We bought this RV, because I got stage 4 cancer and was working on remodeling our home when I was diagonosed. My doctor told me that I could not be in dirt and dust from doing contruction on our home, so we decided to by an RV that we could live in while going through a radical surgery that I did not know if I would live through. Anyhow we purchased it and bought upgrades from Sunrise RV. Charlie and Micheal were the salespeople who sold us a 2022 Montana 3761FL Fifthwheel RV. It was extremely expensive and it had everything we needed to help me recover from the surgery and the cancer treatment. Problems started after we purchase the RV and had the upgrades to the solar system and water heater. It took the Sunrise a long time to do the upgrades of the solar system and to change out the water heater to an instant hot. The dealer was suppose to deliver the RV after completing the upgrades, but the upgrades took near two months, for work that should have been completed in a week or two at the most. After the upgrade were complete after claiming they were waiting on parts for over a month, then we got a excuses the weather was bad and Charlie was sick and the weather was bad. I was getting close to my surgery date and the RV was still not delivered. I decided to go online and check the weather in Omak and on Squalmie pass. I found out the roads were bare and dry in Omak and on the pass. I then took snapshots of the weather report and pictures of the pass, then sent an e-mail to Sunrise and attached the picture and weather report to my e-mail. We finally got Sunrise RV to deliver the RV on December 31, 2022 on New Years Eve. After the RV was delivered to us, we found that the trim on the front of the RV had not been repaired as we had asked. Charlie made an excuse stating the weather was cold and thats the reason it was fall off the RV. We also noticed that Charlie was having issue leveling the RV, which we later found out that the self-leveling jack was damaged. After Charlie setup the RV, he left our property and took our key with him. We ended up calling him and he stated he was on the pass and did not want to come back. He said he would send them to us in the mail. Well, we had to go buy a new lock for the door, so no one would break in. We waited for the keys and they never came the next day. We couldn't lock the storage compartments, so we end up sending an e-mail asking for the keys again and we removed one of the locks and took it to the lock smith to get keys. The keys ended up showing up several days later. The told us they would reimburse us for the lock and keys, but never got a check in the mail. We also asked that the dealer clean the RV, but when it was delivered the floors were dirty and there was water on the kitchen/galley and bathroom floor. We had also asked to dealer to check the funance registers in the RV to make sure they were clean, because we had purchased another new 2005 moldel RV in 2006 and found the funance registers were loaded with construction debris. Well, same thing with this RV, there was construction debris in the funance registers and in the air conditioner ducts too. We found all kinds of issues with the RV and we called Charlie back immediately, but there were closed on New Years day. We e-mail Sunrise with a list of things that should have been fixed prior to delivery of the RV. Some of the problems we found right away was the fridgerator doors were misaligned, the Instant-hot we upgraded too was not working, there was all kinds of damage (scrathes to cabinets and chairs), the arm of the recliner was loose, the back wall near the master bath seems like there was a big hole in it and it was covered up with wall paper, the black tank water valve was damaged, so you could not close one of the tanks for sewage, the exterior curb and road side skirting was damaged on the RV, the landing gear to self-level the RV was bent, the kitchen stove lights would turn on and off without an interaction by us, the TV cabinet was damaged (big split in the top) and the front room floor covering was loose and looked delaminated from the floor. We were told by Charlie that he would contact his service department. We had to call and e-mail Charlie several times, before we were contact by Matt in the service department, stating that out of the kindness of his heart, he was not going to come to our property to fix these items. We contacted manufacture twice and finally a woman said she would look into it. We then had a flood in the kitchen the next day... All I can say is these are rotten peole. Save yourself the headache and lots of money, don't by this junk, they wont honor their warranties. You can read more about what happen to us at https://www.peerreviewedproducts.com/
