overall ruined my meal. The only truly good food product I had was the French fries so if you go here just order the fries from the appetizer section and seeing how they are a bar as well: drink while you're here because you will need it to get through main entrees. Overall: friendly slow service, bad food, bad soda, and tight space and parking lot. Not worth your time!
