Veggies Omelet loaded with veggies. Added bacon. Lol

Great food this morning cooked by Josh and served by Kathy. I haven't been to a Dennys for years. I will be back if the quality and service stays this good. Very clean, and a quality experience. A++

Moons Over My Hammy- cheese not melted.

I went to Denny's for my boyfriend's birthday. The host was very polite and helpful, got seated fairly quickly. Took about 10-15 mins to get our food. I ordered the All-American Slam. Ordered my egg fried, got it undercooked. They brought out everything except my toast. Waited 15 mins, had to ask for it because she forgot. My boyfriend ordered Moons Over My Hammy and the cheese wasn't melted. Both of our hash browns were undercooked. One of the waitresses, Deanne, handed one of her tables their drinks over handed. Her hands were touching the rim where you put your mouth to drink. Overall not coming to the Denny's in Oroville again. :)

Classic Benny Breakfast

Raw steak at Denny's

I ordered the steak because I thought maybe I would give it a try but once I got this I felt so disgusted. I mean it looks frozen and they don't give me a refund they made me pay for something I didn't eat. I wouldn't feed this to my worse enemy.

Fit Slam- runny eggs, didn't mention they were out of spinach.

Wait was long to get a table because no one was paying attention. Finally sat down and it took 20 minutes or longer just to ask for a drink. Another 30 minutes for food. Then they come out with this (photo). Didn't even mention they are out of spinach and it was soggy and runny.... nasty! And to top it off they forgot my Togo food I ordered. IHOP WOULD NEVER

Bathing in Oil
Lisa A.

I got the strawberry pancake puppies and there was one little spot of pink coloring in two of them, but they were burnt and didnt taste like strawberry at all. I also ordered the crazy spicy sizzling skillet and it was drenched in oil and the meat was so disgusting that my dog wouldn't eat my leftovers. The meat wasn't chorizo either. The only thing I could stomach eating of this was the chicken breast on top, which was only half a chicken breast, the menu says it's a full chicken breast so false advertising.

Excess oil after putting leftovers in a box for my dog.

Visited August 29 2026. See my receipt as always…read more I haven't been here in almost a year and was craving their Ahi Tuna! It's classy yet casual. Inside and outside seating. DOGGY friendly! Full bar Inside and outside. I ordered the Ahi Tuna and it was fresh and delicious! Love the coleslaw on the bottom of the tuna. They go overboard with way too many won ton chips..more tuna and less won ton chips! Always a great dish! Okay..now the cheeseburger. I also ordered the garlic fries. When I got the cheeseburger I noticed the bottom of the patty was almost burnt. I have never had a bad experience here! The manager came by (kevin) and I showed him the burger. I usually never complain but this time I spoke up! The manager made me a new burger that was cooked just right! I had a bite and it was really good! Now all is well again! I had food left over and was appreciative that he made the burger right! This is a great place to eat and one overcooked burger for the first time is not going to keep me away!

The atmosphere was pleasant, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing…read more I sat at the bar alone and would have appreciated a little more interaction and hospitality. Instead, I felt largely overlooked throughout my visit. I ordered the gochujang-glazed salmon, described on the menu as a tender 6 oz salmon fillet with a sweet and savory glaze, seasonal vegetables, fluffy local rice, and a lemon wedge. Unfortunately, the dish fell well short of my expectations. The salmon was seasoned very simply, with little flavor that stood out. The sauce tasted similar to a bottled sweet-and-sour marinade I've purchased at Raley's, and it looked noticeably different from the photo online. The rice was basic sticky rice without anything particularly memorable, and the vegetables were excessively greasy, to the point that I couldn't bring myself to finish most of the meal. Overall, the dish lacked the quality and execution I expected from the menu description. Unfortunately, the service was equally underwhelming. My bartender was not particularly engaging, and while I understand that staff have responsibilities and schedules, she left while I was still seated without letting me know she was leaving. I had to catch her as she was walking out to leave a tip, and because she hadn't closed out my tab, another bartender had to step in. This left me feeling awkward about how to handle tipping between the two. The most enjoyable part of my visit was the wine, although it was served noticeably flat. I also noticed that the open bottles did not appear to be dated, which raised some questions for me about the establishment's wine-handling practices. I really wanted to enjoy this experience, and the atmosphere certainly had potential. However, between the underwhelming food, lack of attentive service, and overall lack of attention to detail, the visit did not live up to expectations. I left feeling disappointed and would have a hard time justifying a return visit without seeing meaningful improvements.

They don't split the bill, but if you're in a group, you can pay separately at the register and just tell them what you ordered. Food-wise, the loco moco was the weakest dish for me. It was basically a hamburger patty cooked well done. It would be better if they made their own patties or gave an option for medium instead of well done. My ribeye was pretty good, the pot roast was solid, and the Asian chicken dish was okay. The artichoke and bread appetizer was actually really good. Overall, it's a decent spot inside the casino, good for a casual meal, just expect simple food and slightly slower service.

