We pulled into our Penticton campground on a Friday afternoon and inexplicably had no power. After checking everything we possibly could ( and being baffled as to why everything was working fine at the campground we had just left hours before ) Raj came to our rescue and quelled our panic. He stopped at our campground to help us within 30 minutes of our call, even though he was on his way to Osoyoos, and started to methodically troubleshoot the problem. In no time at all he found a loose wire in our power cord and had it fixed. Raj was amazing, he was a genuinely kind and caring person who could charge triple for his services and be well worth every penny. We had broken our awning arm earlier in our trip and he stopped by later in the week to fix that for us, too. The trailer repair shops in Penticton were quoting 3-4 weeks before they could even look at a problem ( and in 36 degree heat it was pretty important to us to have electricity ) and Raj came right to us where we were in the campground within minutes of our call.
