I brought my vehicle for a repair and was told they would look after it. However, the car was not repaired properly, and after I paid them and followed up on what they didn't fix, they told me to go back to the original auto body shop to get it repaired under the ICBC claim. Why didn't they tell me that in the first place, instead of claiming they could address issues and charging me for what they didn't repair? Oh, and after they claimed they could address the problem with my vehicle, they asked me to leave a good review (which I did because I trusted them on their word). I have now decided to write this review because the whole experience did not sit well with me upon further reflection.

All my services have been great until 07/27/2021 when I had new lic. plates because mine were stole. We sat inside for almost 1 hr. because you computer Would not accept my new plates. Then today I got in line and was told it would be about 3/4 to 1hr. wait. I said I would come back later. I came back and got in line behind a truck. The Employee then and came and told me I had to change lanes as the other car was there before me. Then I was informed it would be another 1/2hr . At that point I had had enough and left.
