The food was ok. It wasn't anything special. We have eaten at many Denny's and really enjoyed. The service was a little slow. When my food came out, it was less than room temperature. I forgot to take a picture. I had French toast, hash browns and eggs. The hash-browns could've stayed on a little longer. Other than bringing food out, never checked back on us. Not good service. Great experience. Good ol' classic Denny's favorites. I can tell what really makes this place special is the staff. I recently came in to eat twice while staying in the area visiting my parents. Jason took care of us during the night shift after my flight got in late. Cassandra waited on us during lunch a couple days later. Both were very kind and attentive. Tonight, I had the best waitress ever. Well, next to my daughter who waitresses in Savannah, GA. TIFFANY at our Deny's was very welcoming and nice. She noticed I had a bad cough. She paid for and brought me a hot tea with lemon & honey. Totally took care of me. I'd heard of drinking this, but it didn't sound like something I would do at home. Tiffany told me I really needed to drink this, and she was making me one. It really helped. She kept my family's drinks refilled and checked on our table frequently. She treated all her customers the same. Our food was hot, and the mixed veggies my daughter ordered were very tasty. Would go back just to have Tiffany wait on us. She makes everyone feel special. Just a good old classic, as many other fellow Americans I have been a frequent customer. From the then till now. Can't ask for a better deal than what Denny's is offering... actually maybe a million others but sorry back to the review! The price has jumped ever so slightly in the past years but only to accommodate our ever so inflated economy. You can still get the grand slam folks! This thing has been around since the late 70's and it's still good and not expensive. Wouldn't it be cool if on denny's anniversary every year they bring the grand slam back at its original price of $1.99?! My personal favorite is the country fried steak and eggs! Have them put the eggs sunny side up on top of the steak, and if they have them still add a hatch chili wo so good. There mugs for coffee are awesome! Raelynn was awesome, especially on Father's Day. The place was understandably packed, and I think they were short on servers and a hostess. She managed to seat people, serve tables, bus tables, serve the counter. She apologized a few times when she forgot to bring something, but she was amazing! Anyone who went out that day expecting perfection shouldn't have been out! Kudos to her!! And our meals were delicious! Came in for breakfast and this was so disorganized and no sort of list for checking in no social distancing and sadly this restaurant was not cleaning after the congestion of people passing through to pay checks and leaning on tables and touching them. Because it took forever to get our food. Then when we got it, it was cold not just my food, but all the food was cold. They server went and got the manager so my son-in-law could talk to him. He would not even look at my son-in-law. He kept asking my daughter questions. We spent over 80.00 there, and did not get what we paid for. Server did not refill the drinks. Honestly if it wasn't for Tiff I wouldn't be coming to Dennys as often as I do. She has great hospitality and they both need to be kept. They are some real hard workers, I've never seen anyone run a restaurant as well as them especially when busy. Although I live in this area, I think this may be the first time I have actually dined at Denny's. The service is great as well as the food. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because the menu is very limited for dinner options. If you want to have breakfast here, this is absolutely a great option. Seniors can get a great meal for under $10. All other meals range between $6.99 and about $12. The breakfast options are endless and span across four pages of the menu. The dinner options are only two pages. I ordered the Ranchero tilapia Meal which was a great value at only $10.79. It included two sides and garlic bread. The meal was very tasty and colorful. The servers were all nice and very attentive. The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambience with soft music playing in the background. This was definitely a positive experience. Allison I don't know if that's the correct spelling of her name she had no name tag/badge on. After waiting almost an hour Got home realized that one meal was missing called the store no answer, got to the to go area spoke with Allison she gave me attitude the moment I said one meal was missing she says that all meals were there and she never gets complaints on her. We've just moved to the Sun City Center area from Ireland, and our late-night go-to restaurant has become this Denny's near our home. The service is top notch, with servers that are clearly well trained and VERY good at their job! The sirloin steak is SO good, and consistently flavourful, tender, and hot off the grill with just the right seasoning. Yummy mashed potatoes + broccoli, a glass of red wine (yes, at Denny's!), and I am one happy diner! (Hubby too ~ we both love the steak!) The price is unbeatable, and we get prompt, friendly service every time. Tonight we had the cheesecake for the first time, and it was a winner ~ creamy and delish, a fantastic vanilla flavour that wasn't too sweet. Then, I realized that we had no silverware or syrup. Husband went back to get these and the person apologized and gave us extra food. Overall good food for the price. Came here with my husband, restaurant smells funny. Floor was sticky and the tables were dirty. Front desk lady looked like she was forced to be there, she is not a friendly host at all. Kitchen floor was super dirty and if for any reason you look up you will see that it has never been clean at all. My order came out wrong.
