They resolved the issue fast and I wasn't in there for more than 15 minutes. My biggest concern at a garage is that the men will take financially advantage of, and they ended up not even charging me because it was a minor repair. Would recommend this place to anyone. Paid a $500 deposit, 6 month later I picked up my truck. Before I picked up, 80% of the work can be done through email exchanges. I think Sales prefer it that way too. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything. Only down side is, Ford right now only offer 5.5% for 48month even with good credit unless you are buying something no one wants like a Mach-E . I can't comments on service/repair yet. The oil has been overdue for several months now. Don't want any further issues or any for that matter. Maria informed me that they are about two weeks out on getting appointments for an oil change. I had a schedule for two weeks out at 11 AM on a Friday. I parked my car when I arrived in a lot adjacent to the service area. The woman at the front desk told me to pull in the service garage. Guess they don't do that here. There is a cool Shelby for sale for $165k. It looks amazing. Iris waited on me at the first desk. $72 is quite reasonable for an oil change, tire rotation and break check. Takes about an hour and a half. At the lounge before 11AM. I am number 82, will call me on the monitor when I am done. They even sent me a text message in case I need to communicate back to the service department at all. They are closed at 1PM due to the Woodward dream cruise today. My car was done in less than 40 minutes. Not too bad. Service was good from beginning to end. Payment was easy as well at the cashier.

Upon the recommendation of my boss who had just had her car there the day before, I spoke to Eugene & took my car over. The very first thing that I was impressed with was his immediate attention. He looked at the car and then offered his condolences -- along with assurances that he could repair it & would work with the insurance company. He apologized that someone else had his loaner car, but he immediately took me to get a rental car. (I had not asked him to do this.) The first place didn't have anything appropriate available, so he took me to another place. He also asked questions that I hadn't thought of, and he waited while I called the insurance company to make sure that they would reimburse me. The repair itself took a lot longer than I'd anticipated; I would assume it was because of all the parts that were needed. It also took the insurance company several days to go out and assess the damage. In the end, though, they did a wonderful job. My car looks brand new, just as it did when I first bought it. I believe they also cleaned the inside, as it looked shiny clean. My only real complaint is that I wasn't really kept informed during the process, but Eugene did respond immediately when I texted him.

She set up an appointment for me for just a few days after I got my estimate to repair a rusted area on my car. When we arrived on my appointment day I met Eddie, the technician who fixed the rust. He is competent, nice, and very conscientious and thorough with his work. He even thought of taking a photo before he finished the work so he could show me where the rust was. This is 30 plus years in automotive repair and service speaking to you. A few issues to start; first, the whole time I felt like I was bothering them, as if they didn't want me there. I had told them about my time frame which i thought we understood, and ended up having to walk home. they didn't even offer a porter to give me a ride. when I got to the truck tonight, i found it in disarray, the key was not hidden as requested, it was under a paper that was clearly concealing the key. Further there was broken plastic and still glass in the back of the truck. The previous back glass I had in the truck had a small hardware kit on it that was mine to hold it in. This was not returned to me. What's worse, the back lift gate was unlocked and open! Fortunately for me, bojax is off the beaten path and no one noticed this. I was going to let all of the above slide, and simply not recommend the place and not take my other two cars there that needed some body work. simply take my business else where because, while the hardware kit and service didn't matter in the grand picture it shows they are a dirty business that will do underhanded things (keep in mind their price was 300 dollars over the next closest bid, however the time they claimed they could do the job is why I went) When I got home, opened my lift gate, the ;lift gate wiring harness and interior trim came down, it was never put back. the broken plastic? that was parts broken off my wiring harness!!! I am the one who finished the job! NOT BOJAX. I will get with ford in the morning to make sure all things are mounted correctly, however this is appalling. 30 plus years experience speaking here; this is a violation of state law, and more than one, YES report this to the state if it happens to you. Yes, if your car is at Bojax demand it be taken some place else. Do not go here for any reason. I know a bad shop when I see them, this is one of the bad ones.
