Service is always top notch. The food is always cooked to perfection. Denny's is one of the best diners you can go to.

I don't know where to begin. First, the food, which was horrible. The bacon was cooked but cold, the sausage links were not cooked properly and cold. The scrambled eggs were warm but tasted like it was the powdered variety with cheese added. The pancakes were lukewarm with not much butter at all, not that it matters, it wouldn't have melted. Second, the price, which was expensive. It cost $13.02 for meal, tax and tip for a $7.59 value breakfast including coffee, which wasn't fresh in the morning. Third, the service. The waitress was attentive and easy on the eyes. She's the reason for two stars instead of one. read more

Do not order delivery from here. It hasn't been just one bad experience- I kept trying bc I love breakfast for lunch. Enough is enough, I can definitively say they should not be offering online ordering. Just shut it off before your reputation gets so bad people won't even visit your location. read more

I was enjoying my drive through commercial rd. In Leo, and decided to get an inexpensive meal and split some sides with an old friend of mine...and I got this C U Next Tuesday named Mary and I am disgusted by her performance and attitude. Next time I come here I will specifically ask not to have her as my server!!/ very rude. I just want to add that I finally got my meal after a long wait just to get undercooked sausages and hashbrowns that looked and tasted like they were thrown on the grill for about 10 seconds. This location had very quick service and our waitress was lovely. She was right on top of all our requests and the manager was very caring and attentive to all the customers. He stopped by our table to make sure everything was taken care of and was very personable and attentive to anything we could have potentially needed. Staff is racist and horrible. They denied our family service because we were a bigger group. They said that they did not want us yelling across the restaurant. They also said that it will be "a while" for us to be seated but told the party behind us 10 minutes for their table. What a horrible experience. read more

the wait for the food was over 40 minutes, the waitress was barely active in asking how we were doing and when my boyfriends food came out, he asked for both sausage and bacon and they gave him ONE slice of each and that's it. I will not be coming back. The service was horrible and we had to wait over 10 minutes to be seated when it wasn't that busy inside. It took forever for her to bring over the check. Wow! Our waiter there tonight, who we had had in the past and he was lovely, was so absolutely blitzed from some type of hard drug that he couldn't maintain eye contact or keep from slurring. He made off-hand comments towards us and other customers in the restaurant. The manager was exhausted and had said she'd pulled a 16 hour shift. I am desperate for a decent diner around here. Had the country fried steak and eggs over medium. Everything is under done. Eggs had runny whites, hash browns had no brown at all, the steak was under cooked. Hi. I recently went to this location twice in the month of February. The first time the food was good but the host wasn't very friendly. The second time we went, the food was cold, didn't get any customer service and it was just a disappointment. One star is being kind. We had Alexis as our server and she was beyond rude. She spent more time talking to her friends in the booth behind us and stuffing her face with Nachos. Not only was the service bad but with a limited menu even the food was bad. Eggs were beyond runny and the sausage was raw and the bacon was so overdone. Great place to take person a first date, or so my current boyfriend thought Here the scenario- you've been our drinking all night in the leominster/Fitchburg area and you are in the mood for some cheap munchies. Where do you go? Denny's of course. Say hi to the friendly police officer that is parked outside when you arrive after leaving your favorite bar to grab some food. Do you like paying for a meal you can make better at your own house then you've come to the right place! The only reason this gets 2 stars is that the food was actually very good, the service however, needs a lot of improvement. Our server Ashley H started off being very friendly and efficient, but went downhill from there. We both ordered the Endless Breakfast. Ashley never visited our table after delivering the food. Quick literally disgusting. Terrible customer service and animal hair on food!!! We came in and were expecting great food and service because we have had great experiences at Dennys before. We sat down and got drinks. The strawberry lemonade tasted like straight water. Our waitress, Sam, caught an attitude with us while we were ordering. There was absolutely no customer service at all. We were not checked on at all to see if our food or drinks were good. We got the Pancake Puppies and received 9 instead of 10. Most of our food was either undercooked or overcooked. I began eating my red skin potatoes and realized that the potatoes had a dog hair or an animal hair of some type. When I brought it to our waitresses attention she stated "Well I don't think anyone here has a dog" and stared back at us. I have literally never experienced such a terrible experience at Dennys. We will not be returning so save your time and do not even bothering coming here. read more

Ex-employee here. I HATED working here, and I used to love eating at Denny's, but now I never will again knowing how they treat their employees. I only worked here very briefly because there were all kinds of red flags, but one of the worst of it is that I had a coworker who had apparently not had a break while working in two years no matter how many hours he worked, which I am almost certain breaks some sort of law! My husband and I found ourselves at Denny's last night. I had pancakes on the brain, and we were nearby, so it was the natural choice. This particular Denny's is tucked away in the Whitney Field Mall plaza next to the Motel 6. We requested a booth and were seated right away. The restaurant was pretty clean, a few tables not bussed, a few bits of this-and-that on the floor, but overall well kept. I ended up getting the Grand Slam with 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, grits, and a biscuit for 6 bucks. My husband got the Lumberjack Slam which had 2 eggs, toast, ham, sausage, bacon and hash browns for 9 bucks. The food is pretty good, cheap, and you get a lot. The pancakes were probably the best out of everything - very moist, thick, and delicious (and quelled my pancake craving...for now). Grits were ok, kind of out-of-the-box tasting. Everything else was good, no complaints. Service, though friendly, seemed slow for the amount of patrons there (the place wasn't packed or anything). We waited at least a half hour for our food, which seems like a long time for breakfast. But at the same time, we weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't too big a deal. Denny's often gets a bad rap, and while it's not outstanding by any means, you can get consistently decent food (and a lot of it) and not break the bank. And besides, there's not a whole lot of places you can get breakfast at night! read more

My better half and I have been here on a regular basis for the past year or so. As other reviewers have said, it's Denny's - I'm not expecting (or quite frankly, wanting) a gourmet dining experience. What I want for Denny's is good food, good value, and competent service. Generally, this location provides all 3. I'm a complete sucker for Denny's burgers - huge and made just how you want them. The wife craves the broccoli cheese soup. Pancakes are great, and breakfast items in general are the other star of the show at this place. I will say this on service - we generally go in the evenings on Saturday, but have also been there early afternoon on Saturday and Sunday. The service is ALWAYS better in the evenings, regardless of the size of the crowd. Not sure how that's possible, but that's the case here without a doubt. Sum total - good food, great value. I'm down with Denny's. read more
