The trailer was not fixed yet waiting on insurance response? Joe then convinced Sis - in- law to go forward with new leaf spring, tires, rims saying axles were too small- he is smarter than D.O.T.? My sis in law goes to get trailer picked up this Sept. and Joe says before she came that "OH, the water lines had burst" and CHARGED her to fix ! Now Joe who "should" know better says "Oh I didn't know that I was to do that" Even though it was in HIS care and last fall I had asked my brother ,( In text that i still have on my phone) "what about winterizing and the batteries"? -My Bro texted back saying Joe said he would take care of it-and now charged her for plumbing repair and Batteries !!!! (probably wasn't burst and just wanted my sis in law to give to him out of frustration with added charges) and charged her over $16,000 for the parts and repair!!! How convenient to say that, knowing my Brother wasn't alive now. He is not an Honest or Good man behaving like this and certainly not a Professional when he had this trailer and did not TAKE PROPER CARE of the plumbing or batteries WHILE IN HIS CARE and suggesting he knows more than the Dept. of Transportation with convincing my sis in law (who doesn't even own a drivers licence) otherwise (when all they needed was leaf springs and tires) My suggestion is you have BCAA Rv towing and have this towed as far away from this place as you can

After his inspection he called and spoke with my husband about the issues he saw as more important. We received the full report (almost 200 pages!) the next day.
