My server Danilo was great! The food was really good as well! I honestly hadn't ate at a dennys in a while because I had lost faith, but I'm glad tried a new (to me) location today. I had an all American slam subbed for pancakes & potatoes. Great portions, I could only eat about half & took the rest to go so definitely worth the money. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out in a timely manner. Also they use real fruit for the smoothies so that was a plus the strawberry banana was very tasty and refreshing on this hot day. Wasn't too hot nor too cold inside and very clean! My server was dealing with a hugeeee party before me and still catered to me through my dine in experience I would definitely recommend this location! read more

Then as we were leaving there was a waitress and she was talking smack. Like would you like any your family to eat where there's roache? That's utter disgusting. Guess she's used to roaches. Gabby was our server this morning. She was super friendly and very helpful. When we arrived, she put 3 tables together to accommodate our group of 7. She took our orders accurately and efficiently. Every interaction was done with a smile. She checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everyone still had coffee in their mugs. Everything we asked for was done quickly. I have been to this location now 5 times and can tell you the place is probably the best Denny's I have ever been to. Maybe because it's a new restaurant - who knows? But I can report it is a clean restaurant and the staff is very friendly and give prompt service! The food is good (for Denny's standards) and hot when it gets to your table. I hope they can keep it up and not sink into complacency like others have. read more

Always fast n fresh and friendly staff. My favorite is the Superbird which is a turkey n bacon sandwich, almost like a club sandwich. I add avocado to it which puts it over the top. The pancakes are good too. read more

By far the best Denny's I've ever been too! Im a hard critic & can be kind of hard to please. The last time I had Denny's was 2 1/2 years ago in Vegas & it was all bad. Our server was awesome!!! I didn't feel like eating breakfast so I chose the Denny's Diner cheeseburger with caramelized onions & the Denny's Sauce. It was amazing. It was hot & fresh. The bun was soft and very tasty! The seasoned fries were delicious! My husband had the Grand slam Slugger brakfast platter with cheese on his eggs! My daughter had the kids silver dollar pancakes with bacon & eggs. She also had toast from her dad! The food looked just like images from the menu. I'm going to be a regular! The restaurant was very clean & nicely decorated! food was enjoyable, but the service overall made my sister and i very uncomfortable. Majority if not all employees were out gossiping and talking smack to each other like we were at the mall. Who i'm assuming to be a manager approached us in a very rushing manner as if he wanted us to eat and be gone, atleast that's what it made it feel like i.e. made our visit less enjoyable. read more

Food was good, but the service was bad. No butter knife, since they have not washed them. Had to walk to the front desk to pay at the end, because no one want to stop by. All the waitresses were gathering at the registry most of the time and try to figure out how many coins/money they should have in the cash registry machine. read more

This particular location was clean and the food was delivered promptly. Angelica (the server) was very friendly and fast. The food was well prepared and came out quite quickly. This Denny's is absolutely the worst Denny's I've ever been to. I ordered a rare medium steak and they handed me a whole well done steak that tasted really bland and way too rough and hard. Not to mention I found a hair on my scrambled eggs and omg the service was absolutely horrible. I walked in and had to wait 1 hour for my table to be ready. But at least when I got sat down and when my waiter came she was very polite and patient towards me and my 8 year old daughter shout out to that waiter lucero for making the experience less of a nightmare. read more

By far worst service you could ever get. Arrived there with less than 6 groups of people in the restaurant. One worker told me to hold on another told me to take a seat anywhere I wanted to and that she would walk the menus out to us. We sat for 30 minutes with waiters going past us about 7 times and just looking at us with out taking our order before we decided to just get up and walk out. This restaurant needs new management and a little training on customer service. Would've rated them negative stars if I could. Worst customer service. First and last time going to this Denny's. My Husband and I go to Denny's every weekend , And he goes everyday, So today he goes gets the same meal every time he goes, and he gets charged 9. and today they charged him $18.00 for the same meal , He brought it the Mangers attention Joe, and after all that was said, He couldn't adjust it, and I just spoke with the manager and he said the prices changed today, The waitress who he gets should of told him, Bottom line , now he has to call the corp office, a place that we eat everyday , would give you a hard time. I keep trying to give this location a chance, because its close to my house, but I have given up on it. The waitress are nice, but the management is terrible. Almost everytime I order something to go, and have it delivered, I am missing something. I then call to let them know an item was missing, nothing gets done, and I still get charged. What makes matters worse, Is I ALWAYS tip the drivers. I ordered food on Mother's day. Big mistake. (I should've learned my lesson from before.) Once I received my food, I noticed I was missing an item. I immediately called them. The driver probably hadn't even gotten out of my neighborhood yet. I talked to a server, he was no help. Gave my info and was told "Joe" the manager would call me back. No call. Called the next day, got the same response. She gave me an apology and told me Joe the manager would call me back. Nothing. Gave it 2 more days, and still no call from Joe the manager. Terrible customer service, and me and my family will never order from this location again. I will continue to tell my friends and neighbors of the awful way they handled this. read more
