Then I got a message on their useless app saying there was an insurance problem. I don't have insurance and I've told them this several times before. They are also rude when they finally answer the call. I left months ago and went to Rite Aid and never had this problem but Rite Aid went under and guess who got all their patients? Yup so back in their circus. Last month my prescription was 5 days late and was told first come first serve. The app is useless because my medication is a controlled substance. And people wonder why some folks turn to the street for their medication. I wouldn't do that but I certainly understand why some do.

I had to call Walgreens in Pelham - in literally 3 mins they were able to find my prescription and said to come pick it up in 2 hours. Run from the Londonderry pharmacy - they are inept and rude.

The former much smaller Wal-Mart was located down the hill across NH 28, which is now an Ocean State Job Lot. This 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter is pretty clean and the staff here seem friendly. This store has a similar atmosphere and layout as the Manchester (Gold St) and Hooksett locations with concrete floors (warehouse-like), food market area to the left, apparel/jewelry/housewares/furnishings in the middle, photo lab/books & magazines/electronics/office supplies in the back, outdoor merch/automotive in the back right, toys section/garden center on the right side of the store and a Subway in the front of the store. Similar to Manchester (Gold St), the pharmacy/health & beauty things/cosmetics sections at this store are located in the front right side of the store. The pharmacy in the Hooksett and Concord stores are located across from the food market section near the center of the store. I've bought many items from the Derry Wal-Mart Supercenter including big picture frames, magazines, fresh produce, salads, Lawry's seasoned pepper, cold drinks (beer & wine), personal hygiene items, OTC meds, toys, wipers, spray paint, calculators, movies, blank media, shoe laces, jogging shorts, and many other things. This Wal-Mart can get very busy at times and the checkout lines may get long including the self-checkout lanes. They will usually page all available associates to the registers when it gets this way.

She called the doctor, confirmed the meds and prescription , even the ones that were missing from his medication list and even hand wrote some notes for him on what the doctor said. She also helped us to save a little money with store brand items as opposed to others we had picked up. She was amazing! - It was the Windham NH location. I believe her name was Diana, per the clerk I called at the store today. She is truly an asset to the store !

Prices are slightly higher then other grocery stores on most things, but I never have to wait in line and the quality is fresh. They always have plenty of coverage. I refuse self checkout though and they have plenty of those lanes. I have always had a pleasant experience there.

I went into the pharmacy on lunch to make sure they had me in the system, to let them know I was paying out of pocket, and to make sure they had everything they needed from me. The girl behind the counter was super helpful, let me know they had to order the medication, that it would be in around 11am the next day, and also quoted me $129. Here it is, the next day, and 2pm rolls around and I haven't heard from the pharmacy, so I call. The man who answers the phone told me that they were having issues with my insurance. I replied that I already told the person yesterday I was paying out of pocket. He tells me the cost was going to be $320. I replied that I was already quoted $129. He goes quiet. . . . He tells me that he doesn't know how they got that price, and maybe I should go on Goodrx and find a pharmacy that will have a better price. . . . . This whole experience was a complete letdown.

The cashier and bagger were not happy. Not friendly and never once said "Hi! How are you doing…read moretoday?" "Did you find everything okay today?" Not a single smile from either one of them like they were absolutely miserable in their own skin/lives. I work in retail and every customer that walks in or out of my store is or has been greeted, smiled at and asked if they found everything okay. It's not difficult to spread that happiness to anyone. But it takes a hell of a lot more energy to be upset and unhappy. Leave your problems at the door. No one wants to have to deal with your shit because we all have our own shit to deal with. We went to Shaw's today because I didn't want to deal with the MB assholes and ALL those extra people!! Maybe I should've shut my mouth and went there anyway. We were in an unfortunate time- sensitive situation bc another pharmacy had not only made a serious error, they were adamant they had not. I phoned osco from the other pharmacy and asked if he would look upsome info for us. He did, 3 min til closing. With his help our 15 yro got her inhaler! We surely will ensure that the other pharmacy is deleted from her records ! Thank you Albert Rogers and all at Osco!
