Denny's - American Near Me - Salina, Utah

Service was fantastic and timely. Humorous waiter made dining even better. Fully staffed, new restaurant, clean. Food was very good - had club and ultimate omelette. Would definitely eat here again. This time was mid-August 2026 read more

Amazing. I have eaten at other Dennys but this one was our favorite. Their host greeted us with a smile and was so kind. Our server Lexie, was wonderful. Everything we asked for was done to our specifications and always making sure if we needed anything. Everything was very clean, which is what I look for when I walk in. We happened to have engine troubles on our vehicle and stopped to get it fixed. So happy we decided to stop at Denny's in Salina Utah. We highly recommend it. read more

I don't typically review chain restaurants , but this Dennys is worth a review. The staff were happy, cheerful, and friendly. The food was good of course it is always good. And this was the cleanest Denny's I've been to. But I was so impressed and thought they deserved a review because I lost my prescription sunglasses and called them to see if anyone had found them. They graciously took me seriously spend time going over their video of me coming and going and found where my glasses were located. That is absolutely above and beyond customer service that I am used to. Thank you to the good people at this location for a great place and that extra human touch. read more

I had one of the best diner experiences I've had in a long time thanks to Jessie at Denny's in Salina. From the moment we sat down, Jessie brought an energy that completely changed the vibe of the meal. He was attentive without hovering, quick with refills, and genuinely friendly in a way that didn't feel forced. What really stood out was how well he balanced everything. The place wasn't empty, but he still managed to check in at just the right times and made sure our order was exactly right. When we had a small question about the menu, he knew it instantly and even made a solid recommendation that ended up being one of the best things we ordered. It's easy to overlook how much a great server can elevate a simple meal, but Jessie made it feel like more than just a quick stop. If you're passing through Salina or just need a reliable spot to eat, ask for Jessie--you'll be taken care of. read more

Coming home from San Rafael Swells we decided to try this place one more time after a disappointing first time. Two times we've tried this place and two times we've been disappointed. Not with the food, but with the service. I asked for crispy bacon, and it came back limp. I mentioned it to our waitress, and her comment was snarky and unprofessional. We got up and left without eating . We spoke with the manager, and she agreed that the waitress was wrong in her comments to us. We drove over to Richfield and tried a restaurant called Little Wonder Cafe. What a gem it was! Great food, and great service. We will just go there next time and avoid this Dennys. read more

Fast friendly service. Amanda is amazing! Food is what one expects, consistently Denny's. read more

While my husband was driving across country he stopped at this Denny's and called me asking for me to review it with 5. They still have a counter so of course he sat there ordered steak and eggs ( medium) the steak was perfectly cooked and the service was equally as perfect! The wait staff was extra sweet and even made sure he didn't forget his food on his way out. The food was just as he ordered it and the wait staff being so nice made this stop A really good one! read more

Where do I begin? Everything was perfect! One of the best Denny's I have been to! Kensly was amazing, the manager was amazing, the service was amazing. This was no ordinary dennys! Keep it up! read more

The food was surprisingly good. The service to get food was a little long, but that was due to the fact that the restaurant was packed full of people. This is an independently owned Dennys. Food was not ordinary. The best food we had eating out on our trip. read more

We stopped by Denys while traveling, and the experience was absolutely lovely. Huge thanks to Amanda, our server--so friendly and attentive! The Bourbon Chicken Sizzlin' Skillet was flavorful and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was how warm and welcoming the entire team was--genuinely sweet, helpful, and happy to make us feel comfortable. Their positive energy filled the space and made the whole environment feel joyful. Just real people with kind hearts. Can't wait to stop by again! read more

our food was great but what made our breakfast so fantastic was our server Amanda! She was accommodating and gave us great ideas and spots to visit as we travel in UT on our way home. thanks Amanda and thanks for the yummy $7 breakfast! read more

Food was fine. I used DoorDash and still had to pick up my own order. I would love it if Dennys could close out that order, so I can complain. I have screenshots of the app "still preparing my order" and still looking for a dasher 24 hours after I got my order. After reading some of the DARVO responses from Denny's on this app, pretty sure if this is the #1 Denny's in America, than Denny's just got placed on my "never eating here, anywhere" list. Congrats on that. I have more screen shots. So don't even DARVO me. read more

Had the best customer service experience with our server Megynn . Something you don't get these days. Will definitely come back.

