This morning, my husband and I went to get our free meals that we got from the Denny's in Mission Bay, Ca (from the manager Ms. Kerri). We have to say, that the customer services we received today was the best ever. The manager (Ms. Karina) was so pleasant ,well manner and had no problem assisting & taking care of the issue we had at the other location. Our experiences with the waiter, Edgar was a delightful joy. His customer service skills were excellent and attention to detail was super. We will definitely be going back many more times to this location. And we look forward going back to the Mission Bay location and meeting up with Ms. Kerri, too. as soon as we walk in, we are greeted with a friendly hello . restaurant looked clean and every employee with a smile. Our waiter Juan was super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. I'm giving a very honest review here.. this is the best Denny's out of the two here in El Centro but it's still really bad. Service isn't great, the water taste horrible for whatever reason, & the food quality isn't consistent. They undercook hash browns, burn toast, & rarely clean their tables. It just seems like the staff lacks management. read more

This is my favorite Dennys by far, great fast service even when it's busy! When I'm here I make sure to ask for Dyane (sounds like Diane) If you have the "imperial valley rants and raves" page on Facebook she's a star on there!
