I went here after prom with a big group of friends. We were sat pretty quickly, but we ended up sitting there for like 90+ minutes. I understand that it was busy, but we had to wait 60+ minutes JUST to even get our orders taken. We went to the front multiple times to ask if we were supposed to order there, but they ignored us every time. They essentially pretended we didn't exist for 60+ minutes. There was a group of people who came in at the same time as us and had their orders taken, was served, ate and finished their food, and paid their check before they even spoke to us for the first time. Went here to enjoy an early breakfast. I ordered the breakfast deal for less than $10 & it was simple and yummy I got pancakes, bacon, sausage and eggs! Plus my orange juice . First the wait was abr 10 mins though tables were available, then another 20 mins wait for the order to be taken, since the wait staff did not even bother to check. He had to be reminded by the other waiter. Then the food arrived with one order missing. The waiter had gone out without serving the food. So another 10 mins. In the meantime there was drama with the kitchen and wait staff which really not required . Finally the salmon arrived and two bites and there was a long piece of hair in the salmon. When I confronted him and asked if he had taken a picture, he denied it. I then asked him to show me his phone, but he refused. Instead, he kept apologizing for what he had done.
