Robert, the owner, promised to have it ready in two weeks. That did not happen. In February, we finally picked it up. When we took it camping, not only did the furnace still not work, but the entire solar/lithium battery system did not work. We took it back to have the problems addressed in April. Robert quoted an amount of $5400 to revamp the system and to install two new awnings. After 18 unanswered phone calls and several visits to the shop, we were finally contacted and told it was ready. When we showed up to retrieve the camper, we were shocked to discover that the new invoice was for a total of over $13,000. None of this was ever presented for our approval. And just now we tried to roll out the awning, and it is broke. Unbelievably terrible experience.

It was the end of the day, and we had a long day. Once the tech started welding, they emailed me a quote with 250 added on for a same day repair. This was never discussed over multiple conversations. Took two hours because the tech wasn't really organized to do this at his house. Should have taken an hour. Repair was sloppy, it is hard to make this weld look nice. It held up to get us home. Wanted CASH. $700. Wouldn't let us leave until I Zelled the money, wouldn't take CC. Avoid this place!!
