Coffee 3.49, refills included, silverware in paper sack
    Jen W.

This Denny's, located near Aldi's and Lowes, has it's own parking area and shares over flow parking with other businesses in the area. Service is hit or miss at this particular location. This time both the hostess and our waitress were quite friendly. On Veterans Day the place was busy when we arrived about 7:30, and a waiting line had formed out the door when we left. Many patrons were definitely Vets taking advantage if their free Grand Slam for Vets offer. The food here is just 'OK', and the kitchen didn't seem to be able to send out orders correctly. The coffee is strong, no bitterness. Half & half is just ok. 'Pancake syrup' is in a bottle on the table as well as jelly, salt & pepper. They do not offer maple syrup, even at an upcharge and there is no corned beef hash. The waitress brought plenty of napkins and flatware in paper sacks. The pancakes are fluffy and sweet without syrup and topped in a whipped butter like substance. My fried egg 'over easy' still had that runny clear film you find on 'sunnyside' eggs. The Grand Slam order was completely wrong, except for the eggs and basically had to be reordered. The waitress 'fixed' it, by charging us for the correction, so not really a 'fix.' Instead of taking away the wrong meal, she billed us for one of the missing items and brought the items to us on individual plates. All the food was barely warm. The very nice young man who cleans tables and other tasks came round once refilling everyone's coffee. Many patrons were 'brothers in arms'. There to visit, not in a hurry, so everyone was calm and enjoying the morning. All in all it was pretty much what I expected.

With chain restaurants like Denny's consistency is key; your decision to dine there or not is based on reputation. I have been to this location a number of times and have found the food consistently good, the atmosphere clean and inviting, and the staff very welcoming and friendly. Whether you're craving a burger or an omelette does not matter!

The whole staff is busy working to make every customer satisfied! You can see that they all work well together and the food was perfectly done! Our waitress Jenny was great. Thanks

On 8/31, came in, sat and ordered the All American Slam. In 5 mins my food came out. The waitress asked me if there was anything else I need more than once without noticing I have no napkins or utensils but a small coffee spoon. The hash browns & bacon cold, definitely not fresh, & my waitress was no where to be found on the floor. I showed another waiter w/ my bare hands how wrong the texture and color is. I didn't mention it also taste like dirty mop water. Those two items done over but drenched in oil. Coffee NOT hot. I also didn't receive my bill at my table as supposed to. Paid at the register about $24. Left realizing I paid that same amount last month WITH my daughter. I walk back in, asked about the price difference. At this point I didn't know Amanda Lynne is the GM sitting around babbling looking the way she does at the counter seat. She hears my question jumps in explains that July was a promo that ended of a BOGO for a $1 & it wouldn't show on the receipt anyway, it's the way the register/system works. Just about drove off until I see a lawn sign just not too far from the entrance indicating slams for $10. I looked at the image said to myself that's what I received except w/o the pancakes. 2eggs, 2bacon, 2sausage links, hash & toast. I went back in still not knowing at this point she's a GM, I spoke hey so I see a sign out there & I ordered a slam that's basically pictured out there but w/o the pancakes. I asked her to come out so I can show her what it is I'm looking at and that's when her demeanor just completely changed. Outside she starts her argument saying well the All American Slam isn't apart of the deal and it also comes with 3 eggs and toast not two eggs and pancakes. I thought Okay is that supposed to be a big difference??? I then realized there was actually only two eggs on my plate as I purposely order my eggs over easy to dip my toast in, so two yolks it definitely was & what I ate. I walked back in with her and she's like well your just going to get like a $1 or $2 back for a missing egg. She became even more defensive all because I was baffled about how not only did half my plate needed to be remade but I also didn't get a third egg. I proceeded to explain how poor the service is and she became so defensive yelling at the top of her lungs because I started this? This child like general manager became red in the face it actually became concerning. She said "I'm going to look at the cameras about the egg" but at this point it clearly comes down to the service, her approach and actions. I responded to look and see if I started yelling too when we walked back in as she states. She took back going to look at the cameras, walking off raising her hand to my face like a child and yelled bye girl! I look at the cook and I told him to be honest, "you know you only put two eggs on my plate." He doesn't even want to get into a convo. He says he put three and proceeds to say he normally doesn't cook the eggs and that the cook who actually made my plate clocked out and left for the day. Then jumps into I could've forgot I only cook eggs certain times. I left the entire place and came back shortly and an entire new team was there! Few tables filled and see the GM cooking the food. wow coincidence! no cook or poor cook, which is it? I asked a waitress that I needed Amanda's last name in case I may be wrong & phone number to corporate to file a complaint. Amanda's solution was to call the police on me. States my eyes were threatening her as I watched her cook sitting at the counter seat but had all mouth before I left the first time? I told the police how poorly I was treated. He just asked me to not yell & I can still eat there if I ever wanted to again. Trash restaurant, Trash workers, And let's not forget the biggest dump of them all the General Manager. Lack of emotional regulation, work ethic, etiquette and professionalism. Top Tier wannabe Ghetto can't be wrong or she'll act like she missed her fix. Family & friends, you're not missing a thing I can promise you that! Eat better.

Service is good but the food is average. Love to go for pancakes though - they always turn out well!

My problem is with the waiter, a short fat fool with a buzz hair cut. On one occasion we could not get a refill on the almost three buck cup of coffee. Today we ordered the grand slam, pancakes sasuage and bacon. We should have said super slam as it is the same thing with hash browns added for 6,99 rather than 9.99, So this fool did not tell us that and stuck it to me for an extra 6 bucks. Good bye Dennys hello Cracker Barrel, much better and they have good waiters

I hadn't been to this Denny's in YEARS but it definitely seems to have improved service wise since then. I don't eat diner food often because let's be honest, trying to find anything healthy is almost impossible lol. I went for the grilled chicken salad, wasn't the best I ever had but for "chain"/ diner standards it wasn't bad. The service was great though, I called in a pick-up order and the girl working was really nice on the phone and also in person. Food was done in the time frame she told me and it was a easy quick transaction. Definitely a good option if you're into the diner breakfast food but if you eat clean and low calorie..this isn't the place :)

    Delicious Thanksgiving dinner
    Foo L.

