Definitely not recommend. Poor food quality and services. We ordered t-bone steak and eggs with harsh brown. The steak was ordered to be medium. However it came out fully cooked and hard. Unfortunately the harsh brown was under cooked. The second time the steak came out, it was medium. However, the quality of the meat was poor and taste like pork. I was not sure if it was pork because it tasted dry like pork. Worse, the staff didnt apologize instead she was acting as if I was being picky. At the end, I had to pay full meal for food that I probably would throw away if I have it at home. I felt sick after eating it. read more

I had a very bad service Zullye the waitress took our order while she brought our drinks I ask for some straws she never brought the straws I had to go ask in the front for some. She also didn't give us utensils till later when food arrived & to top it off she forgot two of our meals & side of mashed potatoes (while we repeated when we order the food because she wasn't writing anything down.)She really need to start writing stuff down because she isn't great in memorizing. read more

Regular customer here. Easter 1pm Take out that sits on kitchen counter getting cold( while hostess who took order, takes 5 min to grab the condiment which was ordered when paying...with a 30% tip). No thank you when paying and again not even a thank you when she hands off food. Not the first time this "hostess" has acted this way. Young. Long dark hair and thin black frame glasses. Went here to enjoy an early breakfast. I ordered the breakfast deal for less than $10 & it was simple and yummy I got pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs! Plus my orange juice . Server is SUPER NICE and SUPER COOL ! I've been around everywhere and frankly, this Denny's location is THE BEST! It's clean, server is friendly & offered exceptional service and was also just cool . I went here after prom with a big group of friends. We were sat pretty quickly, but we ended up sitting there for like 90+ minutes. I understand that it was busy, but we had to wait 60+ minutes JUST to even get our orders taken. We went to the front multiple times to ask if we were supposed to order there, but they ignored us every time. They essentially pretended we didn't exist for 60+ minutes. There was a group of people who came in at the same time as us and had their orders taken, was served, ate and finished their food, and paid their check before they even spoke to us for the first time. I ordered a breakfast plate, and it was honestly so delicious. You could tell the cook knew what he was doing--everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Our server (I wish I remembered his name!) was working the night shift on Monday, June 2. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel welcomed even that late at night. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The manager was extremely disrespectful--he stood near the front counter and took a photo of my mother's butt. When I confronted him and asked if he had taken a picture, he denied it. I then asked him to show me his phone, but he refused. Instead, he kept apologizing for what he had done. When I requested to speak to the manager, he claimed that he was the manager. Please be cautious of people like this. Some may not see it as a big deal, but as a customer service representative, this behavior is completely unacceptable. read more
