To make a long story short I ordered French Toast off the value menu. I let the butter sit on the side (I'm not a fan of butter) and began to eat the broccoli & hash browns I ordered on the side then I tasted some of my boyfriends mashed potato's. Everything was good until I got to the French Toast. I ate the first half fairly quickly and I noticed it was soft but I figured it was my syrup or maybe I let the butter sit too long. Once I got to the second piece the texture in my mouth was slimy and I realized it was the egg. Since I ate most of it I wasn't going to ask for a refund or anything I just let the server know. She did offer to get me a new plate but I didn't want to make a big deal, I just figured that's something that the manager should acknowledge and make sure it doesn't happen. Instead, as our server explained to the manager the situation, we overheard him say "They're not always gonna come out perfect"... It's not like I was giving them a hard time about it but it's sad to see a manager so careless about what's going on in the restaurant. By the time food came out drinks were gone no one asked if we wanted refills i had to get up an find someone just to ask for refills. Then got attitude for asking for water. While the food was good, the service was as bad as you can get. The waitresses took my order, dropped my food off and disappeared for long periods before returning to see if I needed more coffee, and I practically had to flag her down to get more service. Worse, as soon as she served my food, she dumped the bill off before I was even finished with my meal. When I went to pay, I had to wait 10 minutes at the register before being helped. The waitress finally was going to seat us down but was about to seat the group of 3 first and I said, we were here first. This location is a mess. I stopped hoing in due too lines and bad servers. I see with remodel they have new staff, but still crap service. Last night i ordered to go...my last attempt. They told me 10 min, i got there in 8min. They made me wait 20 more min while they gave me 2 other ppls orders. I complained to male latin manager, he just looked thru me...I demanded a refund since they charged my card wrong and a discount for cold food. He gave me 80cents. I will never go there again. Ok. Came here to grab some late night food. The waitress was nice and friendly which is the only reason I give it 2 stars. I ordered my food and asked for an Oreo shake. My family and i came to dennys this afternoon and had a bad time there. It took about 15 min before we got anyone to take our drink order. We then had our order taken and it took a long time until we got our food. Not only that but our food came at different times. So we didnt get to eat at the same time. I spoke with the manager about it and she took my daughters meal off the check, which i appreciate, but we had a horrible time there. The manager noticed that we had been waiting a long time and she didnt even come to our table to apologize. What it comes down to, is that they really lacked customer service. read more

The part that sticks out the most to me is the person who actually took my order on the phone. She was very patient and helpful and never did I feel I was not her priority. My wife and I really enjoyed the service we received. Carol our waitress was nice, entertaining and professional.

The workers are always nice and smiling. They do amazing with their services especially Cindy she is very nice and attentive, always making sure we are good. Manager Robert is also a great manager always helping and kind to everyone who comes in. read more

Ordered medium rare steak...was waaaaay over well done and burned on the bottom. Garlic bread looked like it was left over from yesterday. Ordered a Philly CHEESEsteak omelette....which had zero cheese at all, but had a nice crispy piece of chicken in it! Came to Denny's after singing karaoke with family from out of town and it was a terrible experience. We didn't drink because we are going to the beach tomorrow (side note). It felt like she thought we had tho! The food was amazing but our server SUCKED. Her name is Super Maggie! We literally never seen her after she took the Order, no seriously! Horrible. Came on Sunday night late was great no one here great service. Fast forward to today. Seated right away. Was asked for our drinks took 15 mins to get them. Got small cup of water asked for bigger since I inky drink water took another 10mins to get it. Multiple times had dirty dishes at end of table and no one would take them away. Wife ran out of her drink and she still got hers before I got my water. Food came waitress said rudely that it is what I order when I looked at it funny. ( already upset from poor service). This Denny's is the WORST I have ever been to. I ordered breakfast this morning, to go. While waiting on my order I visited the restroom which was disgusting. There were dead flies everywhere and no lock on one of the two stalls. I debated on whether or not to cancel my order but decided I would just get the food since I had already paid. I should have listened to my gut. Upon opening the food my pancakes were burnt, the toast barely toasted like "warm bread", and my hash browns were barely cooked. (I took pictures of all of this also). The hot chocolate taste like chalky chocolate water. Gross. I called later to speak with the manager Miguel to let him know about the problem and offered to bring back the food so he could see what I received. He agreed to remake the food for me. I told him I didn't care to ever eat there again considering what I received and the experience. I just wanted a refund. He told me they don't issue refunds and can only remake me a meal. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I will never return. They need a health inspector and new cook. read more

Horrible customer service!!!never coming back to this location again. Upon arriving we were seated immediately. Our host told us our server would be right with us. After waiting for 15 minutes my wife got up to find someone to at least take our drink order. The three servers began to bicker about who's section we were in...LIKE IT MATTERED!!! My wife came and sat back down for another five minutes before we agreed on going to CoCo's. As we go to leave one lady tells us to have a good night so I approached the register and asked to speak with the manager. They acted like they couldn't hear me so I stopped to their level and used my outdoor voice and once again asked for the manager. One girl pointed to another and walked away. I explained my frustration to this lady with no name badge, street clothes, excessive makeup, dirty hair, and from what I could see missing teeth(no surprise there) she asked where I was sitting to I told her and she simply said ok give me a minute and just stood there doing nothing. After I told her I'm all out of minutes for the night she proceeded to tell me "have a good night mija" when I get to the door the others have gathered around her to ask what happened and I hear them all laughing. This Denny's has to be the worst I've ever been to. First of all the waitress attitude sucks. My best friend and I ordered the Turkey sandwich with a broccoli & cheddar soup. When the order finally came out she then informed us she was out of the soup and offered fries in a very unprofessional way. The fries didn't come out until our meal was completely gone along with the appetizer. No drink refills. Then after asking for a soda refill that never came I got upset and got up to get our checks. The hostess sat me down and asked me of I would like something to drink and I asked her to bring me coffee and water. After a 15min wait for my coffee the waitress (America) came and asked me if I wanted something to drink and I told her that it was suppose to be coming 15 min ago from the hostess. She apologized and she brought me coffee and water immediately. (America) was so pleasant and she was very customer friendly. I feel bad that the hostess gave me a bad experience and for someone like (America waitress) to have to come to a table and interact with a disturbed customer because of someone else. This Denny's needs to teach their hostess to be more friendly and professional so that the wait staff won't have to face disturbed customers because the lack the professionalism.
