She was able to credit me for the steak and eggs (partial refund). She was pleasant, professional, understanding, sweet, good natured and a warm people person with a great personality. Quite a contrast to the "manager" I spoke to at 4:30 am who couldn't bother with my complaint and told me to call Uber. TBH I think the waitress "Heidi" scammed me at checkout. After discount, my total bill came to $16.90. I pushed 22% gratuity which should have been $3.52. We go to Denny's once a week for breakfast. Sometimes twice. Server Liz is the reason. She always makes us feel like she's happy that we're there. She is a bright light in our lives. The service is excellent from ALL the staff whether we're there for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Regardless of how busy it is, they always have a smile and a friendly word. We were there 3 months ago and had an amazing experience with Ashley. We went back tonight and had a terrible experience with Alex, he should not be a server! Unbelievably slow, we waited about 15 minutes to order, with no other customers, even longer to get our check. After tonight, we will no longer eat at Dennys! It is absolutely unacceptable to not offer gluten free buns, and you just took away the gluten free English muffins, making for a disappointing meal. What do you expect from a chain restaurant? Our family went to this location on Monday, 8/18/2025, and were treated very well. Our server, a seasoned veteran (sorry, we did not get her name) was very cordial, accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu. It was comforting to know that on an impromptu visit, we walked right in with a good sized group, and were treated with a smile. Normally, other restaurants would not be as inviting. She took care of us, catered to our needs and smiled the whole time. She was busy with others, but was poised enough to fill our waters, coffee, and kept the dipping sauces (ranch) coming. She never missed a beat. We were there about 11 in the morning, and you exemplified the true spirit of great customer service. When passing through, this Dennys restaurant is on our "to do" list. A must because of the service. Oh, and to mention, the "Slam Burgers" and other menu items we had were good too. Only gripe was, my chicken fried steak could have used one more scoop of your delicious gravy. No worries though, we had lots of ranch dressing on the table. read more

This morning at 0530 I entered Dennys for breakfast, which I will NEVER EVER do again! The table I selected to dine at was filthy with ketchup smears and bread crumbs. I literally cleaned it with water and a napkin. The area where I sat smelled like a cesspool. The glass with orange juice filthy, littered with food particle, and the silverware was dirty. The manager finished filling an order to go, kept looking for the server, but cashed out 2 people AND took an order to go before she sat us down. As I've gotten older my diet has changed so where I used to love the Grand Slam as a kid , I'm now strictly pancakes and ham. A good hearty salad minus night shade or dairy or a great burger with a side of fruit. Wish I could still drink those milk shakes but now lactose intolerant I can just reminisce from a distance. I haven't been to this Denny's in a long time. Quite honestly, I wont go back to this Denny's either. It was a Monday mid morning so not busy. The hostess asked me how many in my party then stood by the register and pointed which table I should seat myself at rather than seating me. It took an unusually long time for my order to come. In fact, my waitress came to the table twice to tell me it shouldn't be much longer. I joked the second time saying, the cook must have gone on break or something. She replied "he just came back". She was completely serious. When I did get my order, it was wrong. I just scraped that part to the side. Not once did she come to the table to see how I was doing. I noticed the sign saying "under new management". Unfortunately , the parking lot had some homeless literally camping out and garbage spread everywhere. Wow! My family and I came here for dinner on 7/01/21. We ordered a senior chicken fried steak, a full order of Zesty nachos, and the wild Alaska Salmon dinner. We also ordered an ice tea, and a Coke. It took a while to get out food. When we got it the chicken fried steak dinner, and Wild Alaska salmon dinner was good. The Zesty nachos didn't taste so good and couldn't eat them. The manager needs additional customer service training. The first thing she said was "did you read the sign on the door?" We said " are you not open?" She said " if you read the sign you would see I don't have a cook for 35 minutes, he's on lunch, sometimes he's 10 minutes late coming back" . TMI and unprofessional. The not was written in pen ink on a piece of notebook paper, above eye level. She needs to learn how to properly make a sign and communicate with people. We understand the cook has a right to a break and that's understandable. However, the manager refused to let anyone sit until the cook walks back through the door. One woman in a wheelchair wanted to be seated, but this manager said "no" and had an attitude of go somewhere else. I think I can see why Dennys is struggling financially if other locations have this same type of manager. I would like to return to this location, however, not with her as manager. There's lots of other options for dining and I wish the dozen customers that left because they would not be allowed to sit. read more

Denny's is one of the few diner type places in the area that I know of with a gluten free bread option, which is why I ordered delivery (via DoorDash) from there this morning. I got a ham and cheese omelette with hash browns and a gluten free English muffin. The omelette was good, but a little undercooked. The flavors are on-point though. The hash browns were the right combination of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The English muffin, although it arrived cold, was the best thing about the meal. It's also why I gave four stars instead of three. It has a good texture very close to a regular English muffin and was well buttered. It could have been packaged better though since it wasn't warm. The potion was enough for one meal. I'm the kind of person who likes entrees big enough to stretch out over multiple meals (to help justify the added delivery costs) and that's not the case with Denny's. So there's not as much value for money as there is with other places, but it met my expectations. All in all, I'd be willing to order from there again and happy to have it as an option. read more

The manager Latasha is extremely rude my boyfriend and I had waited over an hour and and we were next on the list and they had sat someone that had just walked through the door and when I brought it up the lady said "that's my customer that comes in every day so yeah I just sat him" and I asked her how that is fair to people that have been waiting over an hour. So, I generally don't do these kinds of things because I am also in the service industry but after hearing how my sister was treated I have to say something. She went in today and ordered breakfast, pancakes with raspberries and whipped cream and also hash browns. When it came out, she started eating her pancakes and saw an inch long white hair. I advised her to send it back, and the server told her 'well I can't see it but okay'. He then returned to the table with the same plate and said 'oh it's a fiber from the raspberries.' I asked my sister to send me a photo and this hair IS LONG AND WHITE. This is clearly not a fiber from a raspberry and if it is, I'd like to know where they are getting them from. My sister did not finish her meal and I told her if she did not feel comfortable talking to the server, to talk to the people in the front taking payment and they would help her out. She spoke to one woman who said 'okay, I'll talk to my manager and get it taken off of your bill.' The manager then also told my sister that this was a fiber from the raspberries. It is very clear it is NOT A FIBER from the RASPBERRIES. He was very rude and treated them poorly the entire time they were talking. The thing is, these things happen. It's normal. It doesn't mean anyone did anything wrong, it just means a hair fell out. The way they handled this was completely inappropriate.