5 = food 5 = service This is one of the best Denny's that we've been to in a long time. Looks brand new. We were greeted promptly. Cheri was our wonderful server. Very cheerful and friendly. She checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking and if we needed anything. We came here for breakfast. I ordered their Santa Fe skillet with chorizo, mushrooms, onions, peppers, cheddar cheese, potatoes. Delicious. I ordered mine with Sunny side up eggs but it came out over easy. Cheri noticed the error and asked the kitchen to make the eggs I ordered. Good catch. Restaurant is clean and I would definitely come back it in the area. Highly recommend. read more

This was the best experience we have ever had at this location. They have always been good, but today was exceptional! Our waitress was very kind and helpful, and our food was excellent, and the cook(s) really took pride in what they were putting on our table. My husband wanted the lasagna, but it wasn't quite 11am yet, but they had no problem with us waiting for it. It was also very cozy and the new furniture made the place look very inviting and we felt like we wanted to take our time and stay. We will absolutely be back and we are very happy with our visit! read more

Denny's - Bourbon Bacon Burger. Excellent, even though they forgot the bourbon sauce, it was still very good without it! - American Near Me - Salina, Utah

We ate there 3 times this weekend. Each time the food was delicious! Ariella(sp???) waited on my hubby on Friday, Natasha waited on us on Saturday morning and the famous Cheri waited on us on Sunday. Each server was patient, thorough, funny, attentive and prompt. We had the Southwest Bennie 2x and really love it. Each experience was 5 star as was the food read more

We've been into many different Dennys over the course of our lives, but this one is so far above the rest that it puts the others to shame! Stopped here after a long day of driving. One of the best decisions we have made. Food was amazing. On top of that our server Anthony was also one of the best servers we've ever had. 11/10 service. Amazing place to eat with alot of selection! read more

Restaurant only had about 4 tables with guests. We thought Denny's would be a reliable place to eat while traveling. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Burned bread on the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, little to no sauce on the chicken which was also over cooked. Server could care less and took so long to come back to check on us, I just the hard chicken by itself. When paying let the cashier know after she asked how everything was and she could care less. "Oh okay thanks. I will let the cook know he over cooked it" Pretty sure he is well aware he over cooked and burned it because he put the most burnt side down on the sandwich so you wouldn't immediately see it. read more

Very nice, very clean Denny's location on I70 at Salina. Our server, Cheri, was excellent. The food came out fast and tasty. With all the server accolades posted on the entry wall (and well-deserved, by the way!), you can tell this Denny's is working hard up dispel the old reputation--of slow service and slow food. read more

While out on a Sunday drive we passed thru Salina and decided to stop for a bite to eat at the Denny's. We were greeted with a smile from the on duty manager, seated quickly, and our server was quick to come to our table. Loviie B. was friendly, prompt with taking our order, checked on us several times to make sure our food was to our liking, asked to fill our drinks, made sure we did not need anything else, and was very polite and courteous. Food was great. We will definitely be back. read more

Cheri our server was super excellent! We haven't come across customer service like that in such a long time. She made sure our water and sodas were filled and always check up on us! This is a pretty new location. It was super busy for Saturday lunch time rush. They got our group seated with less than 5 minutes waiting. Staff was friendly, fast and helpful. We had a varied group and what they ordered from breakfast, salads and burgers. Order came pretty fast for the packed restaurant. Everyone was pleased with their orders and it was all fresh. My double cheese burger was very good and cooked just right.! No complaints and price wasn't bad for a large group. Nice to have a place where it all came together. Would recommend to any family or group. This location sure handled it well on this visit. read more

Every Denny's I have been to was amazing. The experience was great, the employees were great, and the food was amazing. This Denny's is different though. Half our table didn't get their food until the other half was finished eating. I personally got my order wrong. I had ordered a double burger but only had one patty. We spent an hour and a half waiting for salmon and a steak. I don't plan on ever coming back to this location. Salina, Utah. read more

On a dark desert highway Cool wind in my hair Warm smell of pancakes Rising up through the air Up ahead in the distance I saw the Denny's light My stomach growled loudly I had to stop for a bite The Hostess stood in the doorway I heard the Cook's bell ring And I was thinking to myself "This could be Heaven or this could be Hell" Then she picked up a menu And she showed me the way There were voices along the counter I thought I heard them say "Welcome to the Denny's Salina, Utah" "Such a lovely place" "Such a clean space" "Plenty of food at the Denny's Salina, Utah" "Any time of day" "You will find us here" The waitress is Danelle, effective She got her pad and pen She got a lot of happy customers that she calls friends Some eat in the dining room Fine cooking abounds Some dine to remember Some dine to relax So I called up the Hostess "Please bring me my coffee" She said, "We had that indulgence here Since 1953" And still those voices are calling from far away Wake you up in the middle of the night Just to hear them say "Welcome to the Denny's Salina, Utah" "Such a lovely place" "Such a clean space" "They're livin' it up at the Denny's Salina, Utah" "What a nice surprise" "Bring your family inside" Sweet pies in showcase The soft drinks on ice and they said, 'We are all just customers here of our own device" And in the kitchen's chambers They're cooking up a feast They slice it with their steely knives But they just can't stop the need Last thing I remember, I was walking out the door I had to find the passage back To the place I parked my car "Relax, " said the night manager "We are programmed to receive You can check out any time you like But you'll never want to leave" read more
