I had a great experience dealing with Jeremy today (8/27/24). I sent in a message early morning around 7am with photos detailing my dents in my bumpers. Jeremy provided a quote with fair pricing to fix the dents and replace some clips to help the bumper from further falling off, and told me he could fix it same day if I were to swing by before 1pm, so I stopped by at around 10am. We went over the work that would be needed to fix the dents, and he reassured me it would be done around 3:30/4pm, which sounded great with me. We agreed on the price and I hand him the keys so he could work his magic and before noon, Jeremy texts me letting me know my car is ready for pickup. I go to pick up my car and am more than delighted with the results, my bumper looks just how it did before I hit a cone on the freeway. For those of you that have some dents in your car, you might want to explore the option of dent repair rather than going into an auto body shop. I had a fairly large dent of about 5 inches in diameter in the rear of my SUV (I had backed into a hidden sawed off tree branch). I guess I could have lived with it, but it stuck out like a sore thumb. I went to a highly recommended body shop to get an estimate and by the end of the session I was overwhelmed. I was told that the entire rear lift up door including the rear glass window would have to be taken off and the entire panel be repaired and then repainted. And since this was not a brand new car, the painting would have to be custom matched. I then asked them about the paintless dent procedures that I had heard of. Their response was that this was impossible since the area was too large and that the paint would crack. I left with a written quote just shy of $1800. I went home and searched via Google for information about paintless dent repair. The concept sounded OK to me and I decided to explore it further. I found that Dent Express was not far from me so I gave them a call. I spoke with Jeremy the owner, who does the work personally, and he told me to send him some photos of the damaged area. I did so and within 30 minutes he was back to me with a quote of $350. To summarize, I had the work done the next day and it was beyond what I had expected. No one could have ever imagined that there was a dent there. So if you have a dent problem, I would suggest that you contact Jeremy first before heading off to a body shop.