Pulled up to the Denny's near where the Tent used to be and took a parking spot right next to the handicapped ones. Went in and grabbed a motel circular from the rack near the claw machine. "Happy Thanksgiving sweetheart," said the hostess. "Same to you," I said. "Right this way honey," she said as I was led to a booth. "Just yourself?" She added. "Yes, just me." I looked over the menu but knew what I was going to have, after all it was Thanksgiving. "Hi sweetie, what'll it be?" asked my waitress. "I'll have the Thanksgiving dinner please." "One Thanksgiving dinner coming right up." While waiting for my dinner to arrive I started glancing through the magazine of highway motel ads and spotted some nice places. So, here I was, alone on Thanksgiving, again, and I was sitting in a Denny's and soaking in the 1950's diner decor. Around me were families and couples, everyone enjoying the Thanksgiving dinner at Denny's except for one lone loser, me. Exiled and unwanted. Here you go darlin', a big old plate of Thanksgiving love!" said my waitress. And sure enough, the dinner was delicious. The turkey was moist and the fixings yummy. I even had a slice of pie.

their service is trash. the staff are disrespectful and lazy! cooks stand around in kitchen vaping and talking over food they are serving. i was served raw chicken & when i asked the cook how long should they be cooking that chicken for he responded 4.5 minutes! which is incorrect! he tried telling me they cooked it to the proper time/temp, which is obviously not true! utterly disgusted with the food they served!! that place needs to be shut down!

Denny's has been a breakfast go-to for years, but this one stood out to me due to its "classic diner" design. I have to say, shiny, chrome finished spots really get my attention! Inside was like any other Denny's, bustling and full of tasty smells! We ordered coffee for two, and we both had eggs, hashbrowns, and sausage. I had the salted caramel creme and banana pancakes, and he had the blueberry with strawberries and bananas. All was tasty and our portions were ample.

Upon arrival the room was at 68 (below 30 outside) soooo turned that sucker up. Put it on 74 and thought it would warm up overnight. Arrived pretty late, after 11pm. To my suppose the room was still at 68. And getting out of a warm bed to that was not my idea of a good morning. I called the front desk and the agent confirmed I was using the right thermostat to control the temp and noted that maintenance would check it. That was fixed as when I returned it was a nice balmy 76! Downside though was the unit did an odd cycling thing with warm air....cold air...warm air. So it never shut off at night and tan the entire time. Their drive way is odd, one way only and Tuesday morning there was a delivery truck blocking the exit. Thankfully no one else was behind us so we were able to back out. The room felt very industrial. Concrete walls and high ceilings, with an almost open concept bathroom. Barn door and the shower was a waterfall (over head) with hand held option thankfully. If you've got curtly hair, you know why a waterfall shower is the worst. And to ere was no shower cap as an option. The shower itself did not go all the way to the ceiling which also meant there was no barrier between you and the room. If share with a partner may not be bad but with friends, that's a nightmare. Other downside was the lock was funky. When leaving for dinner, thank goodness I checked the lock as it did not lock. I had to open the door and mess with it to finally lock. All in all decent hotel however I can't say I'd stay again.

Starting with the smashburger was genuinely disappointing as the burger itself was dry and advertised as a "French onion" smashburger that failed to deliver any of the rich, savory flavor we expected with a name like "French onion smashburger". The hot honey Mac and cheese was very good and flavorful... The hot being more of a vinegary heat than I expected but the cream sauce was rich. Speaking of value earlier.... Smashburger was $20 and the Mac and cheese was $28. Entrees were $10-15 more it seemed but previous reviews all spoke highly of the entrees and would want to try them if we visit again. The overall service experience was disappointing for us. Not for the demeanor of the staff but everything else... We had a decent size group of 8 (5 adults and 3 kids) and was fortunate to have a dining room to help the kids burn some energy while not bothering the other diners. However, from ordering to entrees to arrive was 45 very hungry minutes. It also took 20+ mins just to get drinks. Once the food arrived, they also were short two of the kids meals which was thankfully corrected quick. We then were somewhat "gently" being asked to wrap things up by 3 staff members in 10 mins making the rounds to clear plates and any to go containers. We all understand the business in the food industry and turning tables, and trust me, after an hour from arriving to food on the table we wanted to get home for bed time. However, really sours the experience and would not advocate going here with large groups.... Between the kitchen and staff I can't say you'd have a guaranteed good time.

We ordered two appetizers: Point Judith Calarmari and Corn Arepas. The calamari had too many tentacles and not enough rings for me, but the arepas were excellent. The cornmeal base was crispy and hot, and there was just the right amount of meat and toppings. For entrees, our group ordered the Chimichurri Grilled Chicken sandwich, The rigatoni with pink sauce and sausage with crispy chicken as an add on, the short ribs over mashed potatoes, the Wood-Grilled Bone-In Pork Chop, and the Rib Eye Steak. We split three desserts amongst the five of us: The flourless chocolate torte, the cheesecake, and the Banoffee Sundae. The flourless torte was rich and very chocolately, and the cheesecake was very good as well. I'm not a fan of bananas, so I didn;t try the Sundae, but the friend who ordered it enjoyed it. I don't really care for mayo but I don't mind a drizzle or an aioli dipping sauce. However, the mayo to fry ratio was literally 2:1. I tried to wipe it off and it was still like a mayo-fry soup.
