Terrible service waiter took 30 mins to sit us and other 15-30 mins to actually take our order would never come back again

Service was terrible, food sampler was dried up and cold by the time we got it. Sat for 10 mins even before being acknowledged. Then 18min to get a soda, 25 min before shake showed up. French toast was hard hard eggs overcooked. Over all crappy experience. Good thing they rely on tourists or they wouldn't still be here. read more

The food was classic Denny's which is what you expect, but what made this a 5 star experience was watching the employees literally speed walking like a 12 year at the public pool serving everyone. This review is for the Bullhead City Denny's which doesn't come up for some reason, the Laughlin location came up and I didn't realize it, dahhh We met our closest friends at Denny's for an early Thanksgiving get together and it was a wonderful experience made AWESOME by our server Lucille, the service was wonderful and the food was very good, especially the warm pecan pie with whipped cream! I have never been a big fan of pecan pie or whipped cream but this wasn't that heavy sugary pie that I've had in the past, it was light, sweet and so nutty and the whipped cream was a wonderful compliment to the pie and the coffee was so tasty, WOW, but the service by Lucile was the star of the show. Everyone was very happy with their entrees also, which ranged from a hamburger w/ seasoned french fries to chicken fried steak to the Thanksgiving turkey dinner, a good time was had by all!!! read more

The server Karrissa, horrible service. Slow, rude, bad attitude, dirty looks and insensitive comments. I mentioned to her to please be understanding as our mother died yesterday and she continued with the dirty looks. The only reason why I would ever consider coming back to this restaurant is because of the outstanding customer service from the manager Abraham. I asked for him because I just wanted him to know how the staff had treated us. I told him I do not want anything out of it, I just want my order correct. He took care of getting the order right and he took it off our bill. He was very happy and was not insensitive to our situation as the server was. Thank you Abraham, your genuine customer service is appreciated. Coming from the food service industry I know she could have handled that situation differently. read more

Came in this morning to have breakfast with the family and our waiter Gellar was awesome he literally treated us with amazing hospitality he spoke with us explained the menu options and as he took our orders he literally memorized everything he didn't write it down he got everything perfect on a timely manner !! I hope management takes a look at this because he's awesome and next time we come out here from chino most definitely we're hoping to have him as our waiter !! I know you shouldn't hold Dennys in too high of standards but this weekend was particularly disgraceful. We dined in and watched our server do nothing for a WHILE before we had our drink order taken, and then tonight we ordered food to go and watched it sit in the window for ten minutes before our server who was literally doing nothing finally packed it up. Just embarrassing. What the fuck. We only came here because it was the restaurant in our hotel and now we're considering never staying here again. Just embarrassing. read more

The young that was our waiter it seems like he was forcing a smile and his body language it seems uncomfortable. I don't know if he's like that or we are African Americans he was serving our waiter was Hispanic. I ordered the Lumber Grand Slam with toast when the waiter brought our food out there was english muffins on mine. I told him no, no this breakfast comes with toast not english muffins. My sausage links one was cold the other was warm. The eggs over easy one was hard and the other egg was just right. Overall experience Now I see why I like IHOP. read more

We just got back from a three day stay in Laughlin and had breakfast every morning at the Denny's located in the Edgewater Hotel and Casino. The service was excellent every day and the food was cooked to perfection. Ask for Anna or Cassandra for your waitress, we had them both, and they were both incredible. They were both very attentive! i genuinely wish i could give no stars!! ordered a pickup that i had to wait for more than ten minutes even though my order was bagged and ready at the counter. (the entire time i waited i stared at it) i had to run back to dennys for ranch, steak sauce and ketchup. they charged me even though in my online it says i paid!!! the manager guy was super rude insisted i paid double!!! if i hadn't paid for this as (a curbside on my card)i literally wouldn't have paid at all all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!who buys two steaks at dennys and gets charged for steak-sauce!!!! at 2.14$!!! for one two oz!!!! only go here if you're desperate!!! please go anywhere else and do not support this business!!! read more

love everything this is my first time going to a Dennys restaurant and get my coffee in less than 2 minutes , then my food in less than 10 minutes , they are so fast , then our server Aileen Castillo was very kind and when she was taking our order she ask if we like some jalapeños and my dad love chiles jalapeños and she ask if we want some fruit in with the pancakes and we normally don't say yes but she makes us feel so good that we end up trying everything different today . thank you to all , food delicious, service very fast and servers really nice. read more

I came to visit my family and i had stayed in the Laughlin River Lodge. The walk from my hotel to the Edgewater was a beautiful view around 10:30pm. Mellissa, the late night waitress was amazing! My husband and i were nothing but complicated and she was so kind to help accommodate everything we wanted to change or add. She was so nice talking to. Very much recommend her! I went here for dinner and ordered the super bird. I have been eating this particular sandwich for over 30 years! It was made very well here and tasted just as it should. The seasoned fries were delicious too! I ordered water as well as a soda and the server and buser made sure to offer either or both refills when they passed! I was staying in a nearby hotel with no room service so when I was ready to leave I ordered a second one to take with me. While I was waiting for the take away order my server offered a soda to go as well! Now when you don't eat your food hot/fresh as intended it's not really fair to give a bad review but even a few hours later the sandwich was still decently crispy although no longer hot and the fries were still in pretty good condition as well! I attribute this to the cardboard take away box. A lot of places these days still use plastic or styrofoam and they cause the items to sweat and the condensation always makes the food soggy! Thanks for using a better method of packing your take away orders it made a huge difference both in the quality and flavor of the take away meal!! read more
