I was refused a refund for the X-rays. I told the office that I wouldn't be coming back. And then I was offered a refund that would be held and applied to my next visit. They were basically holding my refund hostage in exchange for keeping me as a patient. I again said that I wouldn't be coming back and they kept my refund. Bottom line. They don't care about you as a person or patient. They want to keep you coming back so they can continue to bill you. Even when what they do isn't covered by your insurance.

I have now had one filling and three cleanings in my year and a half as a client and am grateful to have found Blanc for a number of reasons: 1) Flexibility with scheduling and the team here was even understanding when I arrived (I NEVER do this) 15 minutes late to a cleaning. 2) No nonsense "service" with just facts. No additional "selling" of things that has made me feel really scheezy at other dentist offices. 3) Tight knit and kind team that always makes me feel at ease. 4) FAST appointments. Even my filling took less than an hour. Overall the best experience I've ever had at a dentist and this team will have me as a patient for as long as I live in Philadelphia. Thanks so much, team!

He works with most insurances and will work with you if he is out of network. I like the fact that he does teeth cleaning himself instead of passing it off to a hygienist. The dentist assistant drowning me with water while my tooth was being drilled and then me having to wait so long for her to suction said water that I was swallowing it? Whichever I could start with I can say the last straw was the dentist assistant doing part of the procedure that required water and her getting said water in my hair and down my neck. When I went into the office I wasn't in pain, but 15 hours later I am now. I ended up leaving with the temp crown only because I have zero confidence in them.

am very saddened and disappointed to have to write this review…read more I saw the Facebook ad and checked out the reviews which were phenomenal plus they provided service to my favorite ballers was an extra plus I figured!! They accepted my insurance and even provided a link for financing for which I was approved for !! I was very impressed with the staff and facilities, this was my dream place... What could go wrong??? Hadeer was very responsive to all my questions via email which meant a lot to me... I was a bit apprehensive about the cancellation policies which varies from a $100 to possible up to $8000 or more if you had to reschedule surgery within a month., I was still willing to take that gamble..however I had a persistent cough from mild controlled COPD and after checking with my Dr, he recommended I get clearance from pulmonologist. They were understanding at first but because I would be under twilight anesthesia for 7 or more hours this posed additional concerns... For instance about the anathesiologist and who would be monitoring me while I am under and even more importantly what kind of plan do they have in place if unforseen complications were to occur. It turns out they do not have a anesthesiologist on staff, never answered the question of if a dedicated and qualified staff member would watch over me and what plan do they in case of emergency... They just ghosted me and stopped taking my calls and responding to emails afterwards., I no longer hold them in high esteem, it's all about the money and prestige but I caution whoever go there for procedures like implants to due your due diligence and ask these hardball questions and note their response.... They did not have care or compassion to tell me I am not their ideal candidate, I would be writing a 5 star review instead. PROCEED with CAUTION or you may pay with your life or health...

Whenever I come in for my for biannual cleaning I'm greeted by the friendly receptionist, promptly taken back for a quick but thorough cleaning by the hygienist Jackie, and given a comprehensive exam by Dr. Rice. Unless you have specific issues that need to be addressed, a typical check-up will last you no more than 25 minutes. As someone who has done a fair amount of dentist hopping due to previous dentists always trying to sell me products, the efficient service of Dr. Rice has been a welcome change. One note about the Yelp check-in offer: you will ALWAYS receive a goodie bag with toothpaste, a toothbrush, and floss after every cleaning, regardless of whether or not you check-in. The receptionist was actually very confused when I showed her the offer on my phone as she had apparently never seen it before.
