I've seen Dr. Dave off and on for several years. Most of the time, I go for a few adjustments from him using the Activator Method and then just go to see him occasionally until I need fine tuning. Years ago, I saw a couple of different chiropractors at various times in my life who used what I referred to as "snap, crackle, and pop" chiropractic care which left me feeling worse. When I first heard about the Activator Method, I jokingly referred to it as a "snake oil" intervention. That, however, was before I actually experienced it. It's a gentle form of intervention that doesn't use pushing or force to effect change. The body responds to the activator tool that the doctors use. I've never gotten a headache after an adjustment, although I may feel an initial minor level of discomfort afterwards, but that dissipates by continuing to move around and by drinking a lot of water to flush the system. I view chiropractic care as something to do to maintain my overall mobility and good health, along with exercise, a balanced diet, rest, meditation, etc. I will continue to see Dr. Dave or Dr. Katherine periodically to maintain my overall functioning. read more

I've been seen by both Dr Katherine and Dr Dave since about mid-December for.injuries resulting from my car accident. Katherine and Dan are very friendly. These guys helped me to function at a normal level, I am in need of a hip replacement, the pain was keeping me from the easiest functions, standing and sitting. I'm young in respect to normal patients whom need this surgery, The specialist was very quick to say surgery. Katherine has worked with me for 4 months to regain flexiability and mobility. I still have minor pain but not all the time. I can now walk at a good pace and can jog short distances. They made the last several weeks of my pregnancy so much less painful. once my son was born and he had torticolis I knew they were the perfect place. Now I have a second sons and take him there too. I've always thought chiropractic care was a scam. I would never have gone to a chiropractor had i not injured my back 12 yrs ago. Now, i can't imagine anyone not going. They had excellent customer service and were able to get me in last-minute when I was just passing through town to visit family and had a sudden back issue crop up.
