Then today I got in line and was told it would be about 3/4 to 1hr. wait. I said I would come back later. I came back and got in line behind a truck. The Employee then and came and told me I had to change lanes as the other car was there before me. Then I was informed it would be another 1/2hr . At that point I had had enough and left. But their biggest problem is no honor and complete lack of integrity/dignity. Very careful when you bring in your modern vehicles. One of my vehicle was(2017 jeep GC) there to diagnoise for minor electrical glitch issue and they couldnt figured out but a week later they informed me my vehicle air suspension leaking and needs airline connector and quoted me around 250$ ...well im not happy because i just bought the vehicle 2weeks ago from a dealership (alberta) with fully inspection done also a week ago OPI done in kelowna without any issue. I went to shop and check my vehicle and the air suspension light is displaced on cluster and cant even hold air and not able to drive which has no issue when i bring in there. I explained them but get their disagreement. ut my vehicle on hoist to checl suspension system but next day when i explained about tire jack mode the manager said the never lifted the vehicle luckly i got witnesses and some evidence for both of thechs and manager words. Eventually next day i pickup the vehicle and im forced to pay 838.62$ and 156$ for original diagnoise fee so i made the my payment under protest. Today the lawyer told me the reach auto is NOT canadian BBB members and i have to go small claim. Watch out this shop. They will not honor their mistakes and will use lies at your face without hesitation. Now i m wasting my holiday time to dealing with the lawyer and documentation...

Their service (and coffee machine) was top notch. They tried to patch but the damage was too severe. They did not have a replacement tire in that size available, so helped us with the spare and sent us on our way with no charge. They bailed us out and I didn't expect that at all. Through this positive experience, I made sure that the replacement tire set was purchased and installed at a Kal Tire closer to home after we got back. And the service at the Runnel Drive Coquitlam location is top notch as well!

Horrible Horrible Horrible experience…read more We got a flat tire on Monday night and bought the car in. They were close. So on Tuesday Morning 8am we came right away and was told that they don't have the tire for the Tesla car. The manager at Kal tire went outside and with his note pad he wrote down the tire serial or model number of the tire wheel. Went back inside and typed into the computer and said the tire will be shipped from Vancouver. It will take one to two days and he is not sure exactly when it will come in. Tire shipping from Vancouver to Merritt will take 1 or 2 days. OK! To drive from Merrit to Vancouver is really no more than 5 hours. We left the car at Kal tire. As well we specifically mentioned to him the tire must be a run flat like all the other tires. So on Wednesday we called and was told that it will arrive on Thursday morning. He told us to wait for his call. Thursday afternoon we called and was told that the tire that he ordered was the wrong one and luckily he caught it on time and the new tire is in freight. The manager told us that he is going to call to find out about the ETA of the tire right away. So we waited and waited another hour went by and so we called about the ETA. The manager said he has not called and will call right now. We waited and about 30 mins passed by and he finally called back. We were told that it will arrive sometime on Friday at 10am. The tire is being shipped by DHL. I can not stay one more day and left to Vancouver taking Greyhound and my friend will have to pick up the car himself. On Friday, he came to pick up the tire and found out that the manager made another mistake. The tire is not a run flat. It was not the tire that was ordered according to the invoiced. It fit on the car but he had to leave so he had no choice but to go with the wrong tire. We were very disappointed with Kal Tire and their service. I really believe the tire did come in on Thursday but the manager did not admit to his mistake that he ordered the wrong tire. He must have tried putting the tire on but it won't fit. He went and order the tire again making a second mistake for getting a tire that was not Run Flat. We had said many times that the tire must be run flat. WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT FROM KAL TIRE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If we knew it will take 4 days and still end up with the wrong tire, we rather go take the greyhound bus back to Vancouver and come back after they really get it right (like on their 3rd try). KAL TIRE ARE DEFINITELY NOT TIRE EXPERTS FROM HOW THEY TRY TO GUESS THE TIRE ON THE TESLA CAR WHEN THE CAR WAS IN THEIR PARKING LOT THE WHOLE TIME.

Not only did my Windshield Sprayer break, my mirror broke, and my battery died all within an hour, Rachel was able to source the parts and fix my car. She could tell I was stressed out and her kind words and hard work made my day less stressful. I will be telling all of my friends and family to go there and I will be coming back for sure. Thanks Rachel, and thanks Mr. Lube for hiring such great, friendly, smart staff.
