About fifteen years ago, I had to have extensive dental work done due to an accident. The dentist I had at the time, did what he could to save most of my teeth, but he had to pull several and I ended up with a partial, two implants and a few crowns. They never sat right in my mouth and the implants would often fall out. After doing extensive research online, I finally decided to visit Dr. Kasem. I live more than an hour away; there are plenty of dentists in my immediate area, but none with his reputation, experience and expertise. By the time I finally went to see Dr. Kasem, my teeth were in bad shape and I had several severe infections in my mouth. I was mortified and embarrassed but he quickly comforted me and put my fears at ease. He and I sat together and he explained step by step his plan of action to help me. Together, we decided that it was in my best interest to get upper dentures and in the near future, work on my lower teeth. His price was extremely fair and I was more than pleased. The staff at A Dental Center of Excellence is nothing short of incredible! They are just as welcoming, kind, gentle and supportive as Dr. Kasem. They laughed, talked and joked with me; constantly helping me to relax. During my first procedure, Dr. Kasem explained each step of what he was doing, all the while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted and funny. It was a long day, but we got through it together. Immediately after my surgery, Dr. Kasem gave me my temporary dentures which were beautiful. He made sure that I was comfortable and sent me home. He called me that evening and the next day to check on me and make sure I was doing well. I went to his office once a week so he could check on my progress and make all the necessary adjustments to my temporary dentures. A short time later, I had to undergo extensive bone grafting to strengthen and enlarge my jaw; due to the poor dental work I had received so many years ago. Dr. Kasem explained in great detail what he was doing and how it would benefit me overall oral health. He knew that I was hoping for my permanent upper dentures by Christmas, so he opened his office on a Saturday and had me sit by his side with him in his dental lab as he painstakingly and artistically designed them; checking that the alignment was perfect and asking me my thoughts and opinions as he went. Within a few short hours, Dr. Kasem gave me back the smile I had lost so many years ago; however, truth be told, I like my new smile WAY more than I ever liked my original one!! In a few weeks, we will get to work on my lower teeth and I'll have the perfect dazzling smile that I've always wanted. Dr. Kasem and his staff were wonderful. I have no regrets and feel lucky to have found him. During my consultation, it was determined that I needed to have some extractions and a upper denture. On the day of my procedure, I was very scared and having anxiety. Dr. Kasem and his staff were understanding, eased my fears, and made me feel comfortable. Great "chairside manner". The doctor explained each step to me as he was working. After each tooth extraction, he did a procedure called Bone Grafting. He drew blood from my arm so he could use my own DNA for this procedure. He explained that it would promote faster healing and the surface would be smooth versus bumpy; therefore the denture would fit better. My family and friends could not believe how real my denture looked, looks like my own teeth. Dr. Kasem takes pride in his work and makes sure that you are happy with your denture. He does not try to "hurry you" so he can get to his next appointment. He is a "rare breed" these days, and believes in customer service. I will return to him when it is time for my lower denture. Dr. Kasem shows great concern for his patient's health while performing the procedures. The doctor and staff do their work in an expedient and timely manor. Threre is hardly any wait time the way procedures are scheduled. They also have their own lab on site so all the dentures are made on site. Dr. Kasem performs outstanding workmanship with great pride. The price was fair and reasonable. I went to him in 2005 and the dentures he made for me then were still in outstanding condition. The reason I returned is I needed more teeth removed due to being loose and gumline cavities. Even after seven years the original dentures fit perfectly without denture glue. Dr. Kasem is a perfectionist and insures that the teeth fit and look perfect before completion. Dr. Kasem is an extraordinarily gifted and dedicated dentist/oral surgeon/brilliant doctor who truly cares about his patients and the quality of the work he performs. He loves what he does and it shows in every aspect of his work. He spends whatever time is necessary to make his patients feel cared for and is very straight forward about prognosis, options and cost and does his level best to provide the absolute best care for the most reasonable price - because he cares. I want to review my experience with Dr. Kasem. First off, I foolishly chose another dentist office to make me an upper denture. After two months of frustration I asked for my money back. I researched Dr. Kasem's credentials and decided to give him my business. I was very impressed from the first visit. He is very professional in every step. I had the opportunity to watch Dr. Kasem build my denture with his own hands in his own lab, which he does for each and every patient. He does not send you denture to an outside lab as most places do. My denture needed on slight alteration which was done within hours of my calling the office. My denture was finished in fifteen days from the first visit to completion. He has my highest recommendation. His price was slightly higher than my first awful experience and well worth the expertise he delivers. read more

I live in Orlando and drive all the way to Clermont to see Dr. Kasem. I have been his patients for 15 years and he is well worth the drive. My son is a patient of his as well. Dr.Kasem as done beautiful work for us both. I get more complements on my smile then I ever have before Dr.Kasem.I see negative reviews on him but I have complete faith in him as a dentist. I met Dr. Kasem at his seminar, I was very impressed by what he had to say. He took Xrays that same day. We had another appointment and decided what it would take to do the implants considering I did not have enough bone. I knew it would take bone grafting and a lot of work to do the implants.
