Sean is a miracle worker! We put a nice 2' long dent into our Q7 and even added a feature where the front door would make a snapping noise when we opened it. Sean fixed that door problem in about 15 seconds. Then he worked his magic on the massive dent. You should seriously hang out with him while he's working -- we chatted pretty much the whole time. I saw him use about four to five different tools and techniques, systematically pulling the aluminum panel, removing the large parts of the dent, then working the finer details with other tools to get the wrinkles out. It's pretty amazing stuff. We also paid to have the paint cleaned up and touched up. He went through several paint options that were close, but not perfect, until he did find the right match. He gave me very detailed instructions on how to care for the paint over the coming week. Sean was on time and the value of his work is insane when you compare it to what you'd have to pay at a body shop, if you don't need a 100% perfect OEM body panel. I don't have words. I actually hugged Sean when he was finished, I was so excited. I was quoted $900 by a body shop to fix a scratch in the paint on my bumper. No dent, just a single paint scratch (it was a fairly deep scratch, though). Like many people I read all the reviews and compared different shops/people before asking Sean to work on my car. I wish I filtered out relatively low star reviews... Sean was super confident and annoyed in the quote email when I was a little bit worried about my situation since it's a rare car. Anyway, a few hours later after working on the car, he finished and said "oh this car here and there is a bit different, and I cant get the dent out fully". And I was like, uhh didnt I express my concerns before and you told me to shut up because you've been doing this for years and worked on Lambo, Ferrari, etc?? People/customers dont like over promising and under delivering. Had he been more polite/humble and said 50% better than the original damage, I would gladly trust him and have him work on our car, because I do think it's ~50% better rather than like new/new as he promised. Sean came to my rental property where I kissed my tenant's Honda with my RV. Luckily the side of the RV is fiberglass and a little forgiving. All I had to do was provide an electrical outlet and he did the rest. We made an appointment and he let me know when he was on his way there right on time.
