I don't typically review chain restaurants , but this Dennys is worth a review. The staff were happy, cheerful, and friendly. The food was good of course it is always good. And this was the cleanest Denny's I've been to. But I was so impressed and thought they deserved a review because I lost my prescription sunglasses and called them to see if anyone had found them. They graciously took me seriously spend time going over their video of me coming and going and found where my glasses were located. The place wasn't empty, but he still managed to check in at just the right times and made sure our order was exactly right. Coming home from San Rafael Swells we decided to try this place one more time after a disappointing first time. Two times we've tried this place and two times we've been disappointed. Not with the food, but with the service. I asked for crispy bacon, and it came back limp. I mentioned it to our waitress, and her comment was snarky and unprofessional. We got up and left without eating . We spoke with the manager, and she agreed that the waitress was wrong in her comments to us. We drove over to Richfield and tried a restaurant called Little Wonder Cafe. What a gem it was! Great food, and great service. We will just go there next time and avoid this Dennys. read more

While my husband was driving across country he stopped at this Denny's and called me asking for me to review it with 5. They still have a counter so of course he sat there ordered steak and eggs ( medium) the steak was perfectly cooked and the service was equally as perfect! The wait staff was extra sweet and even made sure he didn't forget his food on his way out. Food was fine. I used DoorDash and still had to pick up my own order. I would love it if Dennys could close out that order, so I can complain. I have screenshots of the app "still preparing my order" and still looking for a dasher 24 hours after I got my order. After reading some of the DARVO responses from Denny's on this app, pretty sure if this is the #1 Denny's in America, than Denny's just got placed on my "never eating here, anywhere" list. 5 = food 5 = service This is one of the best Denny's that we've been to in a long time. Looks brand new. We were greeted promptly. Cheri was our wonderful server. Very cheerful and friendly. She checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking and if we needed anything. We came here for breakfast. I ordered their Santa Fe skillet with chorizo, mushrooms, onions, peppers, cheddar cheese, potatoes. Delicious. I ordered mine with Sunny side up eggs but it came out over easy. Cheri noticed the error and asked the kitchen to make the eggs I ordered. Good catch. Restaurant is clean and I would definitely come back it in the area. Highly recommend. read more

This was the best experience we have ever had at this location. They have always been good, but today was exceptional! Our waitress was very kind and helpful, and our food was excellent, and the cook(s) really took pride in what they were putting on our table. My husband wanted the lasagna, but it wasn't quite 11am yet, but they had no problem with us waiting for it. It was also very cozy and the new furniture made the place look very inviting and we felt like we wanted to take our time and stay. Restaurant only had about 4 tables with guests. We thought Denny's would be a reliable place to eat while traveling. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Burned bread on the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, little to no sauce on the chicken which was also over cooked. Server could care less and took so long to come back to check on us, I just the hard chicken by itself. When paying let the cashier know after she asked how everything was and she could care less. "Oh okay thanks. I will let the cook know he over cooked it" Pretty sure he is well aware he over cooked and burned it because he put the most burnt side down on the sandwich so you wouldn't immediately see it. read more

We were greeted with a smile from the on duty manager, seated quickly, and our server was quick to come to our table. This is a pretty new location. It was super busy for Saturday lunch time rush. They got our group seated with less than 5 minutes waiting. Staff was friendly, fast and helpful. We had a varied group and what they ordered from breakfast, salads and burgers. Order came pretty fast for the packed restaurant. Everyone was pleased with their orders and it was all fresh. My double cheese burger was very good and cooked just right.! No complaints and price wasn't bad for a large group. Nice to have a place where it all came together. Half our table didn't get their food until the other half was finished eating. I personally got my order wrong. I had ordered a double burger but only had one patty. We have never had any issues bringing in a service dog to any restaurants except at this specific dennys location. We brought him in this morning with us (1/2/25) and the first thing the host did was give him dirtiest look and then after a minute decided to acknowledge us. We were then seated and our server took our order, she was amazing and we wished we had gotten her name because we loved her and her service. While we were waiting for our food we kept seeing the same host staring and pointing us out to the other workers. She then proceeded to come tell us the about how we can't feed our service dog or have him up on the booth. Which all of this is reasonable, we understand the laws about service dogs and that it is most likely policy to come talk to us about it, but when you have a snarky tone and keep calling our dog a pooch that is completely unnecessary. The past few times we have came in with our service dog we have gotten the same snarky attitudes and dirty looks but have just chosen ignore it and hope it wouldn't happen again. But it's happened one to many times, we don't feel comfortable bringing him anymore. Please get you're workers on the same page about how to properly deal with service animals that may come into you're restaurant. It should never be acceptable to treat other like shit, and you would think grown adults should know that by now. read more

After camping at Manti Lasal...we stopped for breakfast before heading back home. They are currently in the "Green" stage, meaning masks are not required to enter the restaurant. We were seated right away and our order was taken. The staff was wearing masks and gloves too. We didn't wait very long for our food to come out. We came here months ago on a road trip. We had some special needs dietary wise and were super nervous about getting attentive service in the middle of nowhere. Kasey and the GM Melissa were super helpful. My kids are vegetarian and my wife is kind of picky when she orders food. Melissa made our food herself and it was perfect all the custom things we asked for a right on. I don't recall our initial server but she seemed in a rush and kind of pushy.
