The office is conveniently located near my job & home which makes it really easy for me. The office is also clean and modern which is a plus for me as I am a germaphobe Dr Hsu is really experienced and you can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients. After I questioned it, they resubmitted the claim under a limited exam code, which was then denied due to frequency limitations. I was ultimately required to pay $50 to avoid collections. What disappointed me most was not just the billing issue, but the lack of empathy when I raised concerns to "Rafi". There was no acknowledgment of the miscommunication or incorrect initial coding .. just a firm statement that it was "my responsibility."
