It may seem like a questionable neighborhood but I have been totally secure and have had no problems with bugs or other unwelcome critters (of the 2-legged or 4-legged/and-more-legged variety). They are really pro-active with their pest control. There has been some construction going on and Sally explained their front entrance will change but she has a guarantee of 4 more years with no other construction changes. The interior of the spaces seem to be a few inches taller than another large chain here in town and I am able to get my 8' tall cabinets into my space very easily and without any restrictions from support beams in the ceiling. The storage stalls also have no "threshold lip" so when I want to roll things in and out, its completely smooth. The stall doors are roll-up. I am a happy renter.

You guys I could not rave more about this Darrell's employee Clark. He came through, calmed my storm & went above and beyond to make me feel better & to solve the small issue at hand. I honestly don't know if the REAL DARRELL is still alive but as a business owner myself, I think employees like Clark are such a special treasure.
