The wait time was quoted for 15-25 minutes after ordering, which was all set and ready in 27 minutes after ordering. The Mainstay by Marc Murphy: Lemon Oregano Salmon: A good sized grilled salmon filet pan-seared and topped with a rich, oregano-infused, lemon butter sauce, briny capers, and fresh dill. Truffle Mac & Cheese: a rich side of soft mac & cheese with chopped black truffle and roasted wild mushrooms, topped with breadcrumbs. Shishito Peppers: grilled soft shishito peppers sprinkled with Maldon salt and smoky Aleppo pepper. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the food I ordered on this visit from The Mainstay concept. The food was very hot and the flavors were spot on. I've ordered food from other Wonder concepts which were decent to very good. I believe I found the right concept this time. Overall, as mentioned before, this food hall concept seems to be catching on with easy online ordering and pickup.
