They also discovered some minor damage to the outflow fitting on the septic tank and are going to repair it after I have the tank pumped. They put a cleanout on the line to the leach field too. The whole experience was easy and as enjoyable as a septic repair could be. The crew was pleasant to work with, extremely skilled and when they were done it was like it never happened. But they were more than willing to ask for more money when the scope of work changed. They ended up getting their business license suspended for a time. State licensing board got involved, Delatorre Septic promised to repay my the down payment, then they ghosted the state agent. I had to make a claim with their surety bond for the down payment, which I just won the claim and the bond company ended up paying me. Do not do any business with them. They ignore your phone calls and emails, "forget" to call you back, submit permits in what looked like crayon, and don't show up to meetings. Avoid at all costs.
