Slow response of staff to seat waiting customers, rude and dismissive manager on site that was unhelpful and she was unsanitary as we witnessed her eating food while serving and preparing orders, the only good point was our waiter Mr Lucas who was doing his best despite the poor customer service and uncleanliness!!!!!

As my husband and I were driving through town on our way back home, we decided to stop for a bite and saw this Denny's ahead. Glad we stopped because we were hungrier than we realized! As soon as we entered, we were greeted and seated. Our server offered to take our order right away, but we weren't ready unfortunately. Our server gave us a few minutes and we were able to put in our order. Within a few minutes, we were served our food. It was crazy fast! My husband had the slam burger with seasoned fries and I had the boneless wings with barbecue sauce and a side of ranch. His burger was fantastic and it was gone within minutes. The fries were warm and crispy but the seasoning wasn't bad but it wasn't that great either. Just tasted like normal fries. I loved the barbecue boneless wings. They were delicious and the sauce wasn't overly sweet. Just a great snack overall! We ended our meal with their apple crisp and it was exactly what we were in the mood for. The apples were warmed and paired perfectly with the cool vanilla bean ice cream. We would go back just to have this for dessert again. Overall we had fantastic service and delicious food! Prices have definitely gone up at Denny's, but so has everywhere else.

Came in today Erika set us at a dirty table to start off took awhile to take our order we got our food and we ordered toast which was poorly done we asked if we could have toast not buttered bread By the time we got the toast we were done with our meal asked if they could remove the toast because we didn't care for it and no longer needed it I ask the cashier if she could please remove the toast she went to go ask Erika what happened and she had the nerve to yell over the counter and let everyone know in the restaurant to ask my wife if she was ok with the toast as if I was lying and asked my wife repeatedly my wife said it was not good and didn't care for it very unprofessional service

Best food in our favorite place with our special friendly best waitress EVER she is the best Mariam she makes our day perfect....

The western theme was fun and you can tell the staff really care about the customers. Our server, Jim, was great. He was very patient and checked in often to take our order as we caught up. When we finally ordered, it wasn't long before we had our meals. The fried pickles were delicious! I enjoyed my fried chicken sandwich and the fries were well seasoned. At the end of our meal, while chatting with Jim, we mentioned that it was our first time here and that's when he smiled and asked if we had room for dessert. He kindly offered us their homemade coffee cake on the house. Even though we were already full, we couldn't pass it up. And I'm so glad we didn't. It was the perfect ending. Warm, soft, not overly sweet, and incredibly decadent. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, which already felt longer than expected. When the food finally came out, everything was cold. The cheese on the skillet had completely hardened, the pancakes were so hard they were barely edible, and the hashbrowns were cold to the touch. The biscuits and gravy were also mushy and unappetizing. To make matters worse, we didn't even have the opportunity to address the issue because our waitress never came back to check on us. The only time we saw her again was when she brought the bill. At that point, we were so frustrated that we didn't even eat the food--we just took it home to try and reheat it. This was especially disappointing because I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time due to all the great reviews. Sadly, this was our first visit and will be our last.

One thing I noticed immediately was the music. It was very chill and, thankfully, not loud and obnoxious. We were hungry, tired, and impatient at that point. One of our friends mentioned they had been here a long time ago, so we figured, why not? Best decision. We got seated right away, the server took our order, and within minutes the food started coming out. I ordered the Triple D, and wow, those crispy, crunchy edges were absolutely on point. The meat inside was juicy and soft, making every bite better than the last. The bun deserves its own shoutout: super soft, never soggy, and somehow held everything together perfectly. The burger looked like it was about to fall apart the entire time, but it stayed intact from the first bite to the very last. I was genuinely impressed. My brother ordered the Yellowstone with a bison burger, and he loved it so much he's already planning his return trip. The place has plenty of TVs, and they were showing one of the marquee football games of the night, which makes it a great spot to come back to for playoff games. Burgers come with sides like fries, onion rings, tater tots, and other solid options--but honestly, the burgers are such divas that you don't even want to be distracted by anything else. They demand (and deserve) your full attention. For dessert, I had the Cap'n Crunch milkshake, and it was excellent. Hate to sound like an old person, but I really appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet and just perfectly balanced. Overall, I loved the food and can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Loud Burger is officially on my "go back" list.

Also, there is indoor and outdoor seating but it's limited so if you have a large crowd, try to plan ahead or order your food to go. When we pulled up there were about 6 cars in front of us. The line did move slower than usually so I'm not sure what the delay is/was. There are a lot of food options and not only burgers. They have a variety of salads, serve breakfast all day, and have dinners you can order. I love that they give you the choice of fries, onion rings, fried zucchini, or a salad without charging you extra. Most places do. The service was great and please don't take offense if they read your order back quickly. This place can get really busy. The cashier read our order back perfect. Tonight we ordered 3 meals. A Pastrami Burger Combo w/ Sprite, Chicken Tender dinner w/ Pink Lemonade, and the Mechanic (Pastrami Steak Sandwich) combo w/ salad and Unsweetened Tea. The total was $58. We always order our fries extra crispy. It's the way to go for us. The Mechanic was really good. I would definitely get it again. It was seasoned to the max, actually a little too seasoned for my liking but I assure you, that's just my preference because I'm not big on salt. This was my first time having their pastrami in a sandwich and that's what was heavily salty to me. The bread and the fresh veggies on the sandwich helped cut through it a little. My side salad was delicious. I love that they use English cucumbers and put shredded cheese on it. My significant other tore his pastrami burger up and said they have the best one locally. My teenager loves the bread from the chicken tender dinner. Sadly they forget her Ranch for the tenders. Overall, it was yummy!

I was offered a choice of fried or pan-fried. I assumed that fried meant deep fried, so I picked that. The dumplings I was served were pan-fried. The filling was an under-seasoned ground chicken with a bit of a pasty texture. The slaw served with the potstickers was tasty, but the dipping sauce was incredibly salty. I would not order this dish again. I also ordered a personal BJ's Favorite pizza, and that was really good! The only real downside of this location is that the people at the hostess station are kind of unwelcoming. There is often a group of people at the station who are more interested in chatting with each other than greeting a customer. The main hostess during the day acts like you're annoying her with your request for a table, even though the restaurant isn't that busy. The waitstaff seems to get overwhelmed when it does get busy, so you often have to flag someone down if you need something. Despite the staff problems, I still like BJ's and will return.

The truffle fries were crispy, well-seasoned, and a great shareable side. Service was the one downside. It was not very attentive, and we waited longer than expected for check-ins and refills.
