Unprofessional a** server her name is rebecca. She has a damm attitude problem. Literary not even once she asked if we need anything while we were eating, we had to go up to her or ask for her damm attention. By the time we are ready to leave she will see us and not say anything, i had to get up and ask her for my damm check so I can pay!! Ridiculous ! Her customer service sucks! While the food was good, the service was as bad as you can get. The waitresses took my order, dropped my food off and disappeared for long periods before returning to see if I needed more coffee, and I practically had to flag her down to get more service. Worse, as soon as she served my food, she dumped the bill off before I was even finished with my meal. When I went to pay, I had to wait 10 minutes at the register before being helped. Weird to hear I'm sure, but the wings are amazing at Denny's. I like mine a particular way and when they get them right it is the bestest! Also the server ( on my receipt it says Cindy) is very kind and attentive. There was a time we came and didn't get the wings the particular way I wanted and she could tell I wasn't happy with them and got them fixed to her best ability to my standard. I appreciate service like that, the effort really showed and she sincerely apologised. We also enjoy the moons over my hammy with red onion and tomato added with a side salad, really ties everything together. Me and my grandmother are currently at Denny's and right from the start I new it wasn't gonna he good because they weren't even acknowledging us. They took a while to get us seated when we were the only ones waiting, and there was plenty of room to sit. They sat us down and took forever to come and ask us what we wanted to eat we literally had to yell and wave our hands for someone to notice us. Every time we ask the waitress/ waiter for something they seem so frustrated. If they can't handle their job they shouldn't work here. read more

Made an online order at this Denny's today. It was supposed to be made and delivered in 30 minutes. When my delivery driver showed up, they said that they would have to wait another 10 extra minutes for my food to be made. That's 45 minutes total! Clean, quick and the waitress was friendly. The food was average at best. I just had coffee, and the doughnut holes..played it safe.

To make a long story short I ordered French Toast off the value menu. I let the butter sit on the side (I'm not a fan of butter) and began to eat the broccoli & hash browns I ordered on the side then I tasted some of my boyfriends mashed potato's. Everything was good until I got to the French Toast. I ate the first half fairly quickly and I noticed it was soft but I figured it was my syrup or maybe I let the butter sit too long. Once I got to the second piece the texture in my mouth was slimy and I realized it was the egg. Since I ate most of it I wasn't going to ask for a refund or anything I just let the server know. She did offer to get me a new plate but I didn't want to make a big deal, I just figured that's something that the manager should acknowledge and make sure it doesn't happen. Instead, as our server explained to the manager the situation, we overheard him say "They're not always gonna come out perfect"... It's not like I was giving them a hard time about it but it's sad to see a manager so careless about what's going on in the restaurant. Service is no good. Stood there with my girlfriend for 15 minutes waited to be seated and then another group of three came in. The waitress finally was going to seat us down but was about to seat the group of 3 first and I said, we were here first. So the waitress asked how many in my party I said 2 then she ask how many in the other party they responded 3. She said both parties follow me. Then she went to a big booth and said 2 and 3. SHE SAT ALL OF US TOGETHER WTF?! There were single booths available everywhere! Lol we waited another 5 minutes and we decided to leave. My family and i came to dennys this afternoon and had a bad time there. It took about 15 min before we got anyone to take our drink order. We then had our order taken and it took a long time until we got our food. Not only that but our food came at different times. So we didnt get to eat at the same time. I spoke with the manager about it and she took my daughters meal off the check, which i appreciate, but we had a horrible time there. The manager noticed that we had been waiting a long time and she didnt even come to our table to apologize. What it comes down to, is that they really lacked customer service. read more

This location is a mess. I stopped hoing in due too lines and bad servers. I see with remodel they have new staff, but still crap service. Last night i ordered to go...my last attempt. They told me 10 min, i got there in 8min. They made me wait 20 more min while they gave me 2 other ppls orders. I complained to male latin manager, he just looked thru me...I demanded a refund since they charged my card wrong and a discount for cold food. He gave me 80cents. I will never go there again. Ok. Came here to grab some late night food. The waitress was nice and friendly which is the only reason I give it 2 stars. I ordered my food and asked for an Oreo shake. Ordered medium rare steak...was waaaaay over well done and burned on the bottom. Garlic bread looked like it was left over from yesterday. Ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak omelette....which had zero cheese at all, but had a nice crispy piece of chicken in it! Came to Denny's after singing karaoke with family from out of town and it was a terrible experience. We didn't drink because we are going to the beach tomorrow (side note). It felt like she thought we had tho! The food was amazing but our server SUCKED. Her name is Super Maggie! We literally never seen her after she took the Order, no seriously! We had to ask two separate employees to help us because all she did was stand behind the big wall. Well at the end... Which we never got silverware...condiments or refills... Horrible. Came on Sunday night late was great no one here great service. Fast forward to today. Seated right away. Was asked for our drinks took 15 mins to get them. Got small cup of water asked for bigger since I inky drink water took another 10mins to get it. Multiple times had dirty dishes at end of table and no one would take them away. Horrible customer service!!!never coming back to this location again. Upon arriving we were seated immediately. Our host told us our server would be right with us. After waiting for 15 minutes my wife got up to find someone to at least take our drink order. The three servers began to bicker about who's section we were in...LIKE IT MATTERED!!! My wife came and sat back down for another five minutes before we agreed on going to CoCo's. As we go to leave one lady tells us to have a good night so I approached the register and asked to speak with the manager. They acted like they couldn't hear me so I stopped to their level and used my outdoor voice and once again asked for the manager. One girl pointed to another and walked away. I explained my frustration to this lady with no name badge, street clothes, excessive makeup, dirty hair, and from what I could see missing teeth(no surprise there) she asked where I was sitting to I told her and she simply said ok give me a minute and just stood there doing nothing. After I told her I'm all out of minutes for the night she proceeded to tell me "have a good night mija" when I get to the door the others have gathered around her to ask what happened and I hear them all laughing. The hostess sat me down and asked me of I would like something to drink and I asked her to bring me coffee and water. After a 15min wait for my coffee the waitress (America) came and asked me if I wanted something to drink and I told her that it was suppose to be coming 15 min ago from the hostess. She apologized and she brought me coffee and water immediately. (America) was so pleasant and she was very customer friendly. I feel bad that the hostess gave me a bad experience and for someone like (America waitress) to have to come to a table and interact with a disturbed customer because of someone else. This Denny's needs to teach their hostess to be more friendly and professional so that the wait staff won't have to face disturbed customers because the lack the professionalism.
