When I arrived here to pick up a bunch of shirts, the person at the front informed me that they "misplaced" one shirt (and it happened to be, by far, the nicest one) at some location in Braintree. However, he promised that he would have it delivered to me the next day. Tick, tock, tick, tock... I came to the store a couple days later, inquiring about my shirt. The lady at the counter finally returned my shirt without an apology. I really wanted to call for a manager (and perhaps in retrospect, I should have) but I just yearned for the return of my shirt. Dreadful customer service and higher prices sinks this place big time. It smells kinda funky too.

It was now Saturday and my stuff was waiting around bc they did not make me aware of the issue. I was told it would all be delivered Monday. I showed up to grab it myself bc I needed my bedding. I was then told my comforter wasn't ready and would be delivered a week from the drop off (I didn't order any special service for it). I get home and my comforter was in the bag... I have no idea what they were gonna deliver next week. I open up the comforter and it has bleach stains on it. Brand new comforter is ruined, time wasted, super frustrating. ~~ Update: They paid for me to pickup a new comforter at Target & refunded my original wash cost. I had the unfortunate experience of using this dry cleaners for alternations. I had a lot of…read moreclothing items that needed to be altered and was able to show their seamstress which areas needed work. This was a large order costing me around $350 which to my surprise upon picking my order a month and a half later, found the quality of the alterations to be below subpar. There was one item of clothing that wasn't even altered which was incredibly frustrating because we carefully went over all the areas that required attention in great detail. When I attempted to tried to address my dissatisfaction, I was quickly told that they "did make alterations", yet were unable to show me exactly where. I explained that I have tried the clothing on after the job was done only to find that they did not fit. Seeing that I was disappointed, they only offered to fix one clothing item and disregarding the other items. They never bothered to offer to redo the job at free cost, instead expecting for me to pay even more money for a job that they did not met. I'm sure their dry cleaning services are great but their alternation services are below standard. I will not be using them at any point in the future. 1/10 would not recommend.

I politely requested a refund because I clearly had to go somewhere else and pay for the same service again, and your employee flatly refused. After a decade of bringing my clothes here, I feel that flat refusal was poor customer service. Your employee could clearly see that the two pants were different lengths and therefore should've acknowledged their mistake.

The dress fit me perfectly when I got it back. I have also had them do a couple of dry cleaning jobs for me and they did an excellent job on that as well. My items have always been ready for pick-up by the time promised. If you're driving here there is a small parking lot behind this place and there is also street parking available directly in front of their storefront. The people working here are always friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I will continue to come here for all of my tailoring and dry cleaning needs.

When I further examined the jacket inside the bag, I noticed there was still a lot of cat fur and lint on the jacket. Looks like it was barely touched and cleaned. She told me the hair couldn't be removed and used a lint roller. Ok, so what's the point of bringing in for dry cleaning if you can't remove the hair? Especially when I first dropped it off, I was told the hair could be removed. Don't go here, waste of $, and you can easily clean a better job at home by yourself. They also did good work on my wedding dress and a pair of pants I've had altered. One of the cleaners knows Your phone number when you walk in, pretty crazy! When I told them I was going to bring in my wedding dress they told me to make sure I use the coupon for 25% off and where I could find it. Even though I am a consistent customer here they still tell me how to save a few bucks! Can't go wrong with that!
