I cannot believe how absolutely perfect the hemming of my charmeuse silk OVER 60 YEARS OLD dress turned out. I also needed it in 2 days. She managed to not only meet this deadline but exceed all expectations. She fixed my dress so I can wear it for a very long time. The sewing is absolutely perfect. The dress was in a delicate state, with parts that were on the verge of deterioration. Honestly, I was concerned about the strain on the aged zipper and the overall fit. Incredibly, she even reinforced those delicate areas, something I wouldn't have dreamt of asking for given the short timeframe. Her dedication and expertise goes beyond the ordinary. I had the unfortunate experience of using this dry cleaners for alternations. This was a large order costing me around $350 which to my surprise upon picking my order a month and a half later, found the quality of the alterations to be below subpar. There was one item of clothing that wasn't even altered which was incredibly frustrating because we carefully went over all the areas that required attention in great detail. When I attempted to tried to address my dissatisfaction, I was quickly told that they "did make alterations", yet were unable to show me exactly where. I explained that I have tried the clothing on after the job was done only to find that they did not fit. Seeing that I was disappointed, they only offered to fix one clothing item and disregarding the other items. They never bothered to offer to redo the job at free cost, instead expecting for me to pay even more money for a job that they did not met. I'm sure their dry cleaning services are great but their alternation services are below standard. I will not be using them at any point in the future. 1/10 would not recommend.
