I have been going to Elase for about 10 years and have always had the membership plan. I actually loved going here before it was sold. It is very expensive compared to most other med spas, however I have always had great service until they sold to it to a new owner. I have felt like they try to up sale every single thing they can and it's actually very uncomfortable. My last appointment was on December 13th at the new Herriman location at that appointment they tried to pressure me into doing more Botox units than I have ever done and in places I don't normally do, and I did it and left feeling annoyed and decided to cancel my membership and find a new place as there are a million med spas to choose from. It has now been 2 months since my appointment and my Botox has completely worn off. I have ALWAYS been able to go at least 4 months between appointments and it has NEVER worn off this fast. I feel like either I was given expired product or not as much as I paid for. Definitely make sure they show you the exact units they are injecting and if you don't want to pay over $12 a unit there's a lot of really great med spas that offer Botox for $9-$10 a unit and don't pressure you into to doing more or ask you to tip.

My hair now has dimension and the growth of my sparkler hairs won't be as noticeable. Rose and I had great conversation including laughs and even some tears in sharing our life stories. Today, Peyton did my luminary nails, and she was incredibly kind, attentive, and communicative. I've also had amazing services from other talented nail techs in the past, like Tenille, Thailah, and Cait. Every time I leave the spa lounge, I am thrilled with my nails! They said their certificates expire a year after being issued but that was never mentioned when it was purchased and they failed to write it on the certificate itself. They should take accountability for their employee not writing an expiration date and honor the certificate as is. Now they just get to keep the money. It's despicable and frankly, illegal. Don't give them your money. I got some pretty amazing results - I'd say about 99%! I find a thickish hair here or there, but so unnoticeable! I think taking advantage of their special promos is the way to go - I referred my partner and we both got a credit! I chose to laser my: full legs, Brazilian, abdomen, ariolas, fingers, toes, behind the neck, sideburns, around the brow and uni, upper lip, cheeks, along the jawline, underarms. I saw a few different aestheticians, but once I had an appt with Micah he became my person (I'm one of those people that once I find my person, I only go to them haha). I absolutely loved him - so friendly, professional, and thorough! Lasering is a little spicy, but so worth the minimal pain. When we were getting closer to the final sessions, the spice does get spicier so I took ibuprofen before the appt to minimize the pain. They have little squeeze balls so you can def ask for one - they help lol. I highly recommend laser hair removal. It can be an expense, but overall in the time and money saved from not having to constantly wax or shave - priceless! Also going through terrible pain every month waxing. She is a very warm and engaging person, and when she suggested PRP treatment for my under eye, I really felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, it's been about three days since getting it, and my undereyes have been completely botched . She overfilled my under eyes to the point where my under eyes are literally bagging down. It looks like I am a grandma, my skin is crepey and stretched out. At this point, I'm gonna need to have a full blepheroplasty to correct it. I literally look in the mirror throughout the day and just start crying because it's so devastating the way that my face was botched. Just awful sagging skin under my eyes that I never had prior to the appointment. I am devastated that I allowed her to touch my face. Please be so so careful when scheduling with these guys, they ruined my face and might do the same to you. Edit: Update: I did quite a bit of research in some skin care groups, and the general consensus is, if the plasma is injected too superficially, it causes bagging of the skin on top and stretching of the skin on top, I think that is what happened in my case. Several people have reported that getting PRF/PRP done too superficially has also contributed to their eyebags. I have been using snail mucin to try and tighten up my skin, but this is definitely not a procedure I would ever get done again.

FALSE ADVERTISING!! They only give 45 minute massages as they start you 10 min late and end 5 min early. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
