Its so bad that I wouldn't buy a NEW CanAm again. They had it for "service" 3X..last time for a WEEK and when they gave it back to me, it was just the same. These machines are (in)Famous for BANGING suspension bushings and I brought them a Forum article (A HARD COPY WITH THE FORUM URL etc on it) where 150 or so owners were talking about how to FIX the banging- there is a way to FIX this...These guys couldn't FIND or FIX that issue either and tried to charge me $ 450 for service( mainly changing the fluids). After their "service" it LEAKED SYN Fluid in my truckbed and garage floor for a week, I took it to a different dealer and they said that whoever just changed the GEARBOX fluid had STRIPPED drain plug threads and it wouldn't seal. It cost me $ 450 to get that fixed and of course it's "not covered by the 36 month extended warranty" I can see the reasoning there..CanAm itself isn't responsible for sh*tty service work. I wouldn't go near this place ever again..there were other issues they caused but wont keep going on here.. ;-(

Those kind of salespeople can make you feel confident you're getting a great car at a great deal, high fiveing you and staring at your wife's ass while your not looking, hoping the snake oil he put in the car will keep the engine knocking at bay during your test drive and the bars leak holds the radiator together. Ok so your test drive went ok, and the salesman that rode with you has filled you full of rainbows and the trust of 1,000 unicorns ridden by the most noble of elves........ you buy the car. You get it home. You are so excited you take your grandmother for a cruise in your new to you car that couldn't possibly fail, since the super honest salesman at shisties quality used autos promised you it won't! So you and grandma go to the ice cream social at the grange hall in the county over and all is well, you personally wipe grandma down of all the hot fudge to avoid getting any on your interior because, well this car is awesome!!! The guy at shisties promised!!! One last stop for depends and a giant bag of hard candy for grandma at the five and dime.....what's that sound???? What's that sickenly sweet smell???? Why does it sound like sasquatch is wood knocking under my hood???? Why did it die????? What's that green stuff pissing all over the ground below the radiator???? WHY WONT SHISTIES GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK?????????????????? Because you didn't buy from choice auto, that's why. I have never seen more professionalism at any car lot. I have never seen such care given to the customer at any other place period!!!! Every car they get is gone over before hitting the lot by their certified professional mechanics in their shop. These guys are the true honest ones. They are willing to work with their customers to get you the best possible deal, and are genuinely nice people. FINALLY AN HONEST CAR LOT!!!!! I took my boat there after making an appointment by phone about 10 days in advance. I waited about…read moretwo weeks to call and ask when they might be done with the work. They acted like I was a problem and apparently rushed the work to get done. I called two weeks later and was told they'd finished the job about 10 days prior They wondered why I hadn't been in to get my boat. As they never called me to tell me the boat was done I hadn't been in to get it Needless to say when I put the boat in the water it didn't work. The main motor controls fell apart. This left the motor unusable and frankly in a dangerous operating condition. The outboard kicker motor where I specifically requested a new handle and told them the motor wasn't shifting gears was worked on A new handle was installed. The linkage was not adjusted correctly and the motor still didn't work No I would never take my boat back to them. I called their shop and told them about the problem The first thing I was told was they didn't work on boats that had been in salt water. That was the first time I ever heard that. This was the 3rd time I took my boat to them over about a 6 year period. I was told that his father had worked on the boat and he would get back to me. Surprise, surprise he never returned my call. It was a complete waste of time.to take the boat there. They didn't do the repairs asked of them and they certainly wouldn't find a problem on their own. They don't test the repairs they make. Sorry to say that the quality of work is poor. I once thought it was pretty good. This time they embarrassed me They also sent me out with a boat that did not work after spending about a month in their shop I could never take any thing to their shop for work again. I don't have the time. I also value my life and the lives of those I love. Good luck to anyone who takes their boat or ATV to them for service.

And to call back if you don't hear from him. Called back on Wednesday. Woman took my same info. Called back on Thursday, again same woman took my message and said he was in Mazama working on a vehicle. I said I'm literally in Mazama as we speak. Probably could have been very easy for "Kevin" to stop by for 5-10 minutes. Here it is Friday 3/27/26 at 7:00 pm. No follow up. But contacting Fletchers came as a referral from a reputable Twisp shop. Not impressed with their follow up. Especially as I called 3 out of 5 days during the week. And no call back.
