She lays out the facts and prices, knows the sale prices without having to do math (5 seconds of waiting while a clerk using a calculator is the difference between a customer who stays and who goes) and does it all with a calm demeanor and laid back attitude that never made me feel like the fact that I was in the store for 45 minutes was ever a problem. She was attentive to other customers without ever making me feel left out. The inventory was just what was I was looking for and I feel like my purchases hit the sweet spot of what I needed. Located in the heart of the busy Vacaville Outlets, this Coach Outlet store has been a longstanding tenant here for the past few decades. Some may think that Coach products are limited to just wallets and purses. Boy was I wrong! This store not only carries a wide variety of wallets, purses, and handbags, but also a very impressive collection of luggage, mens and womens apparel (jackets, sweaters, shoes), belts, scarves, sunglasses, and watches. Surprised was an understatement as this store was very spacious as the display fixtures provided lots of room to shop without being overcrowded. Now what really surprised me was that I actually left this store purchasing something! I was in need of a new wallet and had already shopped on Amazon as well as visiting Macy's and Nordstrom Rack. Nothing really got my attention. Well that is until I went to the dedicated mens section. Here I saw a very nice display of stylish wallets. After asking the sales associate for the price, I was absolutely blown away with the deal I got. They were offering ALL mens wallets at 60% off the sale price. There is where I bought a full-size charcoal/black wallet complete with room for my drivers licnese, two bill compartments, and slots to hold up to eight cards. It was also a lot bigger than the wallet I had for a long time. And when I say a long time, my last wallet was at least 12 years old where it was ripped with all of the leather completely distressed after years of daily use. The Coach wallet uses a ton of quality materials that I know will withstand the test of time for years to come. All in all, the "Coach Wallet" at the Vacaville Outlets was a very pleasant surprise. This is also the only dedicated Coach store in between the Bay Area and Sacramento. The customer service here was above average and some of the deals are hard to pass up. With that said and done, I am giving this location an above average four-star Yelp rating.

The prices are a lot cheaper than similar items you can find at the Coach retail stores or the department stores. However, most of the items here are different than the retail version. The store is gorgeous and huge. They have the deeper discounted items at the deeper second section of the store, where you can find even better deals. The employees at the store are well trained. They are ready to help, but you would get a purser when you explore and look for the items you may want to purchase. I like the shopping experience here.

They have a very large selection of good designer shoes...the largest choice of Sam Edelman shoes I've seen in ages. The discounts are good, not great. I ended up choosing a pair of EVA Arizona Birkenstock sandals. At $54.95 they are $5 more than buying on Birkenstock direct website, so no savings especially as free membership allows you free shipping. However, I wasn't sure of my size for this brand so it was helpful to try several pairs out in person. The salespeople here were low key and helpful if asked for assistance. The store was large, cool, well lit and had a large selection. The store was larger than the ones I have gone to in Sacramento. I briefly looked at personal care items and they had a nice selection. Otherwise, we didn't have time to look at much else as we wanted to head home and beat the traffic. I am taking one star away for no discount on the shoes and the fact they when I got home I realized the security tag hadn't been removed at checkout . If that's the case, I'd like to see more New York Knicks gear since that's my team lol. I kid lf course. But I always find something to take home whenever I shop there.

I had ordered a kitchen aid mixer as a gift for a friend, Kohl's was the only store I could find…read morethat offered the color that they wanted. Even though I have never bought anything from Kohl's before I decided to purchase through them to get them that specific colored mixer. The box arrived, I checked the box it said "matte black" on the outside, which was correct so I wrapped it up and dropped it off at my friends house. When they finally opened it they discovered it was actually a Teal mixer that was in the box. They let me know and I was so embarrassed that i had given the incorrect gift to them. I now had to make time to drive to their house to pick it up and call to orchestrate the return. When I called customer service they said that due to the cost of the item the return had to be done in person. The closest Kohl's is about a 30 minute drive from me so it took a few weeks for me to have the time to return it. I drove to the Kohl's in Vacaville to do the return/exchange but there wasn't a matte black one in store so I would have to return it. Unfortunately the card I had used to purchase the item was stolen and they needed that card in order to process a refund. They offered me Kohl's cash but that is a lot of money for a store that I don't shop at, and I still needed to spend the money to replace the one I gave my friends as a gift. I was feeling pretty frustrated but luckily Marina R. And Taylor J. (In return department on 3/13 at ~3p) Were able to save the day and come up with a solution that I think was satisfactory for both parties. They were incredibly professional and helpful. I understand that mistakes happen, and that's ok. While it was frustrating having to dedicate so much time and effort toward rectifying Kohl's' error, in the end the problem was solved and Taylor and Marina's customer service may have made a Kohl's shopper out of me!

I've been treated like a little kid multiple times by the staff, one time being told "tell your mommy...". (I'm in college). My sister and I were treated horribly and dismissed multiple times by the customer service desk over a store credit dispute, telling us to "just call the customer service number on the back". I thought you guys were customer service? AND nobody wants to talk to the robot on the phone. They did try to explain to us why they couldn't help, but it made zero sense and it was delivered with an argumentative tone. Anyways, time to shop online from now on, as nonexistent service is better than whatever they got going on in the store.

We recently booked a third cruise for 8 people for next year. Ole found the best deal and alerted us to ways to save a bit of money as well. I know that Ole does a lot more than just cruises. On my last visit, after browsing the shop for close to 10 minutes I walked up to a group of three staff that were talking amongst themselves near the front door. Oddly, they disbursed when I approached them. I swore I showered that day. Anyways, I intended to ask them a few questions and get assistance to pull an item off the high display shelf. After that non encounter, I wasn't feeling it. Odd vibe. But sadly par for the course for me here. So even though several purses caught my eye, I left and went to the Coach shop. There I found a beautiful pebble leather bag and engaging staff. I gotta say though the Michael Kors purses at the outlet are significantly marked down from retail. Plus the shop has a diverse and large selection of women's purses and wallets. They also carry a smaller selection of watches, sunglasses, jewelry, shoes, menswear, and luggage. The purses I was eyeing were the $65 small crossbody and $89 wristlet clutch.
