Extremely disappointing experience. I came in around 11:30 AM on 09/25/2026 and had to deal with poor service and unprofessional management from the manager working that morning. I was told my order would be ready in about 10 minutes. Instead, I waited approximately 40 minutes, only to discover that part of my order had been forgotten. I had two orders, and the hash browns were completely missing. I then had to drive back to the restaurant to get what I had already paid for. What made the situation worse was the manager's attitude when I brought the issue to their attention. Rather than taking responsibility and professionally resolving the mistake, the interaction came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Mistakes happen, but management should know how to handle them. A manager representing the restaurant should be able to communicate respectfully, take accountability, and make sure customers receive what they paid for. This manager clearly needs additional training in customer service and management. I would expect much better from a manager and from Denny's. I hope management reviews what happened and addresses the lack of professionalism. read more

I came into this location today and there was only one server working the front at 12:30ish. Which is INSANE! He did an amazing job, the best he could for being by himself! His name is Abdullah B. Whoever was called in to help him seemed like a manager? Instead of helping the lonely server clean tables or take orders she goes on her phone. I don't think any of us were in a rush but it was horrible to see him working practically all by himself! Another server arrived and also didn't seem to make much of a difference. Our server Abdullah was kind, patient and as attentive as he could be despite a bad work situation! They need to schedule more people especially around that time and not leave one person serving. read more

Definitely not recommend. Poor food quality and services. We ordered t-bone steak and eggs with harsh brown. The steak was ordered to be medium. However it came out fully cooked and hard. Unfortunately the harsh brown was under cooked. The second time the steak came out, it was medium. However, the quality of the meat was poor and taste like pork. I was not sure if it was pork because it tasted dry like pork. Worse, the staff didnt apologize instead she was acting as if I was being picky. I had a very bad service Zullye the waitress took our order while she brought our drinks I ask for some straws she never brought the straws I had to go ask in the front for some. I understand that it was busy, but we had to wait 60+ minutes JUST to even get our orders taken.