(I…read moreonce tried black bear diner and it was actually some of the worst and most disappointing American breakfast food I've ever had) The chicken fried steak is INCREDIBLE. The steak itself is so flavorful and juicy. The gravy is beautiful (an excellent roux, not clumpy, doesn't have too much flour, perfectly balanced in velvety decadence). Eggs over easy perfectly cooked two days in a row! And the side fruit was actually very fresh and good! The home fries were good but I personally preferred the hash browns. Crispy on the outside, good ratio so it's cooked properly throughout, not too oily. And the banana foster waffle???? this is America the Beautiful. I don't know how to describe how good and sweet but somehow not overpoweringly sweet this was (I'm someone with a deep sweet tooth for decadent, dense desserts, none of that "not too sweet" classic asian vibe). This waffle is like a doting grandparents' love of spoiling their grandchildren with treats you can only get in nostalgic dreams. It definitely doesn't need any of the additional butter/maple toppings that come with it. It's perfect the way it is. And a PERFECT sweet pairing to savory chicken fried steak breakfast if you can share with someone Service is super friendly, great! Everything very clean. Great playlists. The outside of the restaurant smells like casino but I didn't think the inside smelled like casino, which was nice.

What's wrong with yellow mustard Kathy these people understand I like mustard on my french fries did not bring it. He wrote it down and then when I talked about it the latest, I guess he's a manager. Well I'll bring a mustard. I don't need it. My fries are almost gone and the way to bring something with the mustard. They need to slow down and re-what's on their paperwork? I don't know what's wrong about getting mustard to a patriot. They will give them ketchup all day long. It's on the table. Put the mustard on the table. Too very bad.

The latest promotion was this Big Easy menu, sort of a take on Cajun Now Orleans themed food. My super fave dish, the Cajun sauced chicken with andouille sausage over penne pasta with a nice mix of green and red bell peppers and onion was my go to dish, priced at just $11.99. Now that I guess that promo had ended, the same dish is now $18.00! Gezees that's a big ass price hike. Not worth $18 in my book! Some of the other items on the former menu didn't go up, but were kinda pricey already, like the sizzling shrimp and chicken with mashed potatoes at around $18.50. It's still the same price. All I can say is the saving grace is the Really Big Meal Deal is still available, though, not listed on the table menu. You have to ask for it. I got that $9.99 deal with the big bacon cheeseburger and endless fries along with a refillable drink. That's a deal compared to the rest of the menu. My friend had a new dish called the Tex Mex bowl with shrimp and chicken. That was around $15.50 ... not super bargain, but I guess those are all gone these days. My friend actually like that dish a lot. My burger was fantastic as usual, lots of bacon and cheese and a decent sized patty. I even got some fries extra to go. Refilled my drink too. Applebee's is not quite the super bargain deal it once was, but at least they still have the 1/2 off happy hour appetizers from 3pm - 6pm everyday, not just weekdays!

The cheese looked good. They skimped on the lettuce. Cheese costed extra 99cents. But still incredibly cheap burger for the quality and size. Buns were ok buns, but the patty and cheese were amazing. Super big boss: my friend ordered this. It was huge! Probably the same as a big boss but just bigger. (We both thought of it like burrito and super burrito where its more ingredients, but super big boss is just larger in size and more of the same ingredients than big boss) Seasoned fries: friend's fries. curly fries (we both thought it was going to be the regular long fries, dunno why menu didnt just say curly fries), its good. No crunch, but we got our's a little bit late so it probably went soggy while sitting out. Friend says really good, and its really good with the ranch. Chocolate Root beer float: friend says its very good Extra Took a min, got my big boss burger. Then my friend who ordered super big boss, seasoned fries and root beer, had to wait over 30 min, then asked them and turned out his order was under the table because they called his name and didnt get it. But neither of us heard his name ever being called. When it takes too long, they put the order under the table so we didnt even know until we asked. Outside looked like a shack, like someone's random house, but when u enter, its a very welcoming restaurant Interior is awesome, like the 90s vibe local restaurant place. (Like a less commercialized more local feel version of In n out) Cheese costs extra 99cents but tomato pickles onion lettuce ketchup comes free Salt and pepper packets self serve Water free, in a paper cup, self serve through dispenser. Dine in comes in those red net baskets with paper cover. Take out burger comes in a white paper box, and fries comes in a paper bag. 2 sauces came with the fries. (One was ranch, other was orange probably in n out type sauce) Ketchup dispenser and little paper cups for the ketchup self serve Super close to oroville bus, extra points for that Customer amount also super neat, a good amount of customers to make the place looks busy and happy while still enough space to easily find a good seat and order and a good pace. This place has the quality of what a standard non fast food, restaurant burger looks like. Good price, good patty and ingredients, good wait time, for that I'll give it a 5/5
