Over the years, I've used many different pharmacies and never had a particularly good or bad experience. Very hum-drum. But then I used Elm St once and after that I was all set. They are my go-to pharmacy every time now. They really do redefine professionalism, courtesy, accuracy, and speed. They will have a line of 5 cars pull up but in 8 minutes they'd have them all cleared out. I call in for a refill and I get a text that it's ready literally 5-10 minutes later. They put other pharmacies to shame and I do mean that. I think they have a good team who have similar work ethics and who take pride in doing an excellent job so when you get that kind of synergy, it shows. I don't recall their names but the young female tech with dark hair, glasses, and a slight accent as well as the youngish male PharmD are fabulous. When you see them there, know that they're working hard to get your your Rx and they certainly raise the bar for all pharmacies to aspire to. Good job!

I was in the neighborhood getting gas at the BJ's when I realized I needed some water for my trip, so I drive across the street to this grocery store to get my water. The store is very roomy...like their produce section is very spread out making shopping a real pleasure...the aisles all over the store are also very wide and very well kept. It was a nice shopping experience...I would say it felt more like an upscale neighborhood market than a Stop & Shop type store.

The pharmacy tech took all my information and told me I would get a text message when it was ready. Five days goes by and I never hear anything. So, I called them and they told me that they lost all my information. The pharmacy tech takes all my information over the phone again. I remind her that it is for a 180 count bottle. Another day goes by and I got a text message saying that my prescription is ready and it is half the price what I was expecting? I paid for it online and drove over there to pick it up. After I pick it up and get into my car, I glanced at the bottle and noticed it was only filled to a 60 count. So, I go back inside and tell the pharmacy tech that they filled the wrong count. She tells me it's an easy fix, and that they will get me the correct count in a moment. So, as I am waiting , I looked behind me and the iron gate closes on the pharmacy. Apparently they shut down for 30 minutes for lunch at that time. So I have to end up wandering aimlessly around the store for 30 minutes. Then after the iron gate opens, the pharmacy tech notices me and says, oh, you didn't get that bottle yet? You can probably imagine what I wanted to say, but I grinned and beared it. She then expeditiously rang me out and I was able to rid myself of that place. May God help you if you ever are a new customer getting a prescription filled there. That's all I can say. Two stars because the price was good, they were pleasant to deal with, and at least I eventually got the prescription.

She said I couldn't buy it because the register wouldn't accept the product because it wasn't in the system. I asked why it was on the shelf for purchase if it wasn't in the system. No answer, no reason. Employee walked away. She turned around, came back, took the product from me and walked away again. If they don't want to sell product, why do they bother to open the doors?
