Two visits to Denteek with Dr. Patel and both were fantastic. The first was a cleaning and X-rays--super gentle hygienist, modern digital sensors, and no discomfort at all. Dr. Patel spotted a tiny hairline crack in a front tooth with an old root canal and recommended a crown since it could fracture over time. He showed me exactly where the crack was with a mirror, and I appreciated how clearly he explained everything. At my follow-up, there was no waiting, and I didn't even need anesthesia (no nerve left in the tooth). Completely painless and quick--done in less than 40 minutes. The temporary crown looks exactly like my real tooth. The office is modern, the staff are kind, and Dr. Patel is a master at his craft. Best dental experience I've ever had. I am a new patient of Dr. Patel's and Denteek and have had good experiences my last two visits. My first visit was for a regular cleaning check-up and the facilities were clean and organized. I ran into a bit of traffic and had issues parking that day, and they were very patient with me and still saw me even though I was 15 minutes late. I had an amazing experience at Denteek. I needed a flipper made for two of my missing teeth. The gaps are very small and I've had other dentists tell me my mouth was too small for a temporary solution such as a flipper. Dr. Patel listened to me, understood my concerns and worked with me to find a solution. He was very honest and helpful! The flipper turned out great, it feels durable and looks good aesthetically. Dr. Patel and the entire staff at Denteek are some of the most kind, caring, and professional dental professionals I've ever had care from. On multiple occasions, Dr. Patel has bent over backwards to accommodate either me or my husband for semi urgent dental procedures - when other practices likely would have made me wait days, he would get us in under 3 hours. He never "upsells" and there's no gimmicks at all. His work is excellent and he stands by it and I trust him 110%. All of the hygienists are also very thorough and professional. Friendly dentist office. Their tooth brushing systems sucks out all your saliva and it sucks out your back wash from the mouth wash. Not sure why but I was digging it... maybe because it felt super high tech/futuristic. Granted I'm comparing this to my old childhood dentist so not sure this is relevant but I digress. All of the staff at Denteek are amazing! I had horrible teeth. Was terrified of going to the dentist and ended up not going for years. I have horrible anxiety, and it just kept building up for me to the point that I was just frozen and wouldn't go anywhere. I knew I needed to get it done though and basically went in with tears because I was so embarrassed that I had let it get this bad. They were so wonderful. They took care of me and didn't make me feel bad at all. They just helped me get back on track. I still have anxiety and I'm getting better about taking care of my teeth, but have a ways to go. I absolute hate going to the dentist, but this place makes me hate the experience a little less, which is really saying something. Dr. Patel, Lauren, and the whole crew make you feel super welcome.
