Crunch! I'll never forget that horrible sound of our family's Toyota Camry clipping our porch pillar during a careless parking moment yesterday morning... Huge dent plus scratches on the right corner of the bumper. Agh. Great. Since I already had a full plate and didn't have time to deal with a body shop, rental car, etc. I initially tried to fix it myself. After watching a couple YouTube vids, I busted out my crafting heat gun, ready to heat, mold, and repair that sucker myself. No dice. Couldn't even remove the bumper cover enough. Defeated, I sent quote requests to 2 mobile dent repair businesses via Yelp last night. I went to bed exhausted. Woke up this morning to the first business declining the job, and no response yet from the second one. So at 7AM, I gave Dent Express a call. Praise the Lord, third time (third business) was the charm. I texted Jeremy a few pics, and explained that I didn't need the bumper to look perfect, but wanted the dent to be popped out if possible. He gave me a quote right away, was at my house by 8:30AM, and my bumper looked more or less normal again by 9AM. He even fixed a piece of the grill that was out of alignment (I hadn't even noticed), and wiped down the yellowing headlight covers with a special brightening solution, both for no extra charge. I could not have asked for a more responsive, professional, and pleasant technician, or a more fairly priced transaction. My family and I are so incredibly grateful for Jeremy and his great work today. So grateful, in fact, that my lazy self is actually here on Yelp leaving a review. Lol. Got "hit and run" accident at 11:10am, and never had an experience like that before. The first thing, I didn't want to report because of a car fax for my wife's car (I took it for car wash)... Yelp got a hundreds of dent repair masters so it's hard to choose one the right one, because I always expect the shady quotes or additional hidden fees at the end of any service I get.
